Great facilities, clean.

Remote location and great surroundings. Staff were lovely but more good choice would have been nice for those not there for a medical or health reasons to add to the spa experience

Very expensive for cheap service …
Never again!

So friendly, welcoming, professional … nothing too much trouble, pleasant ambiance, excellent food, quality classes & treatments, an indulgent way of passing a couple of days!

Friendly, relaxing, yet lot on offer.

Nice place, good treatments, pools indoors and outdoors, sauna and showers, good buffet (although only one meet dish, mostly vegetarian), very relaxed atmosphere, big minus — no cookies with coffee which is free in few spots around the Spa.

It is such a pleasure being a member at Greyshott. The facilities are excellent. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) are never crowded and the staff are welcoming and attentive. I love it!

Enjoyable relaxing retreat for a few days. Helpful friendly staff. Good SPA facilities based on a health not beauty perspective. Decor in some areas could do with an update.

Staff are fantastic and really want you to have a good time. Food is always delicious and beautifully presented. My worry is that since the new lady director/ manager has taken over the packages have become more complex and you pay more but get less for your money! Pity. I have been coming to Grayshott for over ten years and hope to continue in the future.

This place is amazing for charging your batteries. Lovely staff, lovely food, beautiful gardens, just an amazing place. A huge THANK YOU to Elaine Williams. You are the kindest and loveliest human being on the planet. Me and my husband are very grateful for what you did and do for us. Your gift of acupuncture and healing is incredible. Thank you

My 2nd home for those days when your 1st choice is unavailable xxx Thank you Grayshott for being so amazing at what you do

Good classes, beautiful food in serene Hampshire countryside

Grayshott is very relaxing and the staff are helpful and friendly. However, I would agree with a previous reviewer about the food, which was quite disappointing. Not everyone is trying to lose weight (I am trying to put it on), and the emphasis on low fat and low calorie makes many of the meals a struggle. There is no information given about the food/meat/vegetables — is it locally grown or organic? In the absence of any information one must assume that nothing is organic or local, otherwise why not say so?

A magical haven of health and relaxation. The food is amazing! The treatments are incredible. Life changing!

I stayed here to recover post surgery. The nursing care was very reassuring, the facilities are nice and it was a relaxing place that I felt very comfortable in. However, I would say that the food, which has weight loss in mind, is not suitable for those recovering from surgery, the body can't recover properly on an extremely low fat diet and I would not have booked this as my recovery centre if I had known that I would not have the option to order from a more balanced menu. I had to get my husband to bring in full fat yoghurt and some normal (not junk food) for me as I was worried that my surgery wounds would not heal properly. I couldn't even order a diet coke as they didn't have this on site because its processed. Being in bed all day means these small things are a big deal. This is my only complaint but it was a big consideration for meat a time when I was in pain and emotional. By all means give health food options (which were tasty) but if you advertise for post surgery recovery, bear in mind the health requirements of your recovering guests too.

A great spa with nice facilities.

Love it definitely will be staying again.

Beautiful house & setting & the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Room was very small compared to other spas/ hotels we have stayed in. We found everything a little odd! Coffee in the bar but tea elsewhere! No bar (only wines or shampers). Our dining table was right by the door (awful place to put a table! ) Evening meal was paltry. I know it's a health spa but 2 prawns, 1 tiny mackerel, pak choi & a dribble of sauce does not make a Thai currry! I was starving so thank goodness breakfast & lunch was a buffet & very good. All in all could do with an overhaul as is very tired & please review your evening meal sizes (esp after I'd burned a few calories in the outdoor pool) However, it was relaxing, quiet, beautiful setting & staff great. We may return but would definitely fill up before!

This is an absolutely amazing place but it has gone downhill since my last visit. Despite advising need of a vegan meal on booking and arrival it was dry bread salad and fruit as the only non butter coated options (there was a week long special atkins style diet course on). And one of the therapists was soooo rude a complaint was made. Run out of paper knickers And then there is a compulsory 9% service charge to add to the insult. Come on Grayshott. You can do better.

With its prestigious reputation I must admit I was expecting a bit more from the spa facilities.
The gym was fine although small so we had to wait to use equipment.
Next we went to the pool which was nice, although the jacuzzi was so loud we felt bad putting it on incase we spoilt the relaxation of other guests!
The male/female spa facilities being separate don't make it a very romantic. Also the male sauna was out of action during our visit. The showers took ages to get warm and weren't very powerful. The male showers are also opposite a fire escape which a cleaner was using constantly whilst my hubbie was showering.
Lunch was lovely. Very healthy.
The treatments were very relaxing. Just a shame there is no-where really to relax as a couple. We tried the pool area but we were 'cleaned' around and you could hear the toilets being scrubbed (not relaxing! )
The separate male and female relaxation rooms have signs everywhere saying you're not allowed to read magazines there. Really?!
We were definitely expecting it to be better and won't be returning. We were expecting at least Aqua Sana standard but it was about the same standard of a higher end (dated) leisure centre.
