Reviews of Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow 4*
Lovely spa day so chilled thank you to all the staff definitely going back.
Fantastic hotel, rooms great, reception staff are brilliant and the Grahamston’s bar is very cool, with exceptional staff. If you’re doing a shopping / eating visit to Glasgow, highly recommend the Radisson Blu.
Great hotel and great service.
A great venue in Glasgow. They are planning upgrades and renovations this year.
Great impressive hotel amazing friendly team Highly recommend.
So central. Lovely hotel. Great bar and service.
Lovely atmosphere! Friendly staff.
This is my first time here, arrived three hours before checking in time, just went to reception to ask if I can leave my bags anywhere coz it’s too early for our event. Receptionist was very friendly and help us to get room straightaway. Room is very spacious, there is coffee, tea bags and caramel waffles it was just lovely to sit and relax with cup of tea. I recommend to anyone this hotel trust me you will just love here 👍
Great afternoon tea here as usual. Place was packed, but the staff were still professional and courteous, would highly recommend.
I have done many afternoon teas but this is the best one I have ever had. The food was lovely and great variety. Lovely decor too.
The afternoon tea was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Great location, spotlessly clean, spacious comfortable rooms and the service was absolutely exceptional from every member of staff especially Sean on reception 👏
Great spot! Wonderful service.
The customer service is amazing here. They try to accommodate you when possible or feasible. The location is great for restaurants and shops. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel and rooms are very nice and clean. I would definitely come back here!
Lovely reception and easy check in. Relaxed vibe.
Had afternoon tea. Totally amazing from the food the staff and we moved over to the bar. Stayed for 3 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend going.
Sean on the desk was fantastic, recommended some restaurants. The room is excellent and they have caramel biscuits, perfect.
Very help staff good food spacious rooms polite and friendly very welcoming and very clean thanks to the staff for helping make our stay special as my partner proposed to me in the room last night when we stayed the champian and the little touches were great.
Lovely hotel, centrally located. Really helpful staff at checkin, room was clean and spacious, had a great nights sleep. Lovely cocktails in the bar which weren’t on the menu but the staff happily made them for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely dinner and staff in the restaurant were so helpful and friendly.
Excellent service, food cooked to perfection.
We had a super meal at the Radisson Blu Hotel today. 3 courses. Started with delicious minestrone soup, then a lovely succulent chicken dish for a main, followed by dessert of date cake, toffee sauce & ice cream. We felt very safe with the covid regulations in place, and the staff couldn't have been any better OR friendlier either. 9
I'm on crutches and they made sure I was at a seat where I was most comfortable. L, which I appreciated.
thank you so much and compliments to the Chef too.
The service was absolutely outstanding not harassed just really attentive xx.
Had a lovely afternoon tea with my sister. Waiter was very courteous & friendly. Exceptional service.
The prosecco was lovely and the ambience was perfect thank you Radisson Blu xx.
Just here for dinner lovely surroundings and lovely staff will be back for sure.
Lovely hotel, smashing staff, room's nice and spacious.
Very friendly staff, great overnight stay and the meal was superb, been several times and the hotel never disappoints.
I went for a meal on Saturday night and the food was amazing the service was superb from the staff will defo be back.
Had dinner here last night… food was excellent however to charge £8.00 extra to have scallops as a starter is excessive … plus service was exceptionally slow … there were only 3 of us dining and each time we ordered a drink we had to wait almost 20-30 mins for it to arrive.
the restaurant area was freezing cold all night … heater was offered but never arrived.
plus drinks are over priced
The only plus side was the friendliness of the waiting staff… eager to please when asked for veg instead of chips nothing was a problem… it's just been let down massively with the poor drinks service and freezing cold restaurant.
Just back from staying here all weekend celebrating valentines with my fiancé. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the extra touches in the room — rose petals, Prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. We were well looked after throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The bar is beautiful and the cocktails were fab! I personally loved the valentines — bring me joy. We also had breakfast and dinner in your restaurant which again Was amazing. We Will definitely be back soon.
A wee Diamond, at reception looked after me, whole time a was there, there is a mini me, of her 2,, laugh one of the staff call them the female version of proclaimers thought it was fab, 2 fav bar staff and my maid, all good things must come to an end though, Thanks and Good Luck To You All Cheers.
Great groupon breakfast would go again have always found the staff very attentive.
Great location, friendly staff and good value for an overnight stay.
Great stay during the business trip.
Fantastic staff and great restaurant. Bar is outstanding!
Lovely and welcoming staff. Great food and seriously comfy beds. X.
Great arrival friendly staff lovely clean hotel.
The staff are brilliant, so helpful. Hotel gives the feel of luxury.
Location is perfect. Very courteous, polite and helpful staff. Excellent facilities.
Lovely meal at the Grahamston restaurant tonight. Great food, lovely friendly atmosphere, staff first class! Can’t wait for our return visit.
Really good experience. Clean, quiet, great location and excellent service. Even got a 2pm checkout — bliss. Stacey @ reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks very much.
Was at Grahamstoun Resturant.
Fantastic food and great offers.
We were just here for dinner at The Grahamstone restaurant in the hotel. The food was amazing and the service we received from the staff was excellent. Would definitely go again.
We booked here for one night, as we were attending a function at the Hilton nearby, and weren't prepared to pay the much higher price there. We upgraded to a room with a super king-size bed. Extremely comfortable and quiet. Staff were really helpful — especially when I left my bag in a taxi on the way back from the function. They could not have done more for us — and the bag was safely returned. If you pre-book breakfast it is incredibly good value. Superb buffet — huge choice, served in very pleasant surroundings. Will definitely book here again for similar events in the future.
Sorry but not a 4star hotel in my book! Too. Very small with hardly any storage space. However staff were excellent. Ordering taxis was no problem. Breakfast was pretty good. A choice off the menu or a buffet. Excellent fruit salad. I would expect more from an expensive hotel!
What you would expect from a Raddison Blu hotel. Clean with all primary facilities. Rooms were of standard decor but clean, comfy bed, and standard toiletries. Service is good and there's air conditioning. Price is probably higher than some but in line with other luxury chains in Glasgow. Straight forward hotel lacking character but does the job.
The hotel is lovely. Great location for the train station, hop on hop off tour and city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and suited the purpose. The hotel delivered on what you would expect from the chain. We didn’t have breakfast or any other meals in the hotel and opted to eat in the city instead. The prices seemed quite exorbitant for some items and that was a turn off. We got incredibly high standards of food elsewhere for competitive prices. That being said, if I were to return to Glasgow I wouldn’t hesitate at staying here again.
I'm a difficult hotel customer, I need early gym access, I need somewhere to store foods for my allergies, I need a good standard. I spend most weeks in hotels and I was utterly taken aback by this hotel. On arrival reception was chatty, he made me feel welcome, asked if there was anything I needed, gave advice and explained the areas of the hotel. Following check. In the room was modern, fresh, had everything I needed, the only slight changes I would make would be the ability to see a mirror sitting down. No hotel has a mirror near light but most you can see in the mirror while you sit at the desk. Also the hairdryer is very much like a travel hair dryer. Over that, perfect. Has a full length mirror, it's clean, it has all the usual kettle, iron and facilities, the staff dealt with a fridge issue quickly and really did go over and above, dealt with Nicola and olive (I think) both super helpful and speedy to find ways to work around the challenge while they fixed it. The customer service was far higher than expected. Yes there was a problem where frustration usually builds but the staffs ability to problem solve made the problem a positive. I did not expect to like this hotel. This much but I think now I will use it as my base here. Thanks to the staff and for anyone considering hotels it's a good choice.
Definitely one of the nicest afternoon tea I've had, it was a buffet style tea and you could go up and down as many times as you liked for pastries and sandwiches, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for afternoon tea with a difference.
Not very happy … we have stayed on a few occasions through itison. I called last night to ask about availability for 7th July and was told that it was available and therefore to go ahead and book the itison deal. However, no one was available to book the room as I was told by Jonathan that they had just left for the night and to call back at 08:00 this morning which is what I did to be told you had no availability and that the two rooms you did have left we could not use the voucher against. I offered to pay an upgrade however, I was told this wasn't possible. I now have cancelled the voucher … I'm very disappointed!
Service at the bar and for the desk was awesome. Room was nicely furnished, but looked out into an empty lot and abandoned building. Food was pretty good, but the eggs could get watery. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would come here again.
Came here yesterday with my Mum and Sister for afternoon tea as a birthday treat for Mum. Buffet style afternoon tea is a fab idea allowing us to choose what we wanted, and we certainly weren’t stuck for choice! So many cakes, sandwiches and scones to choose from! Fresh and tasting amazing! Range of tea, and coffee and there was a full pot of each for us! Definitely worth the money! Staff were great too and couldn’t do enough for us! Will be booking again for sure! Thanks again for making my mums day special xxx.
Clean rooms and wonderful staff. Location close to all you could want. Left documents, passport, money and jewelry in safe. Management held things until I could retrieve them. Can not say enough… Thank you,
As we walked up to the hotel it looked like just another new unremarkable easily forgettable building, nothing of note to make it stand out against the other new drab buildings. The hotel foyer was nice and light and airy with the staff pleasant, helpful and a nice group of well trained people. Our room was nice but as we settled down and started glancing around I could see parts of the room that are dirty. A mound of fluff in the corner of the room, the groove down the middle of the table which had glitter, hair, fluff and whatever else in there. It looked like the cleaning staff hadn't been exactly thorough with the task. We tried to open the fridge door. It would not open with anything other than a crow bar so the fridge stayed unopened. Also a lack of communication in the restaurant as my wife's fillet steak was full of fat and gristle. She left a third of it on her plate, the Waitress asked if the meal was OK so my wife explained the problem. The Waitress said oh sorry about that, took the plate and didn't return. We finished our drinks and 10 minutes later got up to pay. The guy at the front of restaurant also asked if everything was OK to which I repeated the problem with the steak. He was extremely surprised and had not been told about it. So to be fair he eventually took the steak off the bill but not before offering to take just the drinks off first, a pint of Lager and a single gin and tonic. He then offered us anything we wanted delivered to our room.
First stay in a Radisson Blue hotel. Super comfy bed. Saw three different rooms (group of us travelled) and it looks like they vary the design of the rooms rather than use the same arrangement for all. Had a view of the station from my fifth floor room — not the best view but I didn't mind. A stone throw from Glasgow Central station and because Glasgow is such a compact city you have so many options of places to eat and shop. Really central location. Had breakfast there and the selection in the buffet not the best but you can order hot food. I ordered an omelette and toast. The seating service was a bit long. Its a busy hotel and it took a while to have my room number validated before I was escorted to a seat. Reception can call you a taxi or you can stand outside and flag one down but to be honest wherever you're going is probably within walking distance. There's a bar with a good selection of drinks — I ordered mocktails! Pay attention to the lift cause you can't just jump into any of the three lifts. You have to check which one you've been directed to as there's no buttons in the actual lift. Good service, good location and comfortable rooms.
Can't wait to go back. Lovely hotel. Great food. Staff were first class, very helpful. Highly recommended.
Excellent location and 5 star rooms. A real gem in the city. Actually feels like you are abroad and not next to central station in Glasgow. This is my new Glasgow hotel I will 100% never stay anywhere else again. The food, the service, the room is all 5 star thank you.
Attending an end of season sporting awards dinner, the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow proved itself more than up to the task. Polite, attentive staff, excellent food and well organised attendee management meant the event was memorable for all the right reasons. The hotel is helpfully located a stone's throw from Central station on Argyle Street and there is adequate parking nearby. The hotel itself with its green copper frontage stands out and is easy to find, interior decor is tasteful and understated.
I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and it always remains the same high quality. Rooms are clean and quiet, the staff are friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is ideal and the food is good as well.
Well located. Very good service. With swimming pool instead. Carry compass and private guide hahaha.
Lovely clean spacious hotel. Rooms come equipped with lots of little extras like slippers and robes. There is a gym too in the hotel. Price of drinks are reasonable in the hotel bar. Excellent choice of food at breakfast time. Only odd thing to note are the strange lifts which can not be operated from the inside.
Staff were great went out if their way to arrange access to another pool due to theirs shutting early at weekends. Room was comfortable. Overall a great hotel.
We were in Glasgow for the Premier League Darts and were lucky to be treated to a night in the Raddison Blu. The staff were very friendly and polite. We had a great nights sleep and found the room to be ideal. The breakfast was very enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Stayed a few times and always good so keep returning. Staff & breakfast are excellent — the reason (s) we go back. Everything else is very good and would highly recommend staying if in Glasgow.
Only negative was we had an inside room this time so the view was poor… roof of kitchens and the rest of the rooms … not a deal breaker for staying or not as hardly in room but it was the only thing we could fault… good indication of how good the hotel is really if thats all that was wrong.
Nice staff, broken lamp and safe quickly repaired. Small details, like fridge does not fit in the cabinet. Beds comfortable, slept really good. Breakfast tasteful and lots of choice.
Hi myself and my friend Donna Beswick are supposed to be flying up to Glasgow for two nights first thing tomorrow. Your airport is closed our roads are impassable and I highly think that trains are unable able to get up to you. I have emailed and messaged you all day to ask if you could please let us change our booking to another date but still nearly 12 hrs later I have had no reply. I believe from my brother that lives in the area you are inundated with people having to stay with you for extra nights as airports etc are closed so you are doing well for bookings and are probably full. Could you please reply to this post as I really cannot afford to lose the £200 for a trip through no fault of my own we cannot make. I appreciate that you cannot refund but could we please rebook for April 27th. Thanks.
Have stayed here a few times now and always a great service. Today we had afternoon tea which was very good, instead of usual service it is a buffet style with lots of variety both savoury and sweet. There are lots of offers via Groupon etc so doesn't cost a lot. Will definitely be attending again.
Stayed two nights for our annual girls weekend away. Lovely welcome from Lee on Reception, who goes oitvif his way to make all guests feel special. Fantastic breakfast, something for everyone and more. Very grateful to Adrian for arranging our requested table on the Saturday night and not forgetting Jack on the night shift, fabulous sense of humour. Looking forward to next year's trip.
Very good location. The rooms are very modern and spacious. 5 stars for the pub opposite.
My brother treated my sister-in-law, mum, niece and I to afternoon tea in the Radisson Hotel this afternoon and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best afternoon teas we have had. The chef met our sandwich requirements that we had ordered in advance. The choice of cakes, especially the strawberry tart and the caramel cake were yum! The scones were lovely and light so not overly filling. Both the prosecco and the latte coffees were served in beautiful glasses. The waitresses who served us were pleasant and hard working. We’ll definitely be having an afternoon tea at the Radisson again! Thank you for a lovely experience (and to my brother for treating us).
I didn't stay here but had a meal in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. We were late for the booked table and had to order quick to catch our show we had booked, the staff couldn't do enough for us and the lady that served us " jennifer" was absolutely brilliant and went out her way to make sure we were served quickly. Highly recommend. Food was fab.
Birthday afternoon tea. Went for a surprise afternoon tea with family. Service was excellent and the buffet style food was fantastic. You could take what savoury and sweet treats you liked and go back as many times as you liked. Tea was topped up with no extra cost. Waiting staff organised a special plate of cakes for the birthday girl with happy birthday written in chocolate. Would definitely recommend.
Great rooms, a nice new modern hotel. The rooms are a better size than the last Radisson Blu hotel I stayed in. A good breakfast a shame it was a working day as there was lots on offer for a full indulgence. Didn’t get to try the gym or pool so will keep those for next time. Very central and a short hop across the road from the station.
Visited for our girls Christmas dinner last night. Food was amazing 3 course soup, steak and cheese cake … mouth watering. Service was outstanding. Definitely recommend a vist. Stephen from the events team was very efficient and professional when dealing with our booking. Nothing was too much trouble, can't rave enough about our visit. Thank you.
I've tried other well known hotel brands in Glasgow — not good. Very poor standard given how much they cost. At last I've found a great hotel with large comfortable air-conditioned rooms with a great breakfast in super location, right across the road from Central Station and all the good shopping in Argyle Street. The staff : very friendly and helpful. At last, I did have a very pleasant stay in Glasgow, needless to say I will be returning to the Radisson Blu in the future.
Luxurious, and fantastic service! If you can get a deal then even better! Motorway noise is fairly well insulated. Right in the city centre, so a great base for exploring the city if you choose to do so, and only minutes from the river and main shopping district. Be careful in the local area along Argyle Street and around Central station at weekend nights, or any night for that matter and please do avoid the lanes connecting the main streets in the dark, just to be on the safe side. Also expect beggars galore around Central station.
Really nice hotel with a beautiful foyer and well sized rooms. It has nice comfortable seating areas and a good bar. Breakfast here is the best! A choice of help yourself buffet of hold and cold food, plus the option of ordering extra items like Eggs Benedict. The best of all is it's PANCAKE MACHINE! It cooks pancakes on the spot which pass through a conveyor belt system and taste as perfect as they look! It also has a gym that is free for customers to use (great for post-pancake indulgence)
Nice hotel right next to the main train station. Central location.
Nice central location to stay in. Very close to Glasgow Central station, but no noise despite the close proximity. Rooms were clean and spacious, and provided all the usual amenities including TV, Iron, Laptop Safe, fully stocked mini bar. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
A toenail on room floor upon arrival, dust on bedside tables. Staff were polite and attentive. Food was excellent but there was a hair wrapped around the sugar tongs and a small white hair on my cooked breakfast. I almost threw up! Then when we checked out they charged us twice for our dinner! Very unprofessional, I expected more from a Radisson hotel… I dont think I will return here. Better hotels in Glasgow for the same price… shop around!
Close location to Central station, which can cut down on travel time but also means there can be some street, traffic, and train noise. Room was spacious. Bedding really comfy. Large bathroom. Everything was spotless. Make sure you use your room key to turn on room lights. And neat feature for the elevators to input your floor outside the elevator.
Location is great. Next to Glasgow central and the shopping centres and streets of Glasgow. Downside is hotel itself is not up with other five star hotels in terms of room and service. Washbasin was not functioning properly. Overall It's not bad. Its good but definitely can be better or great.
It's near Glasgow Central, also near a lot of restaurants and Buchanan St. And a lot of shopping, so location is great. Front desk was always helpful if you went down and asked for help around the city. Standard room is a little small. Be prepared to wait if you request anything from the staff, if it comes at all. The first time housekeeping cleaned the room, they took all the soap, but didn't replace it and only gave us enough towels for one person instead of two. When we asked for more bath soap, they brought us hand soap and shower gel. Then the hairdryer stopped blowing hot air, and it took them 45 minutes to bring up a new one. Requested toilet tissue on another occasion that never arrived. Ordered cheesecake from room service that took an hour and a half. They finally called and said they had just gotten the order, and asked if we still wanted it, and we said yes, but instead of bringing cheesecake for two people like we ordered, only brought it for one. There was also a little mold growing around the vent in the shower. BUT, upon initial inspection of the room with a black light, (my husband's a little weird) it was actually very clean.
Only stayed here for one night but didn't see anything to mark down a very satisfactory experience, hotel is located close to central station and is in an ideal location. Room was spacious and in good condition, check in and out was easy and staff polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Rooms comfortable. Good wine and cocktail selection. Efficient room service. Toiletries in room very skimpy. One tiny bottle of shower gel each. We went to Tesco Extra for a big bottle. We could have asked for more from the hotel but it would have been another very small bottle (or several) each. You need more than what is offered in one small bottle for a decent shower. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5
Really nice hotel. Comfy bed and simple well laid out room. Access to the Sports pursuit pool and gym in the basement was a bonus. The breakfast in particular was fantastic. I have food allergies and the staff were so helpful, very well aware and stocked. I noticed that the same level of attention and charm was given to all the customers. I will be back.
Great location in the city with no outside noise. Stayed in a business class room which really did have the 'wow' factor. Staff were all very smart, friendly and professional. The breakfast had a huge selection in the buffet with a menu also available to have items cooked to order, we used both and it was all very nice.
There was no hot water in the room. Only showed up in the morning.
A good hotel, in the city center, modern, free Wi-Fi, bar at the entrance, meeting place for the worldliness.
5-Star Hotel in Glasgow's central area…
The hotel is great, super clean and comfortable. If you go with children, the rooms are communicated.
Right next to the center.
Going on an organized trip there was no problem, very spacious room, comfortable and spacious beds, breakfast in a lounge to part, good variety of food, all very well. The only detail when we walked into the room was cold, but it was resolved by regulating the air control.
Well equipped and distinctively themed meeting rooms in a very modern hotel. A choice of bars for after and staff always very professional and helpful.
Really nice shared areas in hotel. Standard rooms are quite basic and other hotels have much nicer rooms for the same kind of price. Staff are friendly and helpful.
A nice hotel but I've had mixed experiences staying here. The noise from events can sometimes be heard in the guest rooms on the lower floors to the point they prevent sleep. I have also check in to a room with an I flushed toilet, which wasn't very pleasant. Although I complained the staff seemed uninterested in the matter, which is the main reason for the 3 star review. The bar and restaurant are also expensive compared to some of the local establishments.
It is a nice hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are good. The location is superb. The gym has all you need (including swimming pool and sauna). The rooms are a good size and the decor is modern. Some aspects of the rooms are looking a little tired though. I have one gripe. I really appreciate good customer service and note when it is missing. I like the 'personal touch'. I have actually been staying at the Radisson for the last 3 working weeks (and more to follow). It annoys me that I am not recognised after such a long period of time and still get asked in the morning if I have breakfasted with them before! Petty, I know, but it really does annoy me and make me feel like I am nothing to them other than a room number. Somewhat randomly, I can confirm that the fire alarms (and scary automated voice message telling you the evacuate the hotel) work absolutely fine. Standing outside the hotel from 12.30am to 1.00am one night this week wasn't the greatest hotel experience of my life, but needs must when fire doors encounter issues, apparently.
Fantastic location, very friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Best breakfast in the city. Very nice rooms. We've stayed here a few times before and definitely will do so again.
Christmas party was great fun. Great food and free drinks as well as party games. I had a food time, although the music was blaring through the entire meal.
The hotel is in a great location for the city centre and railway station. The staff are polite and the bar is popular for company dinners etc. Good food but a recent drop in the selection of ales. The rooms are large, comfortable and even have a power socket next to the bed.
Excellent and modern hotel. Quite expensive and not in the most convenient part of town.
A modern hotel in the centre of Glasgow, well located for the train station and the bus from the airport, and close to the main shopping area. The rooms are a modern design, so have a bit of a 'Oh that's nice', but they are starting to show some wear and tear and could do with a bit of tlc, particularly the bathrooms. Cleaning could also be improved, as there was rubbish from the previous guest in the corner of my room (a ball of aluminium foil from a sandwich.
Wonderful, staff is polite and great. I recommend the hotel.
Great business hotel. Good service with a decent breakfast. I'll be staying here when I can.
A hotel with good infrastructure.
Visit of the 23 10 to 25 10 2013
The service at check-in was knowledgeable and friendly. Our special thanks go to the female service force that was evidence of excursions and attractions in German language. The location is very good; Shopping in 4 min distance, clubs and bars around the corner. The bus stops directly in front of the exit. The breakfast was very good. We would emphasize the salmon. In the minibar were to find regional products. The Internet speed was for Office and mail i. O. And the State was offline. The defect could be rectified after consultation. The defective stowage was corrected after complaint, the lamps had different light bulbs, and in the bathroom, the shower turned out the position are tolerable. It was to buy us possible slippers. Airport can be reached in the morning by taxi in approx. 20 min.
Deepest purple on the face.
Stayed here for a Long week-end. A friend of mine wanted to 'get away' after having been in Hospital having chemotherapy. Everything that could go wrong — Did! Complained about taps being loose and hanging off the wall — no reply. Then was told no other room available and no refund either. So stay or go — we've got your money attitude. The major problems were discovering a faeces and dust covered condom on top of a wardrobe! And the way the room was laid out the only way I could use a bedside table from the other bed I was on was too sit on the edge of it. Which seemed fine at first until I found that the folding beds mechanism was sharper than it looked and had cut the back of my legs. No warning 'sign' either. Breakfast in bed (an extra) was stone cold and a running 'item' in this hotel was the look of disbelief that THEY had done Anything wrong. Would I return — an emphatic no as my legs had ballooned up from an infection caught from them getting cut. And I could barely walk as I was faced with the choice of Hospital for myself or getting a friend with severe migraines home.
Very clean, helpful staff, Great central location with all the shops just minutes away. The only bad thing is the swimming pool and gym is only open till 1600 really nice hotel.
Fantastic central location, stylish and well-appointed rooms, and superb breakfast all add up to make this a great stopping-off point in Glasgow. A partnership with a local branch of LA Fitness also means that instead of having to put up with what are often mediocre hotel gyms, you can use a proper gym whilst staying. However — the central location makes arrival by car a bit tricky — there is nowhere to pull over and unload on arrival — you just have to take your chances by pulling into a bus stop. The promised valet parking conjured up images of a well-run American-style valet desk, but the service seemed to have been substituted with a chap telling you to go and self-park at a nearby NCP garage.
Really nice hotel. I would recommend. Has lot of things free. Gim. Sauna. Pool and late check out and free Wi-Fi on rooms very good services. Some hotels like Hilton must copy this behaviour. Radisson is a really nice choice.
Cracking place to stay. Cumfy bed and excellent breakfast.
Excellent Hotel, would never stay anywhere else when visiting Glasgow. Great rooms, great service and right in the heart of the city centre. Breakfasts are spot on, never tried other meals as have always dined out but I'm sure would be very good. Not cheap but you get what you pay for, if you want cheap go to a hostel or B and B.
Food I had was very, very good. Excellent quality and some original touches.

Had a lovely afternoon tea today at hotel with my daughter and 3 year old grandson. Food was fab all staff were very pleasant and efficient. We had a lovely waitress called Chloe who was excellent she got different sandwiches made to suit my grandson plus gave him a lovely bowl of fruit. First class service. We will be back. Thank you.
