What a fantastic pub, We phoned The Star Inn at 5:30 on Friday 8th November hoping to get a table got for 10 at 7pm and to our surprise they said yes,
We were warned it could take a while but to be honest we weren’t in a rush and to say it was worth the wait is an understatement, the lady behind the bar also served the food, we ordered 10 different main courses again no problem for the amazing chef, talk about value for money, most of us had the Greek food so fresh tasting and packed full of flavour
the portions are fantastic, a great selection of beers and spirits The star inn is a quality pub with great service great beers and incredible food
Thanks for having us and making the start of my birthday weekend unforgettable.

Lovely friendly staff, room gorgeous, 5 metres from pub, friendly neighbours and twin beds so won’t have mark sliming me all night, winner!

We've had another beautiful meal at Lynne and spiros, friendly atmosphere, lovely welcoming people, we have only lived in the village 18 months and they have made us feel so welcome thank u guys xx.

Great food and great people! Lynne is the perfect host, truely welcoming, kind and attentive. The food is nothing short of superb. Spiros is a super talented chef and makes a great choice of beautiful dishes. This is a real gem, dont miss out!

Every thing you should expect from a good bed and breakfast facility. Restaurant food was first class. A very warm and friendly welcome.

The Star is a really ok place. It is unfair to rate a place on what it isn't. What it does is simple and it does it well. They try very hard and nothing is too much trouble. We had a great stay and would definitely come again. The breakfast is well above average. Dinners are excellent, especially from the Greek menu. Helpings are on the generous side at very modest prices. The Star is 5 Star!

We went there for a couple of drinks after a funeral that's the only time we had been to the Star Inn.

Brilliant, lovely chalets, fantastic food cooked and prepared by our host Stavros, excellent breakfast all freshly cooked. We are definitely coming back.

Loved the food and the staff is very nice. I checked in very late in the evening but the owner Spiros made me an awesome burger. I decided to have dinner the following evening as well and wasn't disappointed a bit with the Moussaka.

This is the best a must try just had a weeks stay was a lovely friendly and great food.

Lynne couldn't have been more accommodating & helpful, we stayed for 4 nights at a very difficult time, my dad was in a nursing home & sadly passed away, we came over from Australia & didn't know the area at all, Lynne gave us heaps of helpful advice, even went above & beyond doing a load of washing for us! The room was clean, food was delicious & very reasonable, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you.
