If you need a bed for the night in North LEEDS this is the place. Free parking, good restaurant. Clean warm and welcoming.

This is a nice pleasant place, we stayed one night, and went out into headingley,,,

Dated and not the cleanest. Thin walls and doors — so much noise from upstairs when trying to get to sleep. Bathroom was not very clean — stains on the floor, urine stains around the base of the toilet. Shower looked on its last legs and the water pressure was pitiful. Concierge/receptionist didn't know the area. Restaurant (Indian by the way) gave everyone upset stomachs to the point of one of us vomiting. Hair in the breakfast in the morning and weren't able to refund because "the owner was up 'til midnight and is taking his kids to school". The car park and the Wi-Fi is OK though! Handy petrol station across the road where you'll probably get better sleep and safer food.

For the price of an overnight stay you ry can't ask for any more, room was great with good proximity to headingley.

Room Was warm and clean but bed linen was disgusting on one of the beds and when this was pointed out we got no apology attitude from staff member wasn't professional. Sink in room was blocked and short supply of toilet paper. Damp smell in bathroom although shower was powerful and warm. We have stayed here before but unfortunately the state of the bed linen would put us off staying again.

It was a great location to stay for the Otley Run. The facilities were clean and comfy. The staff was supportive. As I couldn't find my keys, the room attendant was kind enough to open my room in the middle of the night.

Should be a zero star. My self and my colleague stayed at this hotel when working in Leeds. Walked in our rooms 1st night great, comfy and warm. My colleague put his laptop under the bed of the evening and when he woke up he went to get his laptop to find a needle/syringe Underneath the bed. We immediately rang the hotel manager and explained the situation to which he replied "well what should I do about it". Which is no way to deal with the situation. That evening after work we called to speak to the manager which he appologised for his unprofessional behaviour, we spoken about our findings and had agreed with the manager that both myself and my colleague would have 1 night free stay the following week. Unfortunately the following week we had to go to London so this would not have benefitted us so we explained this to the manager that we would not be there next week to which he replied the free room is no longer available and he would pay us £30 cash from his own pocket. Obviously we were very annoyed but to make the situation worse he said that after speaking to his boss we were no longer entitles to the free nights stay each and that they had came to the conclusion that we had placed the needle under the bed. As you can imagine I was very annoyed that we had been blamed for placing the needle under the bed. In conclusion, If you would like a comfy bed in a warm room and to be called a liar this is definitely the place for you.

A nice, clean and cheap hotel. Staff were very nice.

Very polite and helpful staff. They even helped me with my heavy luggage when they realized that I had a hard time carrying it to my room.

I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to a client meeting in Headingley I had booked for the following day. The twin room was very clean with a double bed and a single bed in the room, an ensuite with shower and a dressing table with kettle for the necessary morning coffee or tea making. The bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows available in the wardrobe for those of you who prefer more than two. There were plenty of fluffy clean towels available too. The room also has free Wi-Fi availability which is handy, but there is a flat screen TV for those without a tablet. Just over the road is a Spar 24hr petrol station so you can pop over and stock up on snacks and drinks for the room. The hotel offers a 10% discount on several restaurants located just down the road, so Italian, Greek, kebab or fish tastes can all be catered for with a handy discount for all those staying at the hotel. My taxi from Leeds rail station was £12.50 at 7pm in the evening during the week, but the traffic was very busy so this is likely to be a little less during off peak times. A comfortable nights rest for a great price.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They're undergoing a major refurbishment which sounds really exciting, be sure to swing by in 2018!

Pretty much just a bog standard 2-star hotel, cheap but not very cheerful. But good for a few nights.

Basic hotel but location suited us.

Phoned to confirm room and agreed breakfast as part of room price. In the morning, also confirmed this was the case. When I went to leave, hotel management argued with me and wouldn't let me leave without paying for breakfast. Appalling customer service, rude, unnecessary. I won't be touching it with a bargepole in the future.

A lovely, friendly hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of storage and the staff have been very helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A solid value option for a budget overnight stay. The quality of the staff was excellent as well.

Well appointed room and modern, clean bathroom. Good for a quick, single night stop over. Note, didn't use bar or restaurant for breakfast.
