Lovely food and great staff who were very helpful and understanding when it came to getting food suitable for an allergy. Great choice of food as well.

Lovely airy coffee shop, fresh tasty food, delicious coffee and relaxed, welcoming atmpsphere.

Just had my daughters 6th birthday party upstairs with Zumba and kids and adults all had a fantastic time kids didn’t sit down once having too much fun, can’t thank Lavina and staff enough, would highly recommend the coffe house xx.

Went on Tuesday for quick lunch betwrnn appts in the hospital. Got lentil soup which was tasteless (no spices, no salt at all) plus not really warm one, and tagliatelle bake which was swimming in grease — pasta on the top and on the sides dried, ham on the top dried and small portion for this price.

This modern, comfortable hotel is convenient for the centre of Aberdeen and great value for money. There is no immediate parking, but there are plenty of car parks near by.

Great coffee, friendly staff and good service.

My partner had the tomato soup which he really enjoyed. He also had a ham & cheese sandwich. He asked for white but got brown bread. He'd liked the brown bread which was a bonus. I had a gluten free goats cheese with beetroot chutney & tomato. The gluten free bread was delish which it's hard to get a decent gf bread. I really enjoyed it but the chutney needed more flavour to it. I was really disappointed that there was no salad with it which my partner got with his sandwich. My biggest downfall was the music was too loud which meant everybody had to speak louder. Music should be heard in the background hence my 4 stars.

Sorry The Coffee House but we weren't impressed with our visit.
Sandwiches made with bread that wasn't fresh (the whole crust area not just the crust itself had to be cut off — and I don't waste food).
A big chunk of lettuce with thick tomato slices and a bit of shredded carrot was on the same plate and the whole thing looked solid and was vertually unmanagable.
The Mocha cake was pretty dry. I took it home to give to my husband!
Apparently the Carrot cake was moist.
The Americano was ok but little crema which one gets in a decent coffee house.
The Coffee House, you are going to have to up your game. Today was not good and it will be some time before I return.
If I had been by myself I would have returned the whole lot but was meeting up with old friends didn't want to make a fuss.
The staff were nice but I'm afraid that's not enough.

Good coffee, super welcoming and friendly — despite the fact I’d brought in a screaming baby! Comfortable setup too.
