Great location, in the main commercial area. Great value, friendly staff and clean rooms. Would be a 5 star if the walls had better sound proofing, if you have loud neighbours it is very hard to sleep.

It is a very good hôtel. The room was very clean, there is space, there is tee and coffe and hot water). The bathroom was very good too. There are just 3 problems : — It is a little difficult to find the hotel. — There is not a (free) parking, so you can’t go the reception with the lugges (you need to walk). — The breackfast is not included, so the restaurant (a cafe is not perfect …) So, for this price, it is amazing!

Good location (just 8-min walk from the train station), rooms clean and tidy even though it could use a little refreshing and better soundproofing. Very nice and helpful staff as well!

Excellent location. Very convenient to city centre and transport network. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms and we'll stocked each day. Definitely would stay here again. Prices were fair and reasonable.

Don't expect any upscale place; the photos are somewhat misleading. However, friendly staff, decent cleaning and OK rooms make for a good hotel. Breakfast is basic but plenty. Rooms are big enough. Could user thicker glass in the windows; I was awoken by seagulls even with the windows closed. Location is super; right in the middle of the city centre and walking distance from Marina, beach, pubs, shops, …

Excellent hotel, excellent service and we r really surprised by the size of room it was so big that we parked our 2 bicycles inside the room … very good for value … centrally located. We enjoyed our stay.

Exelent place aparat from the noice across the street (primark workers, night builder) plus internet looks like was dropping down all the time: ( Some one should sort the primark night stuff out!

Great, inexpensive accommodation. Room was good, breakfast was very nice. Couldn't really fault it.

Got hardly any sleep due to a very noisy guest that didn't seem to leave when they were told to. Very eventful night including police and waking up to blood outside! Hotel staff handled it well though and were very apologetic. We were given a voucher for a free night stay whenever we want which we were happy with. Hope it's not a reoccurring problem!

I was doing work at the hotel, but the staff were still very polite and helpful.

It is what it is, cheap and cheerful and am excellent location in the centre of town.

Reasonable prices. Lacking in a restaurant just has a Coffee Shop but passable. Beds are very hard. Staff are ok.

It was a great stay. The customer service was golden. Very receptive and helpful staff. The room was clean and neat and had all the essentials. We had a comfortable stay.

You get what you pay for but the location is great so if you are not spending much time at hotel the it's perfect.

Smart. Clean. Very helpful and professional staff. Superb central location for indoor market, new shopping mall, bus station adjoining this, ten minutes from rail station. Lovely onsite café which is open for residents after general close, including smashing cakes! Ten minutes to harbour, bus available to just about all points Wales! Going back again in September it was so bad.

Paid 69.99 for a decent hotel. Looks bad on the outside but great on the inside. Staff are friendly and it is well placed. Their recommended car park is nearly 10 minutes away so look for an alternative.

Quiet although in the town centre. Lovely staff friendly and chatty. Thry couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend lovely clean room and comfy bed. Fantastic!

Very disappointed with the hotel staffs attitude, had to pay £400 deposit for 4 rooms which I wasn't notified about when making the booking! Refund has not been refunded after being told it would take 3-5 days I am still waiting after a week! Staff were very rude upon check in and also when asking for the deposit! Have stayed in travel lodge and other branded hotels in Swansea and this is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. I can safely say I will not use this hotel again! Should have remained closed! As I have to give this a rating 1 star is too much!

The staff were amazing and really friendly. Would definatly recommend to all I know. Rooms were lovely and clean and you could go to thr recepyion which is a coffee shop snd have all the free lattes thst u eould like. Drfinatly use again.

If you want a hotel to use only when your going out clubbing in Swansea and don't care about a night sleep then come here. The noise from the bollard alarm outside our room that goes off every twenty minutes was blissful, the room was so hot and stuffy, the mattress was like sleeping on bricks and the pillows were rock solid. The hair dryer cut out after every ten minutes and the blue one I got given had so much fluff and dirt in the back of the fan it really put me off using it. I found it inconvenient that there isn't a kettle in the room and although being offered tea and coffee downstairs I just feel like that's a ploy to get people into the cafe. The sound from the single glazed Windows, thin walls, bad plumbing and corridor is enough for anyone not to get any sleep or rest. The only positive is the location and the deep bath.

Have given 1 star as that is the least I can give…… appalling!
