Excellent location, beautiful apartments, spotlessly clean. Fabulous stay. We'll definitely be back, loved it. Just 3 miles from Culzean castle and across from Turnberry hotel (for golf or afternoon tea)
Looked like a great place for a weekend away with the family. Searched Travel Republic for somewhere to relax with the kids — swimming pool a must! When we arrived, there was no information about the magnificent pool pictured on the site when we booked. I called Travel Republic who told me to contact the agent — they confirmed that there is no swimming pool, and the advertising is wrong… At 5pm on a Friday they have left me high and dry (literally) with 2 young kids and scouring the web to find a suitable place to stay — whilst I wait to confirm my refund — AVOID!

Ok. The apartment was nice but the area is so remote. Taxis are over 40$ to get anywhere… each way. We were told trump turnberry hitel was off limits to tour if we werent guests… Bummer. The lighthouse road was barricaded so couldn't see that either. All because of the area. So… not the apartments fault. However… when we arrived we were left with half a roll of toilet paper and half a bottle of hand soap. We asked for more and were told" toiletries not included" what the freak. TP and hand soap? We stayed 3 days. No fresh towels either. TV Cable cut in and out. So lovely travelers be prepared like you were camping. Garbage bags, paper towels, TP and soap etc.
