Took my 8 year old son here We had a brilliant time reading and looking at different information about the Titanic very interesting for any age so much to take in about this amazing boat, spent bit of money in the gift shop after 2 and also went on the Normandic ship that we could look around and read information, definitely a must when visit Northern Ireland.

I really enjoyed my experience of the titanic with me and my family it was my patners daughter and sons first time in Belfast my mother from the north was with me.
but while sitting at the lights I was told to get back to the south.
when asked way he told me because it was covid 19 restrictions but the border is open I believe.
to be homest I dont think this was the reason.
I wont be back to belfast for this reason to spend my money.

We were here today absolutely brilliant and well done for being wheelchair friendly x my little grandson was able to enjoy everything x great staff.

We took the discovery tour with Deirdra which was really informative! We usually come here each year to visit Santa too! The kids love Titanic Belfast, it is definitely recommended for something different to do!

A trip to Belfast would not be complete without visiting this Magnificent Museum, truly a mind blowing experience.

Impressive building, beautiful architecture and set in a Historic Quay
The exhibition shows the whole history of the ship builders, the construction of Titanic, the tragedy, the aftermath of the event and much more.
Incredibly informative.
I was hooked from start to finish.

Amazing service from the staff at Titanic. I sent a private message to say we were devastated to learn Santa would not be visiting until 2021 and within a short space of time they sent me a letter. I will print the letter nearer to Christmas to give to my son and he will be delighted Thanks to everyone for making Christmas special.

Very expensive but you could spend a whole day in it.

We got married here on the 5th of October 2019. It was honestly the best day of our lives. The staff couldn’t do enough, the food was amazing (every guest commented on the fantastic quality and amount). Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The place was absolutely immaculate.
Rebecca Mackay, our wedding planner made sure that everything ran like clockwork. I have not one single negative thing to say about this venue. Please do consider it for your special occasion. Not only because the location, venue and service are second to none, it’s so important to invest in these stunning historical sites. It’s a huge part of maintaining their upkeep.
Special shout out to Rebecca, Jack and Matthew. They couldn’t have done enough. Thank you Nomadic, and also for our beautiful gift that we shall treasure.

Visiting Belfast for the weekend with my partner we have both agreed it Is the best museum either one of us have ever been to so fascinating and staff and facilities were superb would highly recommend.

Fabulous place. Lots of interactive things. Well set out. Really interesting. The audio guides are very easy to use and are very clear. Great place to spend a couple of hours. Easy for people with mobility issues to get around.

We spent about 3 hours here but didn’t feel like it. It is jam packed with the history of Belfast & the building of the Titanic. Lots to do with interactive sections & even a ride. The staff are lovely & friendly.
The food, especially the cakes are a must in Bistro 401 & if time allows a drink in Hickson’s Point on the plaza after your walk around is worth a visit too to take in all you’ve seen.
Don’t forget to pick up an audio guide too!
The souvenir shop has ample gifts.

My son and I visited Titanic Belfast in the summer holidays, it was my 3rd visit and his 1st. We absolutely love the place, my son really enjoyed the children’s activities whilst walking around but also learning lots of new things about Titanic and the people who help build it and especially loved walking on the Normandic. Would absolutely recommend a visit to such an amazing and informative museum.

Well set out, reasonably priced, helpful friendly staff, interactive and informative! We spent nearly 5 hours there and could’ve spent longer.

What a fantastic visitor experience, I am so impressed at how much there was to see and do. My children (9 and 6) loved the interactive displays and the ship yard ride especially was a fabulous way of getting the information across. The attention to detail in the Titanic quarter is impressive. The discovery tour guide (Libby) was also extremely knowledable and interesting and engaged the children all the way through the tour. We had such a great day here! I definitely recommend the White Star pass.

A world class presentation of the context and events surrounding the sinking of the Titanic on its maiden voyage in April 2012. Although actual artefacts are (for obvious reasons) scarce, the museum presentations make maximum and ingenious use of advanced digital and mechanical technologies to convey the enormous scale of the technical challenges and breath taking innovations of the Titanic. Definitely worth the cost of a round trip to Belfast to visit this exciting museum. Prize for best local punning of the name of this attrAction must go to the restaurant with this over the door: “Thai tannic”!

Great exhibition but the service in Bistro 401 really let down the experience. Arrived at Bistro 401 before 11.45 and ordered a bacon & egg roll for my son as the menu said breakfast available to 11.45. The lady behind the counter refused the order even though we were there before 11.45 and told us the breakfast menu closed at 11.40 — I checked my watch it was now 11.41! So either the signage was wrong or the staff are completely inflexible over 1 minute. We took our business elsewhere. We are from Australia and this time missed out on the famous Irish hospitality…

We have just got back from visiting Belfast’s Titanic exhibition.
we ordered the white star line premium passes online which covered the discovery tour, titanic galleries and SS Nomadic and I must say the whole day was Fantastic.
We enjoyed every minute of it!
Our tour guide Gareth was amazing (would highly recommend him to take you round) we spent approximately 6 hrs there.
we definitely need to visit again some day as we didn’t quite see it all.
Fantastic if you have a child who’s obsessed with titanic like I do.
The gift shop is very reasonably priced (I did expect prices to be a lot higher)
The only negative thing I’d say is the food is quite expensive,
if your a big family I’d recommend taking a picnic.

This place is incredible! I would go again and again. I recommend the Premium White Star Pass which gets you into all the exhibits including the Nomadic, a family picture, discounts at the cafe and gift shop, and a guided tour. If you can, request Rob… he is an amazing story teller and so knowledgeable. The hotel is lovely and full of history as well!

Don't miss it! Friendly staff who can't do enough for you, I took the premier pass option and was well worth it.

Really good visit today, The staff were excellent with my son who has autism, the lovely man at the ticket desk explained parts that might be over stimulating for him, and a lovely lady who seen his wristband took us to a closer toilet this is the little things that go a long way, thankyou to your lovely staff members, such a lovely day.

Had a wonderful experience at the titanic, it was unreal. Highly recommend to visit. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I will return.
