Comfortable, clean room. Quiet even though it is near shopping outlet and dual carriageway next to motorway. Staff friendly.

Comfortable and functional simple hotel. Great value for money, always clean. Kind and attentive staff… only criticism of the paid Wi-Fi… 5 pounds a day… one Po dear! otherwise great breakfast too… I've been there often and would go back!

I would have given 5 stars only there was scaffolding up all around this premier inn I wasnt made aware of this when I booked however the staff are a credit to the premier inn and the breakfast was yummy and plentiful would definitely recommend this establishment.

Clean and tidy. You get what you pay for and I met some nice people.

Great location close to the designer outlet with a great range of places to eat. Breakfast is great and the customer service is second to none.

Stayed here for a weekend in March to visit family nearby. From the minute we arrived the welcome we received was so lovely ❤️ all of the staff were lovely & always happy & welcoming & very caring. Thank u all, we definitely will be staying here again on our next visit. I will just add also having to use the accessible room due to my disabilities. (have stayed in some others that were no way accessible! ) the available amenities were definitely designed for accessibility/ disability & made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast excellently cooked& very attentive staff ❤️ Thank you xx.

Only negatives are parking is a little limited, and there are showers only, no baths in the rooms, but this did stated up front on the website. Other than that, breakfast was nice, room was very clean and comfortable and the staff are all lovely and friendly. It's a great location for things to do and eat as it is right next to restaurants and a retail outlet mall.

My wife and I booked a 4 night stay at the end of January. We asked if there was a super-king size bed, but were told, by the receptionist, that there were none, and that all the beds were the same size. Connsequently my wife, who is registered diasabled, could not settle well in the double bed we were given. It was quite obvious that the room had previously had a king-size bed in it as the head-board fittings and the side cabinets extended way beyond the double bed. After 2 nights of poor sleep we asked another receptionist about the beds and she told us that there was another room available — with a super-king size bed! We were able to transfer easliy and then spend the next two nights far more comfortably. Why were we not told this on the first night? I have since been asked by Premier Inn to complete a review online. When is came to the issue of the "night's sleep" Iwas asked iff we were offered a refund, as per their policy. Whilst I answered in the negative, I have not heard any more about it!

Great location, just off the M4. Nearby supermarket and filling station, plus a McArthur Glen shopping mall and Odean cinema within easy walking distance. Harvester next door too. Service is good, free Wi-Fi not great in any of the rooms I've tried there (4 on floor 3). No iron or board in the room is a pain, as limited loaners available. Parking can be tricky due to the Harvester customers. Good price and no complaints though.

Stayed here many times now. All staff are truly lovely. But Helen stands out for me. Makes the stay that much more enjoyable. Lovely warm lady. Lovely place to stay. Lots of things around to keep busy and harvester only next door with lovely staff too. Wales has a special place on my heart for always :) ) ) x.

Bit of room confusion so 1 person was left on sofa bed, however receptionist dealt with the situation as well as she could have.

Alot of choices for food, but no air cin in room.

Rooms are a bit small. Good location and great breakfast though.

Good friendly staff and great breakfasts, room was very small but still perfectly adequate for a nights stay. Could do with better pillows but that's something I find everywhere.

Lovely room and staff. Great location for shopping and restaurant next door. Used the hotel to attend a wedding nearby and they were happy to arrange a taxi for us too.

Clean and tidy with plenty of of shops across the car park. A pub next door so handy for food and drinks. Helpful staff.

My stay was brilliant! Very welcoming.

We stayed on Saturday 17th August and while the hotel itself was fine in terms of appearance and the room was quiet and well appointed, there were a couple of issues we encountered on our stay which mean we will not be returning to this hotel. On arrival the car park was so full as to force us to temporarily park in Sainsbury's car park and hope that a space became available in the hotel prior to our heading out for the evening. This proved to be the case but was entirely dependent upon luck. The hotel desperately needs to improve the provision of parking for paying guests. One of our party was also charged an additional room in error and was advised she could only have this refunded once it appeared on her bank statement. We didn't believe this for a minute but the person on reception didn't seem to know what they were doing so we decided to arrange for the details to be passed on to the next shift and hope they were better informed. When we followed up with other staff at shift change the issues had not been communicated and we were advised that none of the staff could figure out what their colleague had done in order that it might be rectified.

Nice and clean at a reasonable price nothing really special would happily stay again one thing with it being hot and having the window open you can hear a bit of traffic noise.

One of the better Premier Inns in my opinion. Good room layout and a proper shower. Nice idea having a breakfast room on site, rather than in the pub.
