Nice stay, the room a wee bitty smaller than what we usually get, overall can’t comp, would recommend.

Great Hotel for the money. Rooms fully serviced even with proper air-conditioning unit. Large TV too. Modern styled. Noisy corridors, could do with better soundproofing on the doors. Small car park, first come first served. Otherwise great find.

Best place to be. Best rooms in jesmond. That I've been anyway… Great friendly polite staff. Well worth the visit.

Beautiful reception, bar, restaurant, seating area, brilliant location only 5mins drive from st james park. However we did have to get some money back due to tge room not being clean : — (they handled it so well though, no quarms just issued 20% back so very pleased with the service. Just make sure you check under your bed :-)

This hotel was a really good experience. The room was modern, well-decorated, and the bathroom was amazing. The price was ridiculously cheap. Maybe a bit far from the city centre, but it's worth it.

Comfortable hotel situated in the vibrant Jesmond area of the city. Well appointed rooms with the usual tea and coffee facilities, large screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Serves continental breakfast each morning. Trendy cocktail bar serves selection of pub classics and the Sohe Asian restaurant serves a selection of Asian inspired food.

Room is small and we were told it is an upgrade. Bed is comfy and bathroom is good with a grohe shower. Large TV in room. Has safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Saturday night is noisy in this area. Lots of hotels with bars and bouncers. Breakfast is only continental, no English. Good restaurants nearby. We did Persian one which was super. Parking is interesting as at back of hotel in side street. Tight in places.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was modern and clean. This hotel is further away from the city centre than suggested but only £4 in a taxi. We didn't stay for breakfast.

Hotel looked really nice all round. Wasn't impressed with the bedroom. Bed side lights didn't work, matress was uncomfortable the side near the window all side support had gone felt like I was falling out all night. Wall tiles in the bathroom were not clean and no flannel to use in the shower. Breakfast was a bit of a let down if your going to offer a continental breakfast at least make sure it's a good one two types of meat and three types of cheese. Sorry to say we will not be returning.

Very reasonable rate considering how smart it was. No lift but ample parking. Good location for Metro and local stores and other eateries. Bar area is pretty much a local pub. Continental breakfast OK, but don't get there late. Staff including cleaners very obliging. Bathroom has door opening next to bed which makes life awkward in the middle of the night. One or two dips in floors where they've knocked two buildings into one. Generally good.

Only stayed for one night and our previously booked small double was upgraded to a kingsize. The room was beautifully decorated with fabulous facilities. We enjoyed a beautiful selection of tipsy afternoon tea cocktials, sandwiches with prosecco and scones. The continental breakfast was varied and wonderfully tasty. Staff were helpful and always available. Well positioned on Jesmond's busy Osborne Road.

A great little hotel. Right in the action of Jesmond. The rooms are comfortable and we'll kept. The buffet continental breakfast is good. The bar and restaurant are both good and offer something for everyone. Staff are friendly too. Lost one star for the toilet being too close to the wall and an annoying humming from the usb wall charger.

People nice. Music in bar was VERY loud until 11pm — on a Monday night, not good if you are looking for an early night! Room/decor lovely.
No cooked breakfast, ok for me but not great for others.

Great service. Great staff. Convenient placement. Within walking distance of city centre, or a £3-4 taxi. Many bars and restaurants on the same street.

Lovely place, great staff comfy room, shame about the parking but then again it is in a busy area.

I stopped there on the 19th of October in room 322, I payed for the deluxe room to treat my boyfriend on his birthday, I have no complaints with the staff there were very nice and helpful, I do however have a complaint about the fact that my boyfriend stood on some glass that was left on the floor, cutting his foot hence why the pillow, the bedsheets and the wood flooring have blood on them, we have managed to pick up some other bits we have found aswell but it will be a good idea to check thoroughly before inviting anymore guests in that room, also now that he has a cut in his foot it's too painful for him to play football on the 21st and because he is a semi proffesional footballer that gets paid €50.00 per game he is going to lose out on that money aswell because of this, im not one to complain but it just topped my unpleasant stay off when we came down for breakfast in the morning (which we payed an additional €25.00 for) for there to be no bacon, sausage or beans or anything like that, even the eggs that were hard boiled were stone cold. So basically for breakfast we payed that amount for a slice of toast and a cup of tea each. All in all it wasn't one of our best experiences.

We stayed in the classic room. Great room and we had a really comfortable stay. However the bathrooms are abit small. But it didn't bother us too much. Staff are very friendly.

Rubbish parking … rooms small. Beds pushed up against walls hardly hotel standards. Went to breakfast no one came to see us so we got up and left.

Loved it and carnt wait to stop again staff where realy kind and helpfull and food was great clean tidy and will tell everyone I no.

Excellent wee hotel. Stayed in one of the smaller rooms and it was really good! TV at the bottom of the bed, rooms were really clean. Excellent location in jesmond around wee bars and restaurants. Bar was really good as well, busy good atmosphere. The restaurant looked amazing but we didn't get a chance to try it.

Free parking at rear but limited spaces. Inside is pretty decent at this price point. Few little touches help. Room a bit cramped but functional. Only down point is that it's above and to side of a loud thumping pub. So if you want to sleep before 11 you better be able to sleep through the sound of thumping repetitive pop music and loud drunken rambles below your window. If you sleep late though it's a cheap effective hotel.

It's what it is, a budget hotel trying to looking above that and not really successfully. Our room had a rug splattered with bodily fluids. We asked to be moved. Breakfast was uninspiring to say the least.

I stayed here for 2 nights 3 years ago when my Dad was in hospital nearby & it was interesting to say the least, although the staff were great it was a dive. I hadn't even realised I'd booked the same hotel until I arrived as the pictures on the website were so different. Wow! What a difference! This place has had a complete overhaul, from a run down old place into a spotless, modern gem. The staff are all lovely & very helpful, room comfy and quiet, breakfast was a good continental selection and the bar next door serve some great cocktails. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back again soon.

I stay here wherever I'm in this area. Great rooms, great price. Happy hour at the bar twice a night. Superb atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Can't fault it.

This hotel has been recently renovated. The hotel, rooms and staff are great. A lovely bar next door and restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended. I have been three or 4 times and will not hesitate to return.

Great hotel; the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and modern with comfy beds. Downstairs there is a pub and a very nice Asian cuisine restaurant. There is a free car park to the rear and with a Metro stop 5 minutes away it is ideal for visiting the city centre.

Not the best not very clean in the public areas rooms ok. Towels were stained tho and parking is RUBBISH!

Breakfast was very disappointing as not a full English on weekends what is it coming to.

Staff very rude! They came to reception and just shoutee "what do YOU want!? " And left us waiting over 20 mins to check in while she moped a toilet! Halls were filthy! Room was ok tho! No double glazing so can hear people talking in the bar next door! Very loud! That stopped at midnight thank god! Overall I wouldn't stay again! Oh yeah and no hot water in shower.
