Absolutely 100% 5 star. Where do I start? WOW… We originally booked a good number of rooms for our guests including ourselves for our wedding over a year ago, but due to lockdowns and so on we had to change things too many times in my opinion but nothing was too much for the girls at the Hide Out. Enya and Jodie went above and beyond to move and change things to help us out. Numerous changes to dates and number of nights etc they accommodated absolutely everything. Eventually we were able to have the day we wanted and finally got to stay at the hotel along with all of our guests over a year and a half after booking it. From walking into the Apartments it felt perfect, so homely and had everything we could have needed including extras which the girls put into the rooms as little welcome gifts, these small things really touched us. Rooms are so spacey, tidy and just amazing. Kitchen areas are just perfect and has everything you could possibly need in there for all eventualities. The bathrooms are just out of this world clean, large and just perfect. We would most certainly stay time and time again without a shadow of a doubt. Having spoken and met with the girls for over a year and a half before getting to the wedding day we feel the communication and general friendship was on point and could not fault a single thing. We will most certainly be going back soon… 😍😍😍😍😍

What a brilliant place to stay. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, the shower, oh my word, I didn't want to get out it was so amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, allowed me to bring a birthday cake the day before our stay so it could be placed in the room as a surprise for our arrival. 10/10 if you're looking for a place to stay in the city centre, this is definitely the best ❤️
Also loved that we could bring our doggo.

An absolute (5*) pleasure to stay here with my partner last night — the apartment was spacious, practical and modern. My personal favourite was the lovely hair & body wash provided in the bathroom so I started the day smelling like a freshly-made rosemary & thyme potato. Would definitely be back in a hurry!

We stayed at Hideout recently whilst visiting Hothams for a gin making afternoon. Beautiful apartment, super comfortable bed, large flatscreen so my husband could watch the rugby happily. Nice little touches such as delicious coffee, biccies and milk in fridge. The best thing was the location, so central and next to the beautiful minster. My only criticism, it was a bit chilly and took a long time to warm up. Would be nice to ramp the heating up before guests arrive.

The location was literally perfect — we could walk to everything throughout the Old Town area within. 5 mile radius. The reservation process was seamless, including an email receipt at the time of reservation with our apartment code and apartment number. We loved the keyless entry, the location next to Hull Minster, the spacious and well-lit rooms, the large and well-appointed bathroom with a great shower head, and USB outlets for easy charging of devices. We had various questions, all of which were promptly answered and handled. Highly recommended!

I booked for one night so my daughter and a couple of friends could stay. She loved it.

Hotel did not send access code until arrival. Needed to guess the room. Rooms are way uglier then on photos. Not recommended.

What a fabulous place to stay. Comfortable, perfect location, spotlessly clean, such friendly helpful people. I cannot find a single fault with this place. Even the coffee is wonderful! We will be booking again as soon as we can find the time for another break.

Beautiful quality apartment and the comfiest bed ever.

Had friends over from Chesterfield and Wolves and stayed in the two bed apartment. Everything detail is spot on. The location is perfect for old town. We followed the real ale trail. Love the code to access hotel so no one will loose a key. Will Defo be booking again. Thank you to your team x.

Great appartment very nice and great facilities, great value for money only downside was the bell going off at all hours but that cant be helped, would defo stay here again.

Modern apartment in a perfect location. Just a short walk from the docks where the nice cocktail bars are, and on a quiet enough street that you're not disturbed by revellers. At a similar price to the basic rooms of bigger hotel chains, we were very impressed by how much more the Hideout offers. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean. The bed was huge, pillows comfy and the lovely little touches like milk, tea and biscuits really helped make the stay. We also loved the easel! Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower during our visit. However, before we even realised this was an issue, we had already received an email explaining the situation, offering a 50% refund and free tea and coffee in the cafe next door. These things happen from time to time, but the hotel's excellent handling of it shows how they really are a five star establishment. We will certainly be back.

We loved our stay at Hideout. The room was super clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful touches that you wouldn't normally get with a regular hotel, like a cute retro/modern radio, local tea, and super easy keyless access. We also met the owner the first night of our stay at a local restaurant — he was super friendly and seemed genuinely invested in continuously improving the facilities.

Great place. Stayed 2 adults and 2 girls (7&9). Nice to have space and two rooms unlike a hotel. Unfortunately only there for one night. All loved it. Great decor lovely showers and great beds. The girls lived the bunks and being able to watch Netflix whilst in bed.

So gorgeous! Beautifully decorated and finished stylish and spacious. Local artwork on the walls and personalised touches. If I didn't live in hull I would absolutely stay here every time!

What a great find! Perfect place for a girlie catch up — immaculately clean throughout with 2 lovely bedrooms each with bathroom and a kitchen/living area. Loved the quirky furniture in sitting room. Would be great for kids too with lovely bunk beds in the second bedroom. Directly opposite the beautiful minster and in walking distance of the city centre.

I spent the night at The Hideout during it's opening weekend in June, it was immaculate. We stayed in the deluxe one bed apartment, it had an amazing bay window seat that overlooked the most beautiful Trintiy church. We were welcomed with some locally sourced coffee and chocolates and enjoyed the double basin in the bathroom — handy for couples! We enjoyed walking to the Marina and going to the Gin Bar on Humber Street and Thieving Harry's for a cheese toastie overlooking the marina. Feren's art gallery is a must in the city centre too! Hideout we will be back next time we are visiting family in Hull & we will be recommending you!
