Lovely friendly hotel. Staff and rooms and restaurant and bar lovely and clean. Outside garden lovely private and sun trap 😎

Lovely lunch with the family and very friendly staff. Then a visit to the killie shop to finish our wee visit 😃

Lovely comfortable setting and tables not to close together. Food was fantastic nice selection to choose from. Friendly staff and presentation of food was excellent would highly recommend.

The hotel is clean and tidy room is comfortable and roomy and service fantastic.

We booked for Dad's 70th Birthday meal — food was fantastic, tasty, huge portions and very well presented. Staff were also lovely, and so thoughtful when they surprised us with a plate of lemon tart, ice cream and Happy 70th Birthday written in chocolate sauce for him!

Having lost our original wedding venue 6 months before the day we booked the hotel and from start to finish the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The rooms were fantastic, the meals were delicious and the service was exceptional. Considering it was a late booking for a Halloween night wedding everything was on point and everyone had an amazing day and night honestly wish we had just booked them from the beginning.

My brother's wedding 14/8/21 was a good day but very short staffed the meal was first class but there Breakfast was 0 out of 10 most of my family did not eat it very poor would not recommend bed and breakfast I have been here 9 nite and only booked bed.

Food was fantastic staff were great all in all a very special day.

Had our wedding here on friday absolutely outstanding service from our wedding planer to staff could not fault a thing from start to finish 10 out of 10 also a special thanks to the young gentleman who was serving us basically from start to end also took our cake to the taxi class service will be back thanks again Mr and Mrs Cameron.

Visited for a meal in your new socially distanced restaurant last night. New area looks great but is leaving areas like the Caprington suite look old and in need of a revamp. Must say staff were great and food was amazing! Really enjoyed it! Well done all! Be back to support our local businesses soon!

After a slight hiccup with our booking which was quickly amended by Wee Scott 11 Ladies had a lovely lunch in Blues Restaurant. The food was amazing as was the service. 10 out of 10, thank you so much for accommodating us.

Christmas dinner at the Caprington Suite… only complaint was I had a pig missing a blanket! What a spread! Food and drink were first class and the service was exactly what a 4* hotel would offer! The entertainment for the kids was fantastic too! Couldn’t recommend enough for families on Christmas Day.

Place is lovely, staff need customer service management as it’s shocking.

We had a lovely stay for the weekend very nice hotel the only thing we found an issue were the response of staff when an accident happens we think more training needs to be done for when an accident occurs as a very young little girl had a severe accident and the staff did not seem to know what to do and did not act quickly in this case this was burns and should have been acting quickly I hope this little girl is ok as I was rather distressed witnessing this and worrying how the little girl is.

Usually I’d highly recommend The Park Hotel coffee shop. But I’ve just been for a coffee and catchup with another 9 of my friends (and my 5 month old granddaughter). We were sitting in the lower level next to the cordoned off area where the very noisy renovations were taking place. Couldn’t hear a thing unless you were sitting right next to the person you were talking to. The loud bangs and continual drilling is totally unacceptable. Made my granddaughter jump out of her skin! Coffee shop should either be closed during the renovations or moved into another part of the hotel. If you still want to venture for coffee during renovations — take your earplugs and a notepad to write down your conversation.

We have stayed 3 times now and last night was a Take That tribute act, we had a great night, the staff are very friendly, good food and the hotel is very clean, I would definately recommend it. X.

I would recommend The Park Hotel as a wedding venue. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It went smoothly with no issues and everyone loved it. The meal was delicious and yummy cocktails. Thank you for a great day.

I stayed here over the weekend 29/30 March. It was the best hotel I have EVER stayed in. The whole weekend was an enjoyable one, an experience I want to sample again. I just love it. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The whole weekend opened my eyes to the whole area. At one time I wanted to move to the south of England, not now. Kilmarnock will always be in my heart. Thank you all for the weekend just gone. I just can’t wait to go back there again.

Visited The Park Hotel tonight for my mums 50th birthday. From start to finish the service was fantastic food was equally as good. I was really impressed with the way the staff dealt with my daughters allergies. The chef spoke to me himself to let me know what she could have and went to a separate kitchen to prepare her meal as there were lentils being cooked in the main kitchen.
It is the first time I have been out for a meal with her and not felt really anxious so thank you so much. X.

Attended Christmas dinner yesterday. There were 4 of us. Was very busy and staff looked really stressed. Our sitting was for 3:30. To be honest we were quite disappointed with the day. I had soup to start and was served without a roll (not a massive deal) I asked twice for it and was told they would get it. Still waiting. Ordered a bottle of white wine, asked for an ice bucket as it wasn’t that cold, asked twice for the bucket (still waiting) so put the wine in the jug of iced water.
Our meals were nice and food was good, although portions were on the small side (didn’t bother myself but husband and brother do like there food) We needed a fork for one of the meals, asked for one (still waiting) so used the desert one. My husband had the cheese plate served without grapes. (on menu was served with grapes) as the aft went on the plates of food and deserts that were being served, the portions were getting bigger. It sounds a petty review. But we travelled up from England and paid in my opinion a lot of money for Christmas dinner and left feeling disappointed. The staff were working extremely hard but just felt a little disorganised.

Hotel great lovely room great staff had a meal at night first class but breakfast was not good my wife asked for bacon sausage and potato bread we never saw a bit of bacon that small and sausage only half cooked That breakfast should never been sent out of kitchen.
