As it says understated great hotel friendly and accommodating staff. Great food and rooms well maintained comfy bed as well other big brand hotels should pay a visit and take onboard how a hotel should be run.
The Hotel is ideally situated near the Airport. On arrival the lady at reception was great and very welcoming. However, she explained that being a Sunday it is policy not to open the dining room. After a five hour drive you really want something to eat before going to bed for an early flight next morning. You can get a takeaway from various kebab houses or Chinese restaurants but it's a lottery. Other guests were ordering as best they could with cars arriving with different bags of luke warm food. You can use the restaurant and we thought we would have a beer. Turns out the lovely lass on reception was the bar staff, hotel porter, safety officer and receptionist! Her work load was colossal with different guests all making demands on her time. If there had been a medical emergency or fire it would have been a disaster. Shame on you Celtic International for putting one person under so much pressure and potentially endangering the lives of your guests to save a few quid!

The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed but everything felt tired. I likened it to visiting your Gran's. The hotel did have a good range of facilities including, tea and coffee making and ironing in your room, pool room, drinks vending machines. One of the downsides was the bar and restaurant, in my opinion, offered a limited and basic range of drinks and meals and not at basic prices.
