Fantastic Service, great facilities, prime location for access to the University and the city. Superb staff.

Very old fashion rooms, bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired, holes and cracks in ceiling. Shower floor all cracked and very worn so was the sink. Breakfast was not good at all they used very cheap sausages and had salad freezing tomatoes on side of plate. Only good thing was a comfy bed. I will not be staying there again.

This is a nicely run guesthouse in a charming old building. Yes the floors creak a little as you walk around, but the place is really nice and good value. Breakfast was excellent, although the quality of the coffee wasn't brilliant. The location is good, and about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Belfast.

Probably the best B&B I stayed at during my trip. Very cute, homey rooms with comfy beds. Never had to wait for the shared bathroom, though one shower didn't work. Great location right down the street from the university. Odd check in time but was able to get my keys early anyway. Great staff!

Value for money. Shared bathrooms is no problem, but some more toilets would have been good.

Decent guest house, really close to Queens University. There is a full apartment you could rent for a short time cool for family or friends wanting a good time. It's rather old fashioned though as a guest house and you will have to share showers and bath rooms for some rooms.

Lovely quaint guest house within easy walking distance of the city centre. 2 minutes from the botanical gardens and the university. Friendly staff and nice rooms.

It's a lovely place, the bathroom is large and clean. The room is large and clean too. The staff are very helpful. The perfect location on Belfast.

Comfortable stay. Great value and good location. The owner was very understanding on my very late arrival and arranged everything for me. I would completely recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived & As said in the mail, we were able to retrieve the keys to drop our suitcases.
We stayed at the FLAT3.
Very spacious, all the necessary equipment was available.
However the place is not really well maintained. The apartment deserves some renovations, refreshment of paint & repair.
The breakfast at €5 was perfect.
The accommodation is very well located and close to everything.

I'll admit we are older and the sight of the stairs to our room was a bit much, but the room was comfortable and clean and the public areas homey. Not a four star hotel but a sweet place to rest up after a long day.

Nice B&B in a good location. They were helpful in organising vegan breakfast options.
