2nd stay here and can't fault it. Staff are so friendly and helpful, food was good and room spotless. Great location.

Absolutely disgraceful, we were booked in for the night of the Westlife concert before news about the concert was out and they cancelled our rooms. Will never stay in any of their hotels. Complete money grabbers looking for more money for the Westlife concert.

My room has been cancelled so that they could resell it for a higher price. Very disappointed.

Staff very helpful and Friendly room very comfortable and a nice view breakfast very good I found bar food not good for the price even a burger was very plain and not choice and I would come back again but not for the food.

Our second time to stay in Jurys in Cork, friendly staff make you feel welcome from when you check in, fabulous food, large choice for breakfast, thank you Jurys staff, we will be back again.

Pat & I stayed Monday that was our second stay The room was lovely the Staff are SO So Helpful Everything & Everywhere Is just walking distance away. OMG the breakfast was lovely Plenty of everything we will visit again.

Could not fault it! the rooms are clean and very comfortable, food is excellent! one of the best breakfasts we've had! the real standout during our stay was the staff. Each and every person we encountered were fantastic. Happy to be in work is always a great sign of an establishment. Megan went above and beyond for us and it is so so appreciated! We will be back!

Nice enough hotel for a couple nights — quiet and full accommodations. Beds are on rolling casters, and moved very easily when you get on them, which I found to be annoying. Very nice bar staff if you want to grab a pint after a day of touring. Breakfast buffet had full-range of expected options, but the quality was a little lack-luster and coffee not great. Additionally, when traveling by foot, know that the street behind the hotel has some sketchy figures for a few blocks.

Had a three night stay. Was looked after very well by staff. Very friendly very helpful. Hotel was within walking distance of city center bus and train. Would definitely go back.

From reception staff to bar staff and everything in between, we are so impressed with this hotel! The loveliest staff and such a great friendly atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble. We stay in hotels quite a bit but have never been so inclined to give a hotel 5 stars (and more if we could). Huge thanks to Kendall in reception also.

We enjoyed our stay at Jury’s Inn. The hotel had everything we needed (including a fan in the room! ). We lucked out with nearby parking so that wasn’t too much of an issue. Location was great and the breakfast was amazing with lots of options and a fun kids activity set for our 4 year old.

Cheap and cheerful. Jury's seems to operate an older Ryan-air service model, whereby rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so when I arrived for a late check-in, I was left with the room next to the swing doors by reception. Staff are friendly and approachable, but the room service menu perhaps less so: after nine, it's a stodgy 1, 000 pizza calorie bomb, or nothing. Nice porridge for breakfast. If you want simple and no frills, this is the place.

Don't stay in this hotel if u drive as in have a car, want a peaceful night sleep, or want value for money hotel is a rip-off way overpriced and parking is a total descrace how they call it a hotel I don't no. Breakfast was just eatable staff a desk where unhappy not welcomeing or friendly. Will not be staying tir again even if it was for free. Check all bad comments we all can't be wrong.

I stayed here on numerous occasions and never had a single bad experience. The team on reception can't do enough to help you out and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bar staff and restaurant staff are just the same. Kind, helpful and would do anything to help you out. Can't wait to stay here again. Lovely hotel, food, drink and great staff.

Great Stay, everybody was so helpful from reception to housekeepers & bar staff. Staff were all so happy & chatty. The female manager I believe her name was Margaret was great with advice on the city — Thank you so much we will definitely be back.

Great location, close to everything including entertainment. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room size. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The view of the room is stunning. Sure we will be back in there.

Jurys Inn Cork was a very lovely stay. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Our room was very clean and the front desk service was great. We were able to park in their car park. There are a limited amount of spots.

One of the best chain hotels I've been to! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was spacious with everything I needed, and the breakfast was delicious. Location was a short walk into Cork centre which was also good. I'd definitely stay there again!

I'm a fan of Jury's, always have a great stay. The rooms here were like all others, spotless and clean, all worked in the room and facilities were great. I've only dropped a star here because of a bad nights sleep, we had a room right at the front, at the traffic lights and a busy bus stop. The noise was horrendous from buses pulling in and out, air brakes and bleeping sounds etc. The 4 stars for quality service as ever, friendly staff and would return again and ask for a room at the back of hotel. Great location for visiting Cork city, within walking distance.

Very stylish, restaurant food portions meagre (for the price), access gate to parking lot malfunctioning so had to be moved manually… lift broke during St Patrick's weekend. Staff very nice!

Hotel is adequate for a night or two. The hotel staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Parking is very limited and street parking is usually full. The bar was small but the bartender was friendly and the beer was fresh. Not my first choice, but I would stay there again.

Clean and cheerful hotel, not the most glamorous part of the city but it's convenient and close to the centre. Discreet. Rooms are comfortable and modern and logically numbered so easy to find. Good base for exploring Cork or small business meetings. Some parking on site, also street parking available.

Service is always 5*. Reception staff always very helpful. Recently left my charger after my stay unfortunately it was a bit of an expensive one so I asked them if they found it in the room. They held onto it until I got back to collect it. And was the correct one too.

Comfortable conveniently situated hotel. We had a late evening bar sandwich which was very tasty. Only reason I gave 4 stars, maybe I am being a bit picky here but, on checking out we weren't asked if we had enjoyed our stay or was everything to our satisfaction — we had stayed 3 nights and spent money, not cheap, so I think a little courtesy was called for.

Nice place, my room was competitively priced in comparison to the nearby hotels. Well located in Cork, I was here on business so the good nearby bus links to industrial parks was a factor for me. My room was a nice size, well equipped and I didn't have to go hunting for ironing equipment etc. Full menu available as room service, very friendly staff made me feel very welcome. Only negative point was that I couldn't control the air con so I was boiling on my first night. Would stay again though as it is clean and very welcoming which was reasonable for the price.

Very well located in the city. Walking distance to the centre. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice clean rooms and if your room is facing north you get a view of the river Lee. Excellent breakfast and lovely bar. Guest car park has limited spaces but saying that there is street parking and the hotel provides at a reasonable price street parking discs. 10/10

Fairly modern Hotel, which offers a good comfort. The Breakfast buffet offers something for every taste. From the Hotel one is in few minutes walk into the city centre.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet bountiful. All the amenities that we needed. The parking was a nightmare. We had to park on street, blocks away… then, get up at dawn to claim a departing guests hotel car park spot. Website states car park within 1 block for hotel. Not so. Would give more stars if not for lack of parking.

Very nice and clean bedrooms. Great beds and breakfast. Well located. Very poor service : I asked if I could have breakfast half an hour before the start and they told me to check myself while at the same time telling me that they were at my disposal if I had any questions! Asked for a wake up call at 6am and they called me at 6:20am. Had a drink in the bar and a spider fell on me from the ceiling! Very noisy bedrooms frim which you could hear people passing by in the corridor all night long. A bit surprising given the standing of such an hotel.

Very nice and quiet Hotel. Great location close to downtown Cork. Spacious and clean rooms. The restaurant is of good quality.

Too expensive, rooms are dirty. Tables glued together, no toilet brush. Parking fees contradictory, free of charge advertised, then 10, — Euro required.

Rather cheap hotel, I used it when I arrived in Ireland a few years ago. Not bad at all. Worth the money for a short stay.

The Hotel is very central and close to main shopping area. The rooms are very clean but can be noisy due to traffic and a few down and outs shouting at each other. The rooms could do with air con units. Parking is a pain as you have to cross over the river to get parking at € 10.00 for 24 hour parking. The hotel has a few parking spaces but they are usually gone. There is also parking in front of the hotel but this is also expensive. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had and I also had two evening meals and they were very nice. Finally the Management and Staff were very helpful and nice and I must also say that Jury's are very lucky to have such nice people working for them. They all work very hard and still have a smile for you.
