Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bryn Aethwy (18th — 20th June). Stunning scenery of The Menai Straits and Snowdonia viewable from our room, and most of the property.
Very warm welcome from the owner Elaine, upon arrival. The early check in was appreciated as it allowed us to start our break sooner.
Beautiful room with lovely tasteful furniture. Big and comfortable four poster bed. Very pleased all round with our room.
The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Elaine's home made muesli is truly lovely. Bryn Aethwy is overall a great establishment and I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Just had a three night stay here. Absolutely lovely place, nice comfortable room, very comfortable super king bed with en suite bathroom. Very friendly, helpful, hospitable hosts who made us feel welcome. Nice continental breakfast and use of a coffee machine anytime which is a great plus. Shops and restaurants within walking distance too. Good base for visiting places on Anglesey. Great view of the Menai Bridge. The house and gardens need a little TLC but it’s a work in progress like all old properties. I’m very envious of Jana and would love to manage it. If you like old and quirky then this is the place for you. Definitely recommend and definitely worth a visit. We’ll be returning next year hopefully.
