Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious room. Staff members were very friendly and the quiet and scenic location was a great place to relax and to work. The Full Welsh Breakfast is recommended. EV charging point was very useful.

We went to the plough for my daughter's wedding. The wedding planner Sara was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel rooms were clean, well set out and so comfortable. The food was amazing, everything from the breakfast, the wedding meal and the evening good roast was top class. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful. Value for money 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend.

My partner surprised me to stay and dine in this hotel for our anniversary, never been before or even heard of it. the place is spotless, STUNNING waitress was extremely friendly and full of smiles. bedroom very spacious and fantastic views. defo returning Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay recently. The hotel is lovely set in an beautiful position with super views. The food was fabulous with excellent service. We were impressed with the staff group across all the hotel. The room was very clean and had nice quality furniture and linen. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely overnight stay & evening meal at this hotel on New Years Day. Friendly staff, beautiful food, a spacious room which was spotless. Highly recommend this hotel and will be returning at a later date.

Amazing stay well looked after even we could not get into our rooms, the cards would not work three times but that was no problem to us but the staff member was very apologetic and offered a free drink while we waited. Marios amazing waiter be sorry to see him go and so happy and loved a bit of fun. Excellent worker. Room was lovely as well.

We’ve been to the Plough several times, for family birthdays, larger family gatherings, lunches for two…. It’s always a lovely place to visit. The staff are welcoming and knowledgable. The food is of a very high quality.

Had a fantastic stay last Friday night for a family party. Our room was spotless and absolutely fabulous with everything you'd need. The food and service was faultless, with a large group like ours that takes some doing.

Love visiting and revisiting the Plough. The hotel never fails to disappoint. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and very clean. The restaurant serves excellent meals, very well presented and delicious. It’s our ‘go to’ place for a few days of R&R. An afternoon snack pictured.

A fantastic hotel, large rooms and beautifully clean,, my husband and I spent 3 nights here with our 2 jack Russells, Every member of staff were wonderful, and so professional and warm and friendly, the food was outstanding, the chef's were fantastic, the sirloin steak was superb and the fish and chips Wow. I didn't want to go home 😕 if you have dogs and want a hotel thats 4 star quality then I recommend this lovely hotel we have booked again in autumn yours sincerely Anne marie Davies.

We have just spent 2 nights at the Hotel. The rooms are superb, we ate lunch outside Saturday and Sunday with my family joining us and we had room service each night. The food was fantastic and most of all the staff were amazing, the service was brilliant, in such challenging times, you can see how passionate the team are. We were celebrating my partners birthday and highly reccomend this Hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights last week. Amazing hotel. Ate in the outdoor area. The staff are all lovely and friendly and the food was so good. Will definitely be returning. Can’t fault the place.

My wife and I had a fantastic night away at the Plough Inn, the food was fantastic and the service excellent. Because of current restrictions we had room service meal but because of the views from the room it did not matter one bit. Highly recommended.

Another lovely stay at this wonderful hotel — it’s a real gem in this area. We stayed during Covid and they made us feel safe. Meals were in our room and the quality of the food didn’t suffer. They even spotted I was gluten free for my breakfast. The beds are amazing and so comfortable. This is a great hotel for dogs and our room had its own access straight to outdoors and is very dog friendly.

We had the most magical wedding day at The Plough! The staff were fantastic and the food was amazing! The whole process from planning to hosting our big day was stress free and flawless. We would highly recommend The Plough as a perfect wedding venue!

We visited today to celebrate a birthday by having the festive afternoon tea. Highly recommend the scones. The staff were wonderful, as always when we visit, nothing is too much trouble. Really worth a visit.

Wow, what a difference a few years make! Last time I visited, the place was dated, dreary and old. Now it's bright, contemporary and welcoming. We had a family lunch there to celebrate my mam's 91st birthday. The staff were professional and polite We ate in a bright, well decorated dining room. The food was well presented, prepared & tasty too. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

What a beautiful place. We've stayed here for a wedding. Service was really quick, staff very professional and friendly. Rooms are big with tea, coffee facility's.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel in a beautiful location. Our room was excellent apart from smelling a bit musty. Our evening meal was very nice too although rather pricey.

Dropped in on the way to St David's for a quick bite. Busy place but very attentive staff and lots of food choices. We went for basics — beef sandwich and lamb soup. Really nicely prepared and good value. Will probably drop in on the way back home.

Went for high tea. It was lovely. The waiter was so accommodating. We really enjoyed. Loved the appetiser — an unexpected treat. Far too much to eat so we took the rest home.

Really great food! Very helpful staff. The prices seem a little higher but the food is of a high standard! The burger was big. Not all of us finished our main so good portion sizes.

Spotlessly clean with very efficient and friendly staff. The food is excellent and, for the quality, very reasonable. I never touch burgers, but surprisingly there was one tucked away in the menu, with Perl Las Welsh blue cheese. The meat was incredibly moist and… it was huge. My wife had cod, remarking that the batter was hot, crispy and grease free. We've been twice and had other meals, but the quality was consistent. An excellent Inn.

Lovely hotel run by lovely people. Comfortable rooms, and nice breakfast. Great views and location, with lots of fantastic walks and beautiful Welsh countryside and hospitality. It has a gym and a sauna too if you want a bit less fresh air and more mod cons. Plenty of parking too.

Very easy to get hold of to book a table. Open all week unlike some places. Good menu and very good service.

Food was out of this world. The waitress gave excellent recommendations. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Light lunch, mainly sandwiches and light bites for us but plenty of other options. Not the cheapest at £52 for a sarnie and a drink but all good quality and lovely service. Wonderful views and good place to stop cross country!

Lovely Hotel with spacious modern rooms. Very friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. There is also an excellent restaurant downstairs serving delicious local produce. My two Son's and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Seat us quickly even on our way back with Royal Welsh Show traffic, the staff were loads for fun and spoke Cymraeg. The food was excellent and even spiced up my curry. Food came well presented.

Stopped for a bite of lunch while on route to a holiday. Staff were very polite and helpful, were more than happy to adjust the menu for our son and even provided a bowl of water for our dog while we sat outside to eat. Food was delicious and served very quickly.

We have stayed at this Hotel on three occasions now and have never been disappointed. We are hoping to get there this year too. We went initially for the beautiful surrounding countryside and to ride the nearby Black Mountain Pass on our motorcycle. We keep returning however for the totally amazing food served at the Plough Inn. We love this place and will keep returning.

Fantastic food, with a great choice of quality local produce and really good service. Stopped in when passing to visit family in South Wales and they managed to squeeze 3 of us in even though they were fully booked. Definitely one to try.

Fantastic. Stylish and modern hotel on beautiful grounds. Staff are all friendly and helpful as ever. Room is spacious with a huuuge bed. Clean and well decorated. Restaraunt is great — good food, good service, reasonably priced. Bar staff friendly and attentive. Location is great, near to all the tourist sites and some fantastic castles/ruins. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Stopped here on the way to Freshwater East near Tenby. After setting off early to get down the motorway tummies were rumbling so we saw the morning coffee sign and popped in. We asked if we could have anything with the coffee/tea i. E toast and they served a full breakfast with fruit juice, Tea and coffee, mixed toast, marmalade and jams and an excellent Cooked breakfast which is one of the best I've had in 30+ years of travelling around hotels. An excellent pork and leek sausage (I normally hate them but these were subtle and full of flavour), 2 thick cut bacon rashers, a perfectly cooked egg, beans, fried bread and mushrooms — All for £7.95. 10/10 for quality, service and value.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 days over Christmas and New Year 2012. I invited several friends to join me for meals and was delighted at the food and lavel of service throughout my stay.

A delightful experience — everything was excellent. The room was very clean and well appointed with superb view. The staff was very friendly and obliging. Car parking was very easy. The food was delicious — well cooked and attractively presented. The Sunday night special was exceptionally good value.
