Good hotel from the ihg group. Some rooms a bit dated but I think these are all being done up. Marcos restaurant is good and their is even a proper Starbucks. Good sized function rooms. Sadly no gym but well worth running round the abbey fields or over the the greenway (an old railway track).

Love the hotel like being at home stay here when in the area and the staff now friends make you feel so welcome. Rooms are large and clean internet is fast enough for general purpose browsing. Bar has a nice selection to keep your taste buds busy.

Brilliant choice of breakfast. However, room was small as was the bed. Seal on windows and noisy revellers and guests meant little sleep. Decoration very tired though signs proclaimed renovations were in place.

The staff were nice and the manager as well. Stopped over while doing motorbike practrise for a coffee. All around good.

A nice hotel very helpful staff car parking can be a little difficult not a lot of room.

Good central position in Kenilworth close to the Castle and town centre. A good hotel and adequate service. It hosts parties and events. Parking is good.

Good hotel with a great breakfast. The rooms vary quite a lot in size, but most of them have been remodeled recently. It my preferred stay when I’m in the area.

Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately my room electrics did not work when I entered the room and the maintenance guy was quick to respond and swiftly fixed the problem. The rooms very tidy and had everything required but a tad impersonal the fact the net curtains wouldn't move so we're missing out on the beautiful country views.

Really nice hotel, nice comfortable bed, plenty of space in the room and really nice bathroom. Paid for the breakfast and was really looking forward to a leisurely start to my day but to be honest for the position price it just didn't measure up. Food was tepid at best, bacon like leather, fried eggs had runny whites, black pudding overcooked.

Stopped here for one night. Hotel very helpful in letting me check in early. Nice room, fine for me though a couple might find storage space limited.

Very impressed with the hotel and service. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was large and of a high quality. Would recommend. Great central location also.

Average hotel with good views if you're high enough up. The road noise isn't too bad considering where it is. The "executive rooms" feel a little cluttered with unessecary heaters, tables and chairs. The toilet wasn't as clean as it could be and the bed was not as comfy as I'd expect for £160 per night. On the good side, there was a Big TV and the staff were really friendly and efficient. A great restaurant built in too.

I really liked it here. Staff friendly and efficient. Rooms are lovely — clean, spacious and facilities were good too. Restaurant was excellent and prices were great. Highly recommend.

Awful parking experience with no parking available at the hotel or in the overflow (town centre) car park. Had to park half a mile away in a disabled space and carry my luggage by foot to the hotel late at. Night. Spoke to the manager who said basically that it was tough luck and there was nothing he could about it. There was a big conference at the hotel and the delegates had clearly monopolised the car park. I told the manager to tell delegates to park somewhere else in future as residents of the hotel needed priority with their luggage. He assured me that every car in the hotel car park belonged to a resident. This was clearly not true as I went outside later at 10:30 p. M. And their car park was half empty. I had to walk half a mile to my car and drive it back to the car park. The meal I had on the first night was awful. Very little meat on the barbecue ribs and the meat that was there was as tough as old boots.

This was a really nice hotel for a one night business stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I don’t always sleep well in hotels but I had no problem here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One small point was the Starbucks is under licence and is not able to recognise drinks purchased on the app. However this does not detract from a very enjoyable stay.

Attended a birthday celebration here last night, the food was excellent, especially the desserts. The drinks prices were cheaper than I expected for a hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great time and would come here again.

This place is a little local gem. Hidden away inside the Holiday Inn, the food is not only very good, service is attentive and friendly. Serving tasty food under the Marco Pierre brand and doing it really well. It deserves its 5 stars!

Well positioned and great Starbucks.

Excellent location close to town with shops nearby. Ample parking facilities but chargeable. Friendly and professional staff to assist with all guests requirements. Breakfast service quite busy at times but very attentive staff attending to all the guests. Meeting rooms clean and well displayed with company names for quick identification. Prices are reasonable and the brand prides itself on giving guests a good nights sleep offering pillows menus to aid personal preferences. Within easy reach of Coventry and Leamington Spa.

Have attended events here and also eaten in Marcos Restaurant. Always been treated very well by helpful courteous staff. Food and service in Marcos was excellent. Complimentary drinks because they thought they had kept us waiting for our food. We hadn't noticed. This displays how the value their customers. Definitely 5* treatment.

Fabulous hotel, staff were very helpful and polite, couldn't do enough for you. Food in the new restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast was really good too. Room was clean and comfortable and the recently fitted bathroom was gorgeous!

Perfectly fine but they don't have any twin rooms, apparently…

The staff were very helpful and efficient. The room was clean and neat, if a little basic. The hotel was easy to find, and was close to shops and plenty of restaurants. The Marco Pierre White restaurant was excellent with very attentive staff and really good food. My only criticisms (and minor ones really) was that the the room was very warm and stuffy, but the air conditioning was incredibly noisy. Also, some new pillows wouldn't hurt — they were flat and very hard!

Staff were excellent, location was excellent. Breakfast was extortionate. Room was comfortable but the TV was poor and the heating rattled throughout the night. Sad I pack earplugs but slept OK.

My First visit to Kenilworth, stayed at the Holiday Inn. Having a Marco's Italian was definitely the main draw here. The food here is definitely worth the visit. The rooms are neat and most have been recently refurbished. I will definitely choose this location on my next visit.

What's not to love about a hotel with a Starbucks and a Marco Pierre White steakhouse in it, in a country town, with great staff and large, airy rooms.

Great place to hang. Airy and fresh.

Definitely one for the "Could do better" pile. Clean and modern, but with poor technical infrastructure (inaccessible power sockets, flaky Wi-Fi, TV that offers far less than full Freeview set of channels, air conditioning which can only do Hot or Cold at whim of management, not to guest's Thermostat Set Temperatures). Weak effort from IHG.

Had a comfortable stay. Nice beds. Supportive staff. Very good.
