Hotel could do with face lift. However, for the money it's good. 65£ for double room plus full Irish breakfast. Car park available. Bus services outside hotel. Close to town centre, Belfast zoo and Cave Hill. Live music Thursday at 10pm. Offer good Sunday dinner.

Sadly a place I met my wife while I worked for Cool FM back in the day. If only I had 1. 2mil. It’s now closed but I hope someone makes this outdated venue a shining example it could be.

Nice food and a good atmosphere. Rooms are spacious with a good size tv. Bathroom could do with modernizing but clean and comfortable none the less. I would recommend and stay again.

I loved it I stayed a night and it was not the most fanciest but after all it's just a place to sleep and not dirty either. I also when to dinner and it's very nice. The food was amazing.

Really enjoyed our visit, excellent food and service. Decor could do with a new lease of life that's the only lett down.

Decent hotel in North Belfast. Maybe the only hotel in North Belfast. Not much choice in beer, but it's safe and serves food.

Lovely friendly staff but housekeeping needs to be improved. No glasses in bathroom or bedroom. One little phial of shampoo and shower gel not enough for 2 people for 2 days! Good food though.

Very bad experience here in terms of their cleanliness — hotel rooms (I checked in to one and moved to another) were dirty in both cases. There didn't seem to be any cleanliness standard so was very disappointed. Staff were lovely and seemed genuinely shocked — I did complain to management and in fairness they looked into the issues promptly and offered me a free nights stay although I would not be pushed to go back because of my experience there. Decor is very dated although I was led to believe they only refurbished the place within the last few years…! I booked it thinking it would be "cheap and cheerful" — it was cheap but far from cheerful and in my opinion I would rather have spent more and stayed somewhere cleaner!

Pretty bog standard bar. Could really do with some bottles of local craft beer.

Was here for a wedding. Hotel was nice. To be honest didn't have a good experience when it came to how well wedding was organised. I was part of bridal party and they messed up rooms which meant didn't get to stay at the hotel. They also didn't have enough tables or seats out for the guests so people where left standing until they got more brought out. Food was ok and drinks were a bit expensive. Think they might of just had an off day but didn't go down well. Hotel seems modern.

Service was superb, food was fresh and tasty, and there was a lovely sunflower placed delightfully on the centre of the table.

Poor quality. Staff were friendly enough but the rooms are poor. I had one light works in my room asked reception to fix it and 24 hours later they hadn't bothered. Shower didn't work either, window in room wouldn't shut properly etc.

Did not like it at all. Night management wasn't helpful at all. Called police over something which is not even arguing. Well disappointed. Never using them again!

Stayed here while working in Belfast. They regularly have live music on the weekend and the staff are attentive. Music can be heard from 1st floor rooms but doesn't go on too late. Foods pretty good.
