Really enjoyed this challenging course with its narrow fairways and plenty of over the hill shots to make you wonder which way to play your shot. The whole place is kept beautifully. We then decided to have dinner at the restaurant which was the best decision ever. The tuna steak was the BEST I had ever had and the rest of the food was perfect. Really well priced for the quality of food too. Will definitely be back very soon! Thank you.

I cannot express adequately how very pleased we were with the fabulous event that you gave us (Heringtons Solicitors) at our annual family day last Sunday at the Club. The feedback from our colleagues has been first class. Many of them said to me you were right on their door step and couldn’t imagine why they had never visited you before! Thanks to Manager Tom and the fantastic events co-ordinator Sam Dullaway for going to great pains to listen to our brief and then absolutely turning it into reality and surpassing all our expectations. Please congratulate chef and his assistant for providing absolutely delicious food and for ensuring that everyone was served quality food on demand and without delay. Your waiting staff were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure that our guests were looked after throughout. The “welcome wagon” tent was perfect and the girls so welcoming and helpful. Parents of small children were so grateful to be guided to the face painters etc. And every consideration was made for their comfort. The picnic blankets on the green were a delightful touch and indeed on such a hot day that corner closest to the pro-shop was most definitely the place to be! Thanks to the pro-shop staff who helped get those that wanted to partake on the putting green etc. Up and running.

Great atmosphere, played the short course which was fun. No ridiculous dress code to adhere to. Early opening hours so was able to play before the sun hit it's zenith. Bacon rolls after were decent and the waitress actually smiled, which was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting again.

Went to a birthday party here. Nice venue, we had the upstairs room to ourselves. Staff were very helpful and the food was delicious.

Great condition for February.

Love the driving range; cheap too. Just turn up and whack 'em.

We go to Sedlescombe Golf Club since many years and we enjoyed every single stay there. Lovely hotel, great and friendly staff, good kitchen, beautiful scenery to play golf and Tom our golf pro is a fantastic teacher and a wonderful golf companion. It's every year our "go-to" place to start our golf season — sometimes we go there even more than once and we come from Switzerland. Definitely recommendable to stay there.

This place has improved in the last couple of weeks due to the new management.

Fantastic Friendly Golf Club. Superb facilities. Great staff, all very welcoming. Beautiful course set in gorgeous countryside. Wonderful on site Restaurant with outstanding food. Hotel also on site which is very spacious, comfortable and clean.

This is an outstanding golf course, and for 10 years I've been playing on the championship quality courses in Belek/Antalya. It's a pleasure to play the Sedlescombe Golf Course whatever the weather. Plus, 3 par course is a must try. The training facilities are one of the best around in East Sussex and Kent. Tasty and well priced food. Spacious car park. Friendly staff.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. Our room was huge, extra large and comfy bed and staff only too willing to help. Food was amazing — breakfast, lunch and dinner — outstanding value for money all round.

Stayed here for a couple nights, excellent facilities and friendly staff. Lovely hotel and the air conditioning was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Just spent the last three days on a beginner's course and had a great time. The tutor was very professional and patient, and we learned an enormous amount in a short space of time. The positive reviews here are well deserved, in our opinion. On arrival, it wasn't clear where we needed to check-in, and the owner who was sitting at the bar (where we were supposed to check in after all) ignored us, and wandered off with his coffee. After a few minutes wait, we were seen by a more helpful member of staff! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, although there was no shower; just a bath with a shower head attachment. Breakfasts (included) are generous and the quality of ingredients was better than expected. We also ate there in the evenings, and again the food was good value and high quality. The club staff are really friendly and accommodating, but they seemed short-staffed as the service was a little slow on occasion. We'd definitely come back, and would recommend the club to anyone who wants to learn golf, or improve their game.
