Just got back from staying at the Pelirocco, there was a small group of us and we had such a great time, the rooms where brilliant and quirky! Got to mention Linda and all the staff they were amazing and so accommodating. Linda made sure we was happy and made some great cocktails! Thank you! X.

We just stayed at Hotel Pelirocco for my daughter's wedding and had the BEST time! The staff were friendly, accomodating and efficient. Lovely breakfasts, fun, comfortable rooms and the whole stay was amazing. Thank you to all who made our special occasion so awesome.

We've just arrived. So far… Friendly Staff, reception greeting. Room is lovely although, no wardrobe. However, plenty of room to lay stuff out IF only on short break 🤔💞

Stayed last night at this hotel as brought from a friend on a unusually stay gift voucher, the room was absolutely amazing, and the best sleep I’ve had for absolutely ages, the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough, breakfast this morning was absolutely perfect and definately finished out stay off. Did have a look if any rooms were available for tonight unfortunately fully booked but we can definately see why. We will be back :) thank you again.

Amazing themed hotel! We loved it! Had the Rebel, Rebel room… lovely hot tub in the room! Dwain is so friendly and lovely, will help you with whatever you need. Great atmosphere! Don't go here if your looking for some 5 star posh place it's for fun! highly recommended and they welcome all!

One of the most wonderfully interesting hotels we have stayed in. We had the koibito love room and it was an amazing nights stay.

Just had a one stay in the David Bowie room and OMG it's amazing. The staff are fantastic very helpful plus the extra of flowers, chocolates and wine where amazing. I could not recommend this place enough plus there isn't enough stars to rate my experience with my husband thank you all.

Stayed here for my birthday in February as it came highly recommended by my friend Simon — Absolute UK. Beautiful hotel with quirky staircases and elevators. Amazing decor and tastefully designed interiors — truly boutique in every sense. Brighton has always been my favourite city in the UK and I’m glad there’s an establishment like Hotel Pelirocco keeping its charm and uniqueness right on top. I stayed in the Rainforest themed room with my partner and was extremely pleased with the size of the guest room, the well though amenities and a fabulous little LP disc player with a good collection to go with. Those travelling here, please ask for this room if you’re a fan of the tropics. P. S it comes with its own hammock and its worth the fight to chill in it with your partner.

Just on my way back home from a great weekend here. Managed to experience the Bowie and Dolly room, both amazing! Staff were so friendly and welcoming, can’t fault it. Thanks so much for everything, will definitely be back again!

I stayed in the Vader room and was not disappointed! Bunk beds are comfortable and shower is hot and powerful! Great location right near the beach! Perfect for any Star Wars fans no matter how old you are!

We truly cannot imagine visiting Brighton unless we're staying at Hotel Pelirocco! We have stayed twice during visits to different concerts in Brighton — Adam Ant at Brighton Center and Pete Fij and Terry Bickers at the Rialto — and we have stayed in four different rooms during our visits! Absolutely adore the Japanese Love room's deep tub! Can't wait to try the Lover's Lair someday for a birthday party when we have the entire place for our friends! That's the plan, anyway! Can't wait to come back to Hotel Pelirocco! <3 See you soonish! :D.

My partner and I stayed a night in the Lovers' Lair (formerly known as the Kraken's Lair) suite, and absolutely loved it. The hotel is really quirky but not in a tacky way, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The suite's bath was our favourite thing about it; the bath is absolutely enormous and feels extremely luxurious, and the eight foot round bed was an absolute treat. Having the spacious sitting room and adjacent courtyard, along with our own street entrance, made it feel like we had our own apartment in Brighton. We enjoyed some good cocktails in the bar in the evening, and a lovely breakfast was delivered to our room the following morning. The hotel is situated very centrally for Brighton, just a minute's walk from the beach, and the Lanes just a short walk away. We parked in the underground parking in Regency Square, literally opposite the hotel entrance. We visit Brighton every few months and have agreed that this is now the only place we can stay when we visit, as every other place we've stayed at pales in comparison!

Amazing rooms, staff and atmosphere. Kooky deco in ALL rooms. Great 2 nights in Bettie's Boudoir leopard print walls and a massive jet tub. Fab veiws from balcony. Location is great for beach, pier i360 and city centre.

It's a fantastic eclectic hotel where each of the rooms have a different theme. Mine was an early rock and roll theme, which had a record player and loads of 7" records that could be played. They're not very early 60s but there were two Curly Wurlys on the tea tray :). The staff were great — very helpful. No car parking but some on street if you're lucky and an enclosed one underground just a couple of minutes away (there's a charge). There is live music and the night I stayed the band was 'Nosferatu's Beach Hut'. I leave you with that thought.

Great hotel with friendly staff, we stayed in the Motown room which when your coming in from the lift and carrying bags is hard to get to with the stairs the way they are. The shower needs more pressure and the room is great but needs updating. Bit of a long walk from the station and pier, if your going for the lanes and attractions I don’t recommend.

I'm a director and had a show touring to Brighton that I had to look after and needed a short stay. The leading actor in the production beamed when we confirmed we were going there and told me that he wanted to book me into his favourite hotel in Brighton. I agreed and lo and behold I walked through the doors of the fabulous Hotel Pelirocco. The first thing that hits you is the fabulous kitsch design of every room, corridor, bar and even the lavatories. You'd struggle to find… an inch of the place that hasn't been stylised with a passion for music, an appreciation of art, design and oodles of personalty. It's like the love child of Aladdin's cave and Andy Warhol's studio. In this sterile age of 'contemporary design' I think you could probably spend a day just looking at all of the fabulous things on display and when was the last time you walked into a bedroom without anyone else in it that made you smile? The whole place just lifts your spirits. Not only are the rooms camp as tits, but every amenity is catered for that you could possibly need — hairdryer, BIG kettles, fans, tea, coffee, decent shampoo, loads of fluffy towels, cushions, sofas (the list really goes on) including my favourite touch of a couple of free Curly Wurlys in case you get a little peckish and a faux silk purple dressing gown (yes really! ). Finally the staff are like the rooms — welcoming, vibrant and devastating to say goodbye to.

Perfect location right by the 360i. We had a balcony so could enjoy the sun. Breakfast was great. Really nice atmosphere. Bar open late. Quirky rooms. Staff lovely and friendly.

Stayed here for work and was delighted. Great location — literally a minute from the beach, super friendly accommodating staff and a cardigan-themed room! What's not to love?

Our 2 night stay here was brilliant! We stayed in the Cuckoo room which was lovely and clean. Staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for You! And the bar was great too lovely cocktails! Really was a lovely stay.

Wanted to pop in for a drink because I'd heard/read good things. Despite obviously waiting at the bar, 4 people got served before me, all of whom knew the server. Definitely a 'local'. I ended up walking out. Might be an alright hotel (I wouldn't know) but clearly not a fan of strangers popping in for a quick one.

Attended funny fursdays at the Hotel Pelirocco. What a brilliant venue, the decor was quirky and fun (wonderfully and amusingly artistic) staff were friendly and welcoming and the comedy was fab will definitely make a return visit in the future. Can't comment on the accommodation as we didn't stay, however I would seriously consider doing so if the public areas are any indication. Lovely and the bathroom/WC was incredibility fun (loved the red boots ;) )

The was a fun and unique hotel with a lot to offer people looking to have a good time. The bar downstairs has events and while I was staying they had a DJ. I stayed in the Vader room and it was well stocked with Star Wars themed items. They sell the memorabilia as well in the event you wish to buy something. My stay was in August on a particularly hot weekend and the lack of AC in my room made it too hot. I did not eat breakfast, but the coffee I was given was very hot.

We had a really enjoyable stay here! Super friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location, awesome room (we stayed in the Koibito room), and great atmosphere. Would heartily recommend! :)

I stayed one night in the reggae room and it was great! The decor is fabulous and I love the idea of themed rooms. The staff were also very friendly. Definitely recommend if you want somewhere cool and a bit different to stay by the beach!

Stayed in Motown room clean, comfortable. Quirky but fun. Staff very friendly and one of the best breakfast ever. Some larger establishments should take note!.

Stayed on a gift-voucher thingy, but unlike other voucher offers, which make you feel like a 2nd class citizen, the staff here were nice and helpful. Our Room, Gresham Blake, was great and we will be back. Highly recommend.

What a place! Stayed in the Modrephenia room and daughter had Do Knit Disturb and absolutely couldn't fault them. Sensory overload with all the amazing artwork and funky wallpaper but this is what makes it such a great place to stay! Staff were lovely, rooms were spotlessly clean and the bathroom in Mod room was incredible! Can't recommend enough!

We have stayed here twice and have loved every aspect of it… Great staff, fab, funky but clean rooms, awesome Breakfast and it's a great experience unlike any other hotel ive stayed in… (and that's a fair few! ). Stay in the hunting room — was fab — the Cloud Cukoo room is great but I really missed having a shower.

Excellent rooms, lots of wonderful extras, and a proper full English in the morning! Plus a view of the sea out the window.

Fab hotel — this was my second visit. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, managed to get a room last minute, on top floor. Fantastic decor throughout, comfy bed, nice touch with the complimentary curlywurlys :) Great that check out isn't until 12 noon so no rush in the morning. Free Wi-Fi (as if you need it! ). Good location for going out. We were in the Bowery Room right at the top, but ok as there is a lift, and quite quiet up there. Our only gripe was the terrible shower, lime-scaled up and impossible to get an even heat — either too hot or too cold — that said, I would still definitely stay there again.

From moment we arrived the staff were extremely frendly and helpful. Also the manager was very freindley and helpful. But the hotel and rooms are briliant … if its pourin with rain it dont matter cos all the fun is in the hotel. Will def go back. Exelent.

Had a lovely stay in Cloud Cuckoo Land on the top floor, spacious room with a bath. Comfy bed & yummy curly wurly :) Would definitely stay again & try out a different room & also the bar which was rocking on Sat night.

Room decor was fun and quirky but a bit shabby with peeling paint and wobbly door handles. The check in staff member on Tuesday was very friendly and bubbly, making me feel welcome. I was in the vader room which had great themed decor but unfortunately being right by the lift on the ground floor it was genuinely as if those waiting for the arrival were in the room. I felt like saying bless you to the person who was sneezing at around midnight. On a personal note I actually ended up sleeping on the floor. I have some medical equipment that I have to plug in overnight and the lack of nearby plug sockets made this tricky. Note to self… extension leads on all future hotel stays.

Staff is friendly and informative. Apart from that the bed wasn't really clean, the was really smelly, and the shower keep going between too hot and too cold. Next time I'm in Brighton I'll look for a different hotel in the same area.

All the lady's that serve the bar are the nuts at cocktails an friendly an informative on the local restuarants. Will only stay in Brighton if I'm in the pellorocco as I think anywhere else would be a let down. Don't change a thing guys.

Awesome little find in the Pelirocco, with it's perfect location near Brighton Town Centre and a stones throw from Brighton Beach. Great friendly service, and with it's themed rooms, it's a break from the norm! Hotels can become so stale and the Pelirocco gives you that difference. Highly reccomend.

We arrived at the hotel and required help for parking and the staff could not have been any more helpful. When we arrived we was told that the room we had booked had scaffolding by the windows. We was then given the choice of another five rooms. The staff where lovely and allowed us to go and have a look in all of the rooms whilst they looked after our luggage. We chose to stay in room 18. It was an amazing room, beautifully decorated and very clean. I am looking forwards to staying here again once my baby has been born. The free breakfast was lovely too, there was a good choice for breakfast, my self and partner went for the full breakfast. We was really pleasantly surprised as the breakfast was not greasy at all. Also the quality of the bacon, sausages and eggs where great. The staff where lovely and sooo friendly. The hotel is very funky looking and a great place to go with a lovely atmosphere. I wish I could of stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelirocco recently. We rang and booked very last minute and they were really accommodating, we wanted to bring the kids and they supplied extra bedding for them to camp down on the floor. There was a great atmosphere there and the rooms and service was all clean and stylish.

Awesome experience! We had a leak in our room and the staff react super quickly, apologising and offering us some beers at the bar. The breakfast is very good (I'd recommend booking it in advance). The location is great (in front of the sea) we will definitely come back again.

Had a great weekend at The Pelirocco. I travel extensively for work, and usually stay in all of the big chain hotels and fancied something a little different, and a but more 'Brighton'. We were not disappointed. The welcome from the staff was personal, genuine and friendly, and all aspects of our stay were perfect. In our late 40's we are probably not the key target demographic for the hotel, but were made very welcome, and would definitely stay again. The room was spotlessly clean and interesting in its decor. We had a perfect nights sleep, and were not disturbed by the Christmas party in the bar. With the Pelirocco, they have managed to turn what could be just another 'boarding house' style hotel into a really nice niche-styled rock themed hotel without going over board. The staff really made the difference, and displayed the service level that you find in many of Brightons independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Well done guys, you did yourselves proud.

SUCH a lovely hotel! Only went for the one night, but the we were blown away by how lovely all the staff were. The themed rooms are such a laugh, and made the stay that bit better! I thoroughly recommend the Star Wars room for any sic fi fan! Will definitely be going back.

Had an absolutely brilliant stay at the hotel Pelirocco in Brighton! We were meant to stay in the Dolly parton room but due to renovation work we opted for the GB hunters lodge type room, which was really comfortable! Great bathroom and upholstery! Cleverly and subtley decorated x They treated us to a free bottle of Presecco and veggie breakfasts' which were delicious and very hospitable of them. Alice was lovely and all the other staff we met were equally wonderful! Perfect location for Brighton! Very interesting and cool themed hotel x would definitely recommend! Especially if going to a gig at the concorde 2 which we intended to do x lion n lobster is nearby which is also a very nice pub with hidden three floors roof terrace bar and near all shopping and seafront sights! Also recommend the Rock ola 50s themed diner in tidy street if wondering the lanes and fancy a snack :) Definitely stay there again! Loved it! Thank you all x x x.

Really comfortable large room (Stoli Salon) with great bed and a view of the sea across the square. Bathroom was a bit shabby for the price though. Very helpful friendly staff, quirky/fun atmosphere, good breakfast.
