Food was amazing and portion sizes were good! very welcoming staff amd great service. Will definitely be back for another visit.

I was out for dinner with friends. Staff were polite, friendly & helpful.
Service was quick and the food was delicious. We all had different dishes from the menu, they all came well presented & tasted delicious. Will definitely be back.

We were in Thurso on business unfortunately during lockdown, immaculately clean followed all COVID guidelines and more very well looked after by owners … excellent ✅

The staff are absolutely lovely and very patient.

Food is amazing and service is excellent. Made to feel very welcome and a relaxed atmosphere even though a bus party was in for dinner. Best mac and cheese, deserts delicious.

Nice and clean Hotel. It might not win a beauty contest but it totally does the job. Also the staff is very friendly.

Clean and tidy rooms, relatively big bathroom with bathtub, breakfast was great and delicious, carpark is available (for people traveling with rental cars), several Restaurants/Pubs/bars are nearby, Supermarket is also not far away… and the staff was really nice and friendly!

I had a lovely stay here, the room was a little old fashioned but nice and the food was good as where the helpful staff.

Room with two beds was great. Food was great, good service. Nice lobby and good whisky offer.

The stay was ok room was very small I was in the coatchhouse building. Nice pint at the bar. (Food) I Ordered chicken tikka masala curry it was £13 wasn't very good atol. Didn't taste like a curry and the chicken wasn't tikka it was plain chicken (no flavour) and the sauce wasn't even as good as a cheap Jar out Aldis. I'll Stick to an Uncle Bens homemade the next time. Old guy at reception was pretty weird he just looked right through me with a mad grin on his face like he knew something I didn't.

A somewhat dated hotel, that has a good atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are great, really friendly and helpful — they make the hotel the place it is. Food in the restaurant is reasonable, a limited menu — but something for most people.

We had a large apartment looking onto the car park. Everything was a bit dated and looked tired. Dripping tap, tap tops missing, toilet seat broken. It was nice to have the space as there was a seating area and lots of space around the bed. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. The room would benefit from a complete revamp.

Outstanding rooms, food, service could not be faulted would recommend and stay there again x.

Hotel modest but with staff very friendly and attentive to guests.

Twin room was spacious and had everything you need if a little basic and tired looking. Not bad really. Food was quite good and a few good beers on tap/in bottles.

Very much enjoyed our 3 night stay here in on of the apartments. No doubt the traditional rooms were nice, but the apartments give a greater sense of privacy. Breakfasts are excellent. Highly recommended for quality and service.
