Excellent room and harbour views.

Always a pleasure staying here, fantastic friendly hosts and views over Scarborough front. The apartments are pristene and very comfortable.
Love to people watch out of the balcony and look over the harbour.
Always first on my list for a getaway.

We stayed in Apartment 3 which overlooked the harbour. The apartment was simply stunning, furnished to a very high standard and contained everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday, right down to complimentary tea, coffee, bread and milk … two pints already in the fridge meant the kettle could go on immediately! In the heart of Scarborough’s South Bay it’s perfectly situated for access to the beach, boats, restaurants and attractions. The two double bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and there are several USB sockets too for directly charging your phones, iPads and tablets etc. Large flat screen TV’s in each room and free Wi-Fi give you the luxury of being home from home. The lounge and kitchen are at the front where three large windows give you fantastic uninterrupted views out to sea and they let in lots of light giving the room a bright fresh quality feel. The centre windows are actually patio style doors which open inwards to enable you to sit, watch and hear the world go by below you. A superb walk-in shower wet room completes this apartment making it just perfect for family holidays or business trips. The staff are very helpful and attentive and will even carry your bags for you. Free parking, a free beach chalet and a free ice cream … what more could you want? We stayed here right in the centre of where we needed to be as we organised Scarborough’s GoldWing Light Parade charity event.

Fantastic location with great views over the harbour. Modern but with the little finishing touches that make all the difference. James & Victoria were very welcoming, met us on arrival and even carried out cases in from the car! The only downside is that we do not want to leave! We will be back.

The apartment and service was second to none. The owner went above and beyond our exoectations. He was friendly, helpful and always on hand if needed. Would highly recommend. We will definately be staying again soon.

WOW! Awesome does not even come close, we are staying in 2 two bedroomed apartments that are of the highest standard, James the owner could not have been more helpful from ringing me before we journeyed to Scarborough and then keeping in touch the whole time we were travelling, The Tour de Yorkshire was happening and he found out all the road traffic information in advance to keep us in the loop, he met us and helped us with parking, arranged for all our luggage to be taken to our apartments, picked my daughter up from the train station, gave us details about where to eat, shops and activities, he gave us free bus passes to our beach chalets which were the icing on the cake, kitted out with everything we needed, the children played on the beach happily and the sun shone, perfect, highly recommended to all, rest assured you will not be disappointed if you book Harbourside apartments, the only downside is we are leaving tomorrow, could stay forever, thank you James for making our bank holiday so fabulous.
