Very good value Sunday Carvery. A great selection of food, the range of starters/hors d'oeuvres was my favourite. The staff worked hard to ensure a good time was had by all.

Done Halloween afternoon tea for 2 years in a row. Staff are friendly and helpful and the kids love it!

Excellent venue and welcome from reception. Had a carvery which was superb, best every with very attentive staff who I would give 10/10.
Had a family venue in the evening with a buffet.
Would highly recommend hotel which I booked with Secret Escapes. Dinner bed and breakfast.

The staff here from house keepers to receptionists to waiters to Managers are very friendly and willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. Food was extremely nicely cooked albeit the menu being a bit repetitive. Good choices for breakfast. The rooms are very clean, bathroom was very clean. Shower was good! Beds are comfortable and huge 😌

Was there for one night for a wedding staff helpful and friendly. Rooms were a nice size drinks at the bar were reasonable.

Unfortunate experience where we had a booking for 4 people for the valentines dinner but it was logged as for 2 people. We ended up having to debate with the reception lady which made us feel like this was our mistake. My wife had spoken to the evening staff while I had to prove to the reception lady that we actually had paid and booked for 4 people, and the staff did assist us eventually but by this time the evening was ruined by the lack of care given to the situation. Frankly very disappointed by this experience and won’t be returning again.

We spent the afternoon celebrating my. Great aunts 100th birthday with the carvery. The food was Brilliant with a great selection. The service was spot on, all the staff were very helpful and very friendly. Thankyou. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely venue, great entertainment. Welcoming staff and a range of facilities for any size party.

Large rooms well furnished although a little dated. The staff are very helpful and check in was quick and easy. So far the food is of a reasonable standard although the menu is limited. The hotel is comfortable although dated and needs a makeover.

Nice place in the quiet village.

We have breakfast business networking meetings and the staff are brilliant. I also have 1-to-1 meetings in the lounge too — great venue and easy to get to!

My husband and I had our wedding here 6 weeks ago. From the start in booking our wedding through to the day, the staff were second to none. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and made my day completely stress free. Even when something didn’t arrive, the staff tried to make alternative plans to resolve the situation and didn’t bother me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Wow! The staff service is second to none! In my 4 weeks here they’ve made me feel like part of their family! I would bestow the team 2019 Customer Service within a heart beat! Will miss the team, thanks again for your awesome hospitality! Hope to see you someday!

Riegate manor food was fantastic service was really good staff polite could. Not wish for better clean comfortable enjoyed it very much.

Got married at Reigate Manor on 25th August and really had a great day. The staff are fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast is also lovely!

I am surprised that Best Western's customer survey has asked me to write a report for Google, but they have. The hotel looks OK but don't let them put you in Room 404! Squeezed in between noisy ventilation machinery and the bins that the empty glass bottles are poured noisily into every 40 minutes, the room hasn't been decorated in 30 years. Even the TV is giving up. Hopefully the other rooms are fine… but I didn't stay in any of those. Take care — the rooms cost £89 plus a night.

Excellent hotel. Had a lovely room with kingsize bed and given it was 30° also had fan provided! Stayed here for family wedding being held within the hotel. Everything was first class.

Perfectly fine for a short stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Be careful if arriving by foot, the road to cross to get to it can be quite busy.

Very polite and professional staff. Not bad surroundings and quite typical of a building of this period. Hypnos (is that right) beds meant a great sleep and the room was roomy and clean, only let down by the fact there was no comfy chair to relax in. It was either lay on the bed sit at the desk chair (not comfortable. What let this hotel down was the breakfast. Ordered the poached egg. And some bacon. The eggs tasted of sour vinegar (not sure why some people insist on adding vinegar to poaching water-not necessary) and the bacon was dry and like leather. Needless to say, Cornflakes were my fallback. Shame really because the steak the night before was perfect.

The building is a little dated but everything is as advertised and well kept. The staff is friendly and service is fast. If your just looking for a place to sleep, Reigate manor is a good choice.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for a wedding. Annalise the wedding planner, is excellent. Goes out of her way to ensure that any situation can be accomplished.

Disappointed. Had heard how wonderful it was but when we arrived they were catering for a wedding that seemed to take precedence. It seemed that they were trying to achieve the same amount of covers in a considerably smaller room than usual which meant it was very squashed. There wasn't much choice on the starter counter and the serving staff were surly. A few lessons to be learnt I think!

Used for business meetings and lunches. Good service and reasonable prices. Sometimes certain items were overlooked but resolved within reason. Power points can be in odd positions if like us your group are using multiple laptops and projectors.

On all four of my visits the staff have always been very helpful and attentive. The bar area is ideally located next to the dining room. Car parking is free in a very large parking lot. I imagine it must be very popular with business and training events with it's meeting rooms and convenient location a few minutes off the M25 at J8

We regularly attend the dinner / dance evenings. They are great fun; the food is good, but the music could be better.

One of friendliest and comfortable hotel stayed in. Good room service. Cream tea delicious.

Have stayed here before with my partner and 2 children. The family room was comfortable and reasonably large, breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. This time I stopped by to have a coffee before heading to Gatwick to catch a flight. Eventhough I was not a hotel resident I was greeted with a very pleasant smile and welcome. Staff were very attentive at my previous stay and this time was no different. Glad to see that some things don't change.

Great venue for a special party. Our guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we felt like the party was a succes. The people were very kind and co-operative.

We had Sunday lunch with family. Clean with a great starter buffet, good carvery and great service. Good value for money for what it is.

Nice hotel. Pretty decent. Loads of lounge areas which is good expecially for people who travel regularly for work. Staying in the room can get lonely quickly. The staff are the best thing about this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Expecially the assistant manager Janus and the other staff Barney. You wont regret going to this hotel.

The bedroom was nice and comfortable. Found the food a bit bland and the voices from the bar menu a bit restricted. Breakfast options looked somewhat tierd and again limited. Staff where nice and friendly and also attentive.

Great Christmas day lunch. Been a few times on Boxing day and never been disappointed. Very nice staff. No idea what it's like as a hotel!

Attended our Christmas Work Party Here. First time for me. The Venue was very spacious with many different rooms with different décor. The staff were all very polite and attentive.

Have been visiting this hotel for functions for over 30 years and always greeted warmly by staff. The food offering varies in quality occasionally.

Stayed overnight following a Christmas dinner and we were very impressed with the food and facilities.

These guys provide great customer service! Three business contacts were unable to attend the planned Christmas lunch and Giles, the General Manager, arranged for the meals to be delivered to the missing guests who were working on an urgent video edit. There was no extra charge for this service and the food arrived hot and tasted delicious! Now that IS going beyond the call of duty!

Good company. There was a lot of us but service was very slow and food mediocre. There was also 2 other large parties and therefore not enough staff. This was a lunchtime meal.

This was a good venue for it latest team meeting, clean and tidy, buy the room was a little small for the number of people we had.

Ok for a couple of nights, was here for wedding. Staff helpful. Mattress not the best. Breakfast was good.

Decor was a bit outdated but otherwise a classy venue. Was there for a professional event so didn't try the food. Ample parking and easily accessible.

We were married on 1st October 1977 and had our reception here at Reigate Manor so it seemed only fitting to return for our 40th anniversary on the same day. We were not disappointed the room was good so was the food also the staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and will be returning more often in the future so would definitely recommend this place.

Dont get food from here! Ordered sandwiches, cost almost a tenner each, 3 of them came out wrong, then when getting one rectified they got it wrong again. A tuna melt with no cheese?! And crisps instead of chips! Unsure how a sandwich can be so difficult to get right, especially at that price. Wasnt even busy! The bread was half stale and the "gammon" was ham but it was basically all fat.

We have eaten here several times and it is great! Lovely food, would highly recommend.

Reigate Manor is a great place. We had our wedding there last year and it was the perfect day, then for our first year anniversary we got a free night in the 4 poster room. Room covered in flowers and a free bottle of prosecco and chocolates.

Well presented family and business orientated hotel. Very nice. Great staff. Beautiful!

Visited to investigate the hotel as a potential wedding venue. After being asked how many people would be at the wedding we said 50 day guests. We were then shown a ceremony room that would fit 40 at most. No outdoor space for photographs. Staff were not prepared for our visit despite having prearranged it. You can get more for less money at other venues.

Viewed as a potential wedding venue. Nice hotel but no outdoor space and didn't feel like they made any particular effort to recommend the place.

Attended a function here. Staff polite, helpful and friendly. Function room however had no air conditioning or ventilation which led to oppressive heat. Reasonable bar prices.

Look of the hotel is very elegant albeit a bit dated, staff are generally very nice although the restaurant staff aren't always as proactive. The rooms are lovely although it would be nice if the full Wi-Fi signal reached them.

A long-established, traditional-style hotel located just 3 minutes from junction 8 of the M25. Excellent staff service and a good restaurant make meal times a pleasure. Bedrooms OK but nothing special. Plenty of free car parking and less than 15 minutes walk from Reigate railway station offering direct trains to London Victoria. This hotel would be a good base for a day out in London or for visiting other attractions in the south-east of England.

My stay at the Reigate Manor Hotel was on the 13th of May 2016. The young lady (Maria? ) at the reception desk was very polite and professional throughout my stay. She was very obliging and a pleasure to deal with and a valuable asset to the hotel. In my experience, marks out of 10. Reception — 10/10. Food — 8.5/10 Room — 8/10 Facilities — 8/10 Parking 8/10 Many thanks!

We went for a Sunday Lunch on the 24th April and had an absolutely amazing time. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the starter options were huge and the informal set up and timings were perfect for a relaxing lunch. The carvery itself was fantastic, meat cooked perfectly and lots of trimmings to go with. Desert options were great and my cheesecake was great. We have a 19 month old son and to find a venue so accommodating and child friendly, along with great food was a real treat. They will definitely be seeing us on Sunday's from now on!

Very noisy in my room, no bath, and I wasn't impressed with breakfast.

Very traditional hotel. Great service and lovely lounge and bar. Restaurant and menu a little dated, but overall a good experience and I would return.

Tiny bathroom, uncomfortable bed, radiator hanging off the wall. Both chairs broken. Floor boards that kept moving under my feet, nearly fell over a couple of times.

That place was better than I expected, and couldn't be more usefully located. Good service, good food, and comfortable bed.

Please be aware if you plan to have a casual business meeting. Cover charge of £9 per person. Virtually empty at around 2pm. The term "customer service" is not part of their vocabulary.

Stayed for one night, my toddler daughter and I last night as the hotel was close to Chessington. I paid a great rate of £50 for the room, which was clean and comfortable, on a par with any of the best Premier Inns etc. The hotel itself, as on the building, was different from the normal budget offerings, and that is the Best Western philosophy. The staff were all excellent, they were not it seems used to dealing daily with toddlers, but took it in their stride, offering high chairs etc. Dinner was interesting in the restaurant, which happened to be in what felt like one of the conference rooms. The food was really good, very generous portions, garlic mushroom starter a bit too salty though. Dinner I'll give 6 out of 10 overall, taking into account the excellent food, but also the slightly unusual setting. Food was not cheap, 1 starter, 1 adult main and 1 child main, one pint of beer, £25. Still, try getting that kind of quality of food at a Travelodge! I left my phone charger in the room by accident, called the hotel and spoke to Natalie on reception who located it and then called me back and said she would put it in the post for me. This was the icing on the cake of an excellent experience. Overall, for the money, I'd rate my stay 8.5 out of 10.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, just dull. However, great pub next door called the Yew Tree with real ale and top nosh.
