Had a delicious afternoon tea today. I had the gluten free option. Sandwiches, delicious warm scones and fabulous cakes. Also glass of fizz as well as tea or coffee. Had to ask for doggy bag. Delicious.

So good so far, only just arrived but lovely warm welcome. Looking forward to more of the hotel and a nice meal.

All very good from the food to the central location of the hotel.

The service is second to none, staff are so friendly, been coming here for years at least once a month for the weekend and would never consider anywhere else x the restaurant serves really good food and breakfasts are brilliant x.

Went for a meal with voucher we bought on groupon meal was absolutely beautiful and staff was really nice girls couldn’t do enough for us xx.

Room was well presented and comfy bed. Evening service not that good. Not very attentive even though there were only 3 other couples in the restaurant. Nobody came round to check if I was enjoying the meal. Luckily it was a nice steak meal. Having asked for the bill the waiter took ages and in the end I left the table to seek him out to pay on my exit from the restaurant.

Great location and staff. A small gym and the ability to do laundry in the laundry room (one washer, one dryer) on the basement. Beware parking is very limited and a bit tight. Food service at the hotel is OK, but nothing special.

Tired, dated and impractical however staff lovely, cant do enough. Lovely courtyard, but no one allowed to use. Plug sockets in wrong places in room no usb sockets. Room clean, however some towels stained, this could be laundry company using a quick wash rather than a high temperature one. Only given two face cloths for two people, although was given a further two when asked. In other Hilton hotels that I have stayed at I was given bottled water.

Very good hotel very well located. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only downside is the slowness of the dining service at dinner. Two hours were taking time to serve. Dinner to a group with closed menu.

Great service. Great food. Great location. Lovely staff. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to city centre.

This was my third time at Native. First time was for afternoon tea and we really enjoyed the day. Second time was also for afternoon tea but this time sandwiches were hard, scones were cold and when we finally got our coffees it took another 10 mins for them to bring milk by which time coffee was cold (wasn’t that busy so no excuse). Third time was for Groupn Deal steak dinner. Food was lovely, service was good but at £10 for a large red wine, drinks are pricey. Was an average Rioja at best.

I am a long time Hilton honors customers, but no more I am dropping this brand. I stayed a week at this Hilton Garden Inn for work. I left my business jacket in the closet, after I checked out. As soon as I got home 8hrs later I unpacked my bag to realize I left my jacket in the closet. I called the front desk immediately to please grab my jacket, however after multiple calls and no callback but many promises by front desk they were checking. Finally I was able to get in touch with someone on Monday that would go and check, which they are now telling me that they can not find my jacket and they are not responsible for items in lost and in found. So basically leave something in your room it will not be there when you come back for it and the hotel is not responsible for them.

Great hotel for a short stay very central to shops and a short walk to the harbour. Best to get a room at the back to avoid any street noise. Rooms are very spacious with modern clean toilets the shower was excellent powerful and hot. Breakfast was fairly substantial, plenty of choice and endless supply of tea and coffee. The only negative was the meal we had in the evening the portions are very small a bit disappointing as the quality and service was good. Overall a descent hotel that could do with a bit of tweaking especially with some of the staff that looked a bit undertrained especially dealing with customers requests.

The dinner was fantastic and tasty. Medium rare steak was as needed … chicken was soft and juicy in extra batter. Service nice and smiling … clean room, one of the more comfortable beds in which I slept in my life. Great place … but breakfast very poor, no planted eggs, scrambled eggs made of powder, all medium cold, only good stuff was fruit and toast …

Just called the Hilton to say we are unable to get to the hotel due to flights being cancelled from London today and they refused to refund the night even though there was no way of us getting to Aberdeen in anyway today.
As a senior travel agent, I am very unimpressed with this service — we were so excited to be staying here but I don't think that I could in the future now that they have taken the money for my one night (£40) and refuse to refund it. They can easily sell this room to someone else and this infuriates me. £40 is nothing to a huge chain of hotels but is a fair amount to lose for me. Not impressed one bit.

Good business hotel with the necessary features. I really liked the rain shower in the room which felt like a nice touch. Breakfast was really good by UK standards although the scrambled eggs could have been refreshed by the time I had them. Had a quick sandwich for lunch a well which was good value although nothing special.

Everything was lovely, food delicious, staff nice and pleasant. King sized bed was perfect. Very comfortable and warm, with fleece under covers. Beautiful red curtains in room, red carpet, a safe, free Wi-Fi. The only moan I have is the kettle. The base attached to a tray, the wire wrapped around the handle, so it couldn't be removed. To make a cup of tea, I had to fill cups with water from the bathroom tap, and pour them in. Also, the bathroom floor wasn't too clean. And the plug socket beside the bed seemed broken. I couldn't plug my phone into it, because it wouldn't go in. Also, the bedside lamp was half plugged in! I had to push it in properly. Also, one of the little reading lamps wasn't working. Apart from that, the bed was perfect and firm and comfortable. It's quite expensive to stay there though, but the buffet breakfast is beautiful, with plenty to choose from.

Hotel nice and clean, on a fairly quiet street. We stayed in a double room which was clean, comfortable and spacious. The en-suite had a separate shower and bath. The walls in the en-suite had water marks like it had been painted with normal paint rather than bathroom paint. The shower tray was water stained. Breakfast was more expensive than other hotels, my partner had breakfast, but felt it wasn't worth the money. Drinks at the bar are more expensive than other hotels too.

Good hotel within a walking distance from the railway station. Friendly staff, modern design, good food and service in the restaurant. Rooms are average in size, buy still nice and cozy (there is a kettle and tea/coffee in every room). There is a big shopping centre and museum nearby.

We checked in at 1800 hrs, check in was quick and efficient but we were informed that there was no room in the hotel car park. But the receptionist told us that we could park in the Loch Street multi storey car park at a reduced rate. This was added to our bill. We had a Queens room on the forth floor, a large room in a good state of repair. All clean and bright. There was a fridge but no mini bar. The breakfast was good, with plenty on offer. The total bill (including the parking) was £95.

Lovely decor. Quiet rooms. Great bar and breakfast. Even a wee waffle maker! Best hotel I've ever stayed in! Would score 4.5 but can't work out how to do halves because there were just a couple of imperfections in the bathroom, but nothing that ruined our stay. We'll be going back.

I feel like the staff were rude at our visit for Hilton for afternoon tea. When we arrived we got our glass of cava and got offered tea. The staff never asked if we had any allergies or if there was anything we couldn't eat and our afternoon tea was brought to our table within minutes. It had clearly been made and sat so all the sandwiches were hard! We didn't even know what was on them as there was so advice from the staff. We were then ignored the whole time we were there. No one asked if everything was ok, we didn't get offered any more drinks. At one point I asked for more drinks and with a sigh I was eventually brought a wine list however then no member of staff actually came and took our order. We quickly left after this, due to the staff and the hard sandwiches I would not tell anyone to go to this hotel and as part of the Hilton group and working in customer service I really would of expected better!

Rooms were great. Largest out of any hotels I've stayed at in aberdeen. All rooms have a bath and shower, so you have a choice. The hotel also has a gym. The down side is the restaurant is very expensive, especially considering what you get from it. My food cost £23 and all I got was 5 asparagus as a starter and half an eggplant. I understand that it's fine dining but none of the food had any flavour. They all came with sauces to add flavour but it was the smallest amount on the side of the plate.

I would recommend here friendly staff awesome breakfast really comfortable rooms.

Lovely hotel very clean and we'll maintained super comfy beds good bathroom with rain shower and also a bath will definitely be back.

This is a decent place for taking the odd date out for dinner and a family friendly staff working well around the clock to give customers the best quality of their staying duration. Only problem is that their is an old Acquaintance who lives just around the corner in the flats around the corner.

Went for a birthday meal, 2 steak dinners, I had the vegetarian option. Steaks I was told were fabulous and both cooked as requested. I had aubergine with indian cheese and little blobs of curry, and spinach reductions. Was one of the best vegetarian meals I have in a long time, so pleased that some thought had been put into the vege option, which can be so boring and bland, staff were very good and well trained, definitely be back.

Good nights sleep on a good bed. Rooms ok. Staff friendly.

This was an amazing hotel. First of all you can't go wrong with the location. It is located on union street which gives you access to the granite city's market. Everything you need just within 2 minutes. The hotel itself is fantastic. The room was spacious with a shower and a bath and I even thing we got an upgrade from the original room that we booked without even having to ask for one! Hotel amenities are absolutely amazing. Wi-Fi worked best in the main lounge but we still had reception in our room. There's also an excellent gym to use. Not very big but with all the necessary equipment for a good workout. Finally the food… simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that visits Aberdeen. The price for a room is very reasonable for everything that they offer.

My go-to choice hotel in Aberdeen. Stayed there multiple times and always received good service. Conveniently located for the city centre. Very good breakfast selection. Can't fault it.

Good room with clean comfortable decor. Wifi can slow and difficult to connect to but overall good. Staff are always smiling helpful and welcoming.

Very disappointed… very rude and does not listen to the "customer". Parking issues cost me more than 4 times the nightly room rate!

Tiny lobby but delightfully nice rooms. Could do with a bit more room service options but it didn't diminish the experience. Free Wi-Fi and a really huge selection of channels puts it over the top for me.

I am a business traveller and as such I should say this hotel met most of my needs: clean room, internet, onsite restaurant and close proximity to the offices I needed to visit. Even if you are not travelling for work, it might be worth the try-out.

Nice and comfy rooms. Clean and rather new. Reception service is good. Have not used the facilities.
