Great place to stay great mine hosts.

Overpriced for threadbare carpet, poor water control in mouldy shower, broken furniture, poor Wi-Fi — but clean linen, spacious room with lovely window, good supply of electrical outlets and reasonable breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights, had brilliant weekend, staff very friendly had warm welcome. Breakfast superb. Four poster bed in big room. Carpets could do with a clean, but didn't affect our stay, very well situated, would stay again.

My insurance company had to find me accommodation for a couple of nights and I was pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome and clean and pleasant room I had. The full English breakfast was brilliant and kept me going throughout the day. I even recommended it to my insurance company for my place to stay at as I would have to do so for the next couple of weeks during my days off from work. Tower House did not let me down and I would recommend it as a place to stay. Room 4 is brilliant. Give it a try.

Warm and friendly welcome, and excellent service with clean and well furnished rooms. Good parking. Couldn't recommend more. Absolutely fantastic.

The room was in excellent condition and the location was superb. But the best impression was left by the hospitable service of the hosts. Couldn't recommend Tower house 1066 highly enough.

Lovely B&B. Room was very nice and a great breakfast.

We stayed one night — wish we hadn't. Disgusting carpets, never cleaned windows, covered on dust and bathroom full of black hairs, needed a vacuum! Mattress was horrible, cheapest spring, just a doubl. And my parter could not even strench his legs, really bad night sleep. Even the walls and door had stains on them! Breakfast from 8-9, crazy! Poor quality and ignored by waitress. Pay as much as a hotel and staying at your grannys house. Did not want to touch the old fashion cushions and curtains. Please avoid! Never stay!

Old fashioned an terrible bed! The whole house needs refurbishing and the carpets are just filthy. The mattress on our bed must have been 20 years old.

Really friendly staff. Lots of free parking. The rooms are cozy although a little old fashion. Good value for money.
