Lovely big rooms, fantastic breakfast and just the loveliest people running it.

This hotel is utterly fabulous! Our room was spacious and light, modern and warm with extra comfortable bed. The view from it into the Loch Clyde was fantastic as was April’s attentiveness. It’s really close to the town centre where there are great local shops and restaurants/bars, a short drive from Loch Lomond and the Aquarium.
I don’t eat dairy and April even went out of her way to make up dairy free muffins for our breakfast and bought me a milk alternative the little things in this place make it a great stay. I am sad it’s not closer to where we live xx.

Catriona is very welcoming, the atmosphere in the B and B is calming, the decor is beautiful everything was clean. The complimentary coffee and scone on arrival was delicious. The bed was so comfortable! The view from the room was beautiful (the weather was good! ). So much choice for breakfast and the food was lush! catriona gave us tips on where to visit on Loch lomand. Nothing was too much trouble whilst on our 2 night stay. Thanks you we will be visiting again.

No. 20 is an excellent boutique B&B. We were given such a warm, friendly welcome by our host, Catriona, who couldn't have done enough to accommodate our schedule. The place itself is Scottish themed, really pretty and spotlessly clean and it is situated right by the waterfront, with terrific views of the river Clyde and surrounding mountains. We are vegetarian, so Catriona adapted the full Scottish breakfast to suit us and the eggs were poached to perfection! I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, every little detail was considered, and I look forward to another relaxed and comfortable stay there.

Brilliant place to stay in Helensburgh. Very friendly owners and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is a feast too! Highly recommended.

Fantastic bed and breakfast. Having stayed at two other accommodations in helensbrough over the past couple of months I can confidently say that this was the best. Catrina the host is lovely and nothing is a problem for her. She will make your stay superb in every way. The place is a delight and everything has been thought of, from the wee dram upon arrival (if you are needing it) to the wide choice of and breakfast options. Thank you for a great stay. I’ll be back on the motorbike in the summer for sure. X.

It's the best B&B you could stay, everyone is so friendly and helpful, amazing service, I could say it would be the best place to stay in Helensburgh.

This B&B is nice enough. However overwhelming smell of strong candles is not pleasant. Rooms are cramped despite having the largest one. We prefer crisp, clean bedding not faux fur, wool throw pillows and shaggy carpets. The room that is not en suite is not for people who are used to privacy. The small hallway is very public exposed to stairs going up, stairs going down and another room directly across. Bathroom cannot be locked from the outside so personal items cannot be left in the bathroom area. The bed was very comfortable. Light blocking curtains would have been nice. Limited water view from the room is only seen from one of the two casual chairs. Coffee and scones were good.

Stayed here a few years ago and after talking about it my freinds gave me a gift voucher to return im so glad they did my wife and I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful room with view across the Clyde as before Cat provided hot scones with jam and tea on arrival and a handful of local restaurant menus to look through we opted to eat at la Barca a Spanish tapas which Cat booked for us they just cant do enough for you to make your stay as pleasant as can be breakfast was amazing and piping hot will definitely go back and would highly recommend it.

Catriona's warm welcome and gracious hospitality left us with only one regret regarding our stay, which was that it could not be longer. A comfy bed and wonderful, homey decor was capped off by a delicious breakfast. If you plan to visit near Loch Lomond, make this one of your stops!
