Well we’ve just come back from Park Dene B&B and what a fabulous time we had! Mags and Paul are the perfect hosts! Our rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were gorgeous and filled us for a full day of walking/exploring.
Mags and Paul were so lovely and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for us!
Myself, my husband and our daughter fell in love with both Ellie and Benji (the dogs) they were so cute and very well behaved.
We can’t wait to return!

What can I say other than what a fantastic B & B. The careful attention to detail by Mags & Paul make Park Dene pretty much a perfect example. From the warm welcome on arrival to the spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated rooms make this Whitby Gem a class above. The breakfast is absolutely divine made with locally sourced produce & is enough to fill you up for a fun filled day of exploring. The location of the property is perfectly placed & is about a 10 minute walk to the whale bones on Whitby’s West Cliff. I highly recommend a stay at Park Dene and I assure you, you won’t be disappointed.

Paul is a top chap, very friendly and B and B is splendid.

Enjoyed our breakfast chats over the weekend of the 26th and 27th of October.

What a hidden gem park dene is. Paul and mags are lovely friendly hosts who couldn’t do enough for us through out our stay with them in Whitby… their home is beautiful full of character and spotless. Our room was at the top of the house a very cosy comfortable room with everything we could want. Really comfy bed and hot shower and again spotlessly clean … breakfast was a proper hearty breakfast and they catered for our veggie needs even getting in soya milk for us … hats off to Paul who managed breakfast for every one on his own as mags had to deal with other matters in Sheffield… we would definitely return here it is value for money and you get very well looked after. Added additions Evie and bengi the house pooches who lapped up the attention.

We love staying at Park Dene.
We have stayed in all the rooms over the years, and they are all are of very high standard.
Comfortable beds and bedding
Soft white fluffy towels.
Good choice of breakfast, we recommend the full English.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Mags and Paul are fabulous hosts and we have become good friends now.
Looking forward to our next visit

Another great weekend at Whitby, Park Dene is a lovely house to stay, all the rooms are individual, peaceful and homely. The breakfasts are fantastic, food for all tastes, thank you Paul and Mags, we will be back.

Lovely to be back here again Mags and Paul are as welcoming as usual nothing too much trouble even wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived in our room and coffee and cake on arrival fabulous couple and fabulous place to stay very comfortable and u feel at home very clean lovely rooms all of them 5

First time for in Whitby and first time at Park Dene, definitely won’t be the last. Paul&Mags where great hosts and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Both my wife and myself would highly recommend a stay here and I’m sure you would not be disappointed. The rooms are very clean and fresh with lovely decor. You are spoilt for choice at breakfast time. We will definitely be paying another visit in the future.

Stopped there with my wife for a few days days what a great place room was spotless and cosy food was excellent and the owners were very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will be delighted to go again.

Just stayed here at the lovely park dene and cant fault it… the house is gorgeous and you can tell it has been well thought outto provide a feeling of comfort. Our room was kelly and was decorated in good taste. The bed was comfy and the house was always warm as toast… paul and maggie the hosts were very welcoming and freindly as well asdiscreet… our stay was made even better by whitby as a whole which is one of the most charming places ive ever visited… and I cant forget the fabulous benji… the hotel labrador… thank you to the parkdene which I cant recommend enough… oh and I have to mention the locality… 2 mins from the beach… 10/10
