My Son and Girlfriend Got me an Overnight stay at the Europa hotel upgraded to the 7th floor the Room looked Amazing Staff were very friendly and helpful I gave this Hotel 10/10

At the piano bar lovely and relaxing. Food good and staff excellent will be back again.

Just had a great short stay at this hotel. The staff were brilliant, the hotel room was loverly …except for the frosted glass bathroom door! Not a fan of that. An early check in option would be great too. A few comfy chairs, setters, in the front lobby would be good too. But would love to stay here again, would recommend hotel to my friends and family. Staff were great, room was loverly, will hopefully be back.

Always wanted to stay here it was in the main fabulous. My only wee gripe is the housekeeping it’s hit or miss really basic things overlooked. We started betting on who’s room would have the most random stuff missing! Reception and bar staff were so on it and really friendly. Shame housekeeping lets the team down.

Had our wedding at the Europa in August 2022 and it was amazing from start to finish. Staff were outstanding and went over and above to look after every guest and attend to every detail. Food and service were brilliant and the rooms were fabulous! The best by far in Belfast and beyond!

Easy check in friendly staff. Bedroom was spotless and tidy. We had an evening meal it was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented and very enjoyable.

Lovely hour spent in the Piano bar before a Saturday night gig in Belfast. Food was excellent, caesar salad to be recommended; lovely bramble cocktail, beautifully presented. First class service from Cormac, Kym and Róisín.

The waitress staff were amazing so friendly and sang Happy Birthday to my husband. The food was first class and a friendly atmosphere. Great experience we will be back very soon.

Fantastic service. Booked for my Autistic daughter’s afternoon tea birthday treat along with 2 of her autistic friends. I requested certain requirements to accommodate my daughter and her friends; nothing was a bother and the staff were fantastic and it made this stressful situation for most sensory autistic kids a more pleasant and enjoyable afternoon which I wanted. Thank you and big shout out to Veronica in Piano bar she was Fantastic her manners, customer service was impeccable and a credit to her professional approach and a great ambassador to Europa hotel. Definitely going back!

Amazing hotel stayed over Xmas with my daughter we felt like 2 queen's. The new revamped rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

I recommend all of the above! stayed last night with my daughter who has special needs and from the minute we arrived every member staff were so helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Mid week price was brill. Attended show in Opera House so was a special treat to walk next door to hotel. Will definitely stay again and woukd highly recommend.

It’s a very nice building, it looks very expensive and luxurious. It has everything you need in the rooms and it’s in a lovely spot with shops around if you want to grab few snacks or something and there’s a very nice pizza place near it’s in a amazing spot, definitely coming here again.

Great welcome from staff. Quick at seating us and taking our drinks order. Fast delivery of drinks and taking our food order. The staff were amazing checking to make sure we had all we required. Food was excellent quality and very tasty. Have nothing bad to say about our visit and it made celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary such a pleasure. Thank you so much.

A fantastic stay again at the Europa. The staff could not do enough and are so friendly. Restaurant food was fantastic and thanks to the chef for creating such a great veggie starter for the hubby. We will be back. Thank you all.

Myself and my husband stayed here on Wednesday night. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. The staff are amazing and made me feel like I was the only one staying in the hotel. Breakfast was superb with no hassle of waiting for tables or queuing to get served. I don’t know how much our night cost as it was a gift from our friend but I will definitely save up and come back. Great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a lovely meal with my family last night. Staff where so pleasant and friendly. Good to see everyone back enjoying what they do. Well done on the social distance and sanitising stations. Food was amazing and service was outstanding.

Had a fabulous time last night especially in The Piano Bar, staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was fab, cocktails amazing, very relaxed atmosphere with piano player in the background. Thanks to the staff Cormac, Lara, Callum and Rachel who really looked after us. Great breakfast too.

Visited twice staff so attentive loved the relaxing atmosphere the wine was thee best we ever tasted made our last night in belfast under difficult sad circumstances a memorable experience cant wait to return when this C. Virus brings better days thank you Europa.

Gorgeous food, great staff perfect location & setting for breaks away to recharge the batteries.

Somewhat surprised that a modern city centre hotel does not have air conditioning in all rooms. Thankfully I was able to change room, albeit at extra cost, to have a room where the temperature could, properly, be controlled. Excellent breakfast and staff all very welcoming and helpful. Would be happy to stay here again as long as my booking was for an air conditioned room.

Had a really lovely night in the Europa on Friday night. My daughter & I were up at a show & stayed in the Europa. First of all can I say how friendly & welcoming all the staff are, I have never stayed anywhere where the the staff have been so lovely. Our twin room was very comfortable, the beds especially so. The little touch of a bottle of water each was good. We ate in the Causerie, dinner was very good. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I cannot fault anything & look forward to my next stay.
