The food was superb and the staff were brilliant when we visited recently, higjly recommended.

Another lovely meal at the Mill tonight and so good it is dog friendly, Isla just loves her outings to the Mill and all the attention from the lovely staff, she’s has melted a few customers hears as well 😊

Went for the first time today and had a delicious meal. I had the steak and Guiness pie and my wife had the mill house burger. Both were excellent. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Good spacious dining area and dog friendly. Will definitely be back. Prices good as well.

Lovely meal tonight at the Mill House Hotel. Steaks cooked exactly as we wanted and tasted delicious. (2 of us had the fillet steak with black pudding and smokey cheese sauce, one had the mixed grill, and one had the chicken burger) Service was excellent too. Will be back soon.

I had dinner here with friends and family last Friday, piping hot home cooked food, excellent service from staff, nice cosy dining room. The cocktails were amazing, we will be back!

We had dinner here at the beginning of October after a day out climbing, we were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary and we were so happy we chose this place, the staff was lovely & the food was out of this world. The owner told us he commutes from Aberdeen which is crazy! And shows his hard work, we wish them the best and we will definitely come back! There was an expensive menu and a more affordable one, as it was our anniversary we went for the expensive one and we would totally recommend it, worth every single penny.
I had the 3 duck, I can’t remember what I hd for starters black pudding balls & we shared the banoffe waffle amazing! John had fishy risotto for starters delicious and venison for main I think 😊 Everything was yummy.

Had a great weekend stay. It was awesome. Staff are amazing and the breakfast was outstanding. Dog friendly to the max. Even got to eat with the boys. Thank you very much xx.

Lovely food as usual and service and staff very good. Quite often set off for somewhere else and land at The Mill as you know exactly what you are getting. Take away cocktails are ideal for a sunny afternoon.

No issue with the food when it eventually arrived. Service was so pathetically slow. Asked to order a sweet was given menu but then they just disappeared. Waited and then went to the bar and it was also empty. Waited and eventually heard noises and went upstairs to try and get some one to deal with me. Gave up on the sweet so just paid and left eventually!

The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It has definitely become our favourite place to eat out.

Amazing. Large portions and beautiful food. All packaged well and service swift. Cocktails were beautiful too. Brilliant value for money. We had the roast dinners on Mother’s Day too and they were also fabulous. The best roast dinner from a restaurant we have had (you always prefer your own) Thank you. You will be on the top of our list from now on.

The food was tasteless half of it was not cooked right through had the chippy box was ment for 2 people but only had one piece of chicken hardly any chips 3 bits of fish alot of scampi only thing I liked was the curry sauce wouldn't buy from there again no a happy person pay good money for alot of c…

Just had the meal deal 3 delivered to my door this evening… What can I say… It was absolutely delicious and having a cocktail to wash it down with was fantastic! Would highly recommend this to anyone and its great to have local businesses thinking outside the box and offering this service, well done!

First time getting a delivery of food and cocktails… definitely not disappointed. The food was freshly cooked and still hot, and delivered on time. Food and drinks all amazing.

Had our first Mill House food delivery today. Special treat we had planned for ourselves during Covid. Ordered the £25 deal and desert. It was delicious and very good service. Would definitely recommend this. Even better after a hard days graft at work. X.

Went to The Mill for a Birthday Dinner so there was quite a few of us and the food was delicious we all had something different off the menu and everyone enjoyed there meal. Would definitely recommend here for somewhere to eat X.
