Great hotel, very friendly staff and tge pub & food is great next door 👌100% recommended 👍

Due to the covid situation we have had to cancel our reservation for one night on 1st October. We are not entitled to a refund of £32.00 as we did not pay extra for the cancellation policy. Absolutely furious. These are extraordinary times and we did not want to cancel — we have no choice. We will not be using Premier Inns in any location in the future.

Excellent and friendly staff. Could not have more helpful. Restaurant next door was just as good, friendly and good fun staff. Good service, both place made our visit wonderful.

Even though The Premiere in Was Fabulously Situated & staff very welcoming 5**, The Ash bridge where the restaurant & Breakfast was booked from is not a True refection of what is actually served.

Great staff and service. Fabulous sized family rooms would comfortably sleep 4 and an infant, bath and (over-bath) shower in bathroom. Excellent adjoining restaurant, serves great value all you can eat full breakfast. Quiet location.

Great hotel staff very friendly very helpful nothing ever a problem. Bed was really comfy. A couple of local pubs near by. Train station 10 minutes away if needed. Certainly return again.

It was a great first experience. The staff was very helpful.

Last time I stayed in Scotland at another premier inn and that stay was great just like this one. Good people there really felt welcome. Rooms are Great and clean. Though the showers are low, so dont be big or prepare to duck ;) I will definitelly be visiting again.

Stayed for business for 1 night. Clean room, comfy bed. Normal premier inn experience. 5 star because the staff are fantastic. Nothing was too much to ask. Umbrella toothbrush questions about local area. Would return because of friendly staff.

I had a great nights sleep in a very comfy and cosy bed, the large luscious shower was a warm welcome after a long day after a very friendly welcome by the staff. With its cheap prices if booked in advance, it's a great, affordable place to stay if you're in the area.

Hotel is good. You get what you pay for. The restaurant is pretty rubbish. Food isn't well presented and we waited half an hour for desserts before cancelling and leaving. Hope they can improve on their standards.

Stay here regularly and it's always clean and tidy and what you'd expect from a Premier Inn.

I really like Premier Inns, simple and basic accommodation, but it's clean and comfortable. Not somewhere I'd choose to stay for a holiday, but for an overnight stay for work it's all you need.

Only stayed one night but it was exceptional. Very clean Nice friendly, accomodating staff and best night sleep ive had in a long time (as I have a bad back).
Sorry but food was not good (although the restaurant is seperate from hotel) barely cooked most of it soft and spicey.
But hotel? Top notch.
We will be back.

Clean, fresh and good rooms. Breakfast was awesame! Price is right!

Booked my adjoining room a month ago. Arrived to be told that my rooms were not available as the current occupants had decided to stay for a couple of extra days. No apology. Staff were very dismissive. I suppose I should be grateful that they had some rooms available. Surely the current occupants should have been told to change rooms. Adjoining rooms are a necessity when travelling with young children and elderly parents. Wont be staying here again.

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Parking on site and free, food in the pub next door was fine and the usual Premier Inn breakfast is available from 6:30am.

A pleasant premier inn on the smaller side only 2 floors friendly professional staff nicely air conditioned with a good pub next door.

Service and room excellent. Parking seemed a bit in short supply but there was in fact a lot more unused parking at the rear of the hotel. The Table Table restaurant was average for a chain restaurant.

Really clean rooms, staff were lovely. Nice pub next door breakfast was great but a little slow as they were so busy and not enough staff. Will definitely be staying again.

Another excellent Premier Inn… lovely friendly staff, needs a few more staff in the restaurant which is next door and not in house… this is usually the case where the evening meal and breakfasts are not run by the same staff… but, none the less, like 80% of our other Premier Inn stays. Its up there with the best… if full… try Pontypool.

Third stay. Very nice and clean the staff are lovely and welcoming. Food at the Ashbridge next door is nice, it's a busy place and needs more staff, but they are very attentive considering that they are busy. Breakfast lady remembered my usual order and yet I last stayed before Christmas, she must see lots of people! So very impressed with the personal touch.

This hotel is an average Premier Inn. Pros: The bed is comfortable. There is adequate space. There is not much noise from the nearby roads. More than a sufficient number of plug sockets. Cons: Shower water pressure. Television size. If you're on the ground floor, you can hear people walking above you quite clearly. No lift/elevator access to the upper floor. The hairdryer. The provided shampoo. Ratings: Bed: ★★★★☆ Shower: ★★☆☆☆ Television: ★☆☆☆☆ Cleanliness:★★★★☆ Noise:★★★☆☆ Location:★★★☆☆ View: ★★☆☆☆ Conclusion: At this price point I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Overall my rating of this hotel would definitely be 3 out of 5 stars. If you are looking for a relatively cheap place to stay then I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly nice welcome when we arrived. Room good size and clean.

Locked out of room, swipe card wouldn't work. Had to call out manager to programme door lock.

Door lock not working, couldn't gain access to room for a long period.

Everything about this Hotel & Restaurant is really first class. Nothing is too much trouble.

Staff were so friendly and the rooms were rather be clean and tidy had a really good stay with them.
