Nice clean place no lift so lots of stairs with heavy bags if on the top floor other than that was clean and comfortable.

A nice hotel with good parking and comfortable beds. Its next to a Brewers Fayre pub and restaurant but lacks air conditioning so the rooms are very hot in the summer.

A good place to start for the Air show but a little bit tired. Rooms were good and very clean but very hot Monkey puzzle next door very tired but good value.

Fantastic staff that went above and beyond. Rooms were very hot but there was a fan going when I arrived and the window was open air conditioning is essential at this hotel to ensure repeat visitors and recommendations. The Monkey Puzzle Brewers Inn was brilliant and again the staff went above and beyond ensuring that as a female lone traveller I was very well looked after. I do have a couple of observations/constructive criticisms which are more tea bags in rooms essential as only 2 in room nowhere near enough to be honest. Also at breakfast I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable due to being a lone female traveller and having to sit on a large table of 6 surrounded by large tables full of men. It would be a good idea to have tables available for not just lone women but lone men travellers so that you do not feel uncomfortable at the start of the day. Plus it was supposed to be a buffet breakfast and not cooked to order which I found very strange when this is advertised as eat as much as you can. Unfortunately due to these couple of events I ended up just having toast and juice then quickly going to work rather than having a leisurely breakfast. I would ask that you carefully consider these suggestions to ensure good honest feedback. I would however recommend to all future travellers.

Straight forward no BS hotel, clean, but small rooms, almost like a cabin. I give two stars only because of no Air Conditioning (yes even UK summer can require that).

Popped in with my two children (both under 5) for lunch on Sunday. It was busy but the service was quick and the food was good. Only downside was that you had to order at the bar, which would have been quite a mission if I hadn't chosen a table nearby.

Nice Premier Inn with friendly staff. Attached restaurant is a bit hit and miss with service but the food is good enough. Rooms were very hot but they thought to supply two fans which helped keep things more comfortable.

Good food good service, the only thing that lets it down is the wooden shutters at the windows are so dusty, you can write your name in it.

This Premier Inn is quieter than the nearby ones at Aldershot and Farnborough TC. Not as well fitted out, but Ok. Like all Premier inns I've been to, the room heating is abysmal, the room was very cold. The Staff are all right though, a nice bunch. Room is clean, carpets need replacing though. All in all, for the price, I'm happy with it :-)!

Nice hotel, conveniently located and friendly stuff. Attached restaurant is awful. Waited an hour and a half for food and when it came up the order was wrong. Manager refunded food portion of order.

Everything as expected from a premier inn, polite friendly service, clean room, tasty breakfast. Great value for money.

A wonderful warm welcome and the room was immaculate. A quiet area which allowed me a restful sleep on one of the comfiest mattresses that I have ever felt. The Inn, opposite, ten metres away, produces wonderful home made pies plus a wide menu. Another plus is that you've for until midday to vacate! That extra cup of tea in bed… mmmmmm.

Nice, small hotel. The advantages are close proximity to the terminal FARNBOROUGH. The rooms are pretty cool in winter. No air conditioning. Nearby there is a cozy and relatively inexpensive family restaurant.

Clean sober hotel. Good bar attached.

Budget hotels tend to get a bit of a knocking in the UK… this is odd because in most cases all a multi-stared chain hotel is going to offer you that a Premier Inn doesn’t is a Corby trouser press and access to an ice machine (both arguably useless affectations of a bygone era known as the 60s when such things were considered posh)! The Premier Inn gives you a very good, comfortable bed and thus a great night sleep; as they promise in their advertising. The staff were lovely and the breakfast at the Brewers Fayre was great. There is no restriction on the amount you can eat, those days are gone, order three cooked breakfasts if you like… they will check more than once to check you have had enough. On the whole a great experience for the fraction of a major league hotel chain price… Awesome.

Really quick service food came within ten minutes and was really good quality. Overall service was good but the ice machine was out of order. Staff were really nice and helpful.

We visited the venue for dinner and drinks. We were very impressed with not only the choice of dishes, but also the quality of the food served. We were also pleased with the value for money, we will be going back again in the future.

Great room, perfect for business trip, even if your only in the room to sleep. Big double bed and great service.

As expected… the comfiest beds ever! Good size flat screen TV not some cheap and nasty job smaller than your phone stuck on the wall up near the ceiling like some chains (that would be that lodge place) good decor and just a generally nice place to be… loses a star for its lack of life around it but hey, that's a personal opinion as some people love the peace and quiet!

Lovely and clean staff very friendly but I would not recommend the Brewers fayre restaurant nextdoor last time we ate food here it was absolutely disgusting wouldn't give to a dog.

Nice garden for sunny days and a play area for the kids to let off steam. Staff pleasant but Unfortunately service is very slow. Food … not brilliant… pretty run of the mill. (No vegan options unless you want chips… and fruit salad again! )

The menu is good and the service prompt. The food was of good quality and presentation.

Quiet nestled between golf course and cricket club. Usual clean and tidy accommodation.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, no lift available, cool name (monkey puzzle) the brewer's fare restaurant on site was very good food however the chefs counter was not being used and therefore all food looked very dry. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great value and a very warm welcome. The recent refurbishment makes the rooms even better.

Rooms were clean and well equipped, staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel has recently been redecorated so everything looks pristine. The staff at reception were excellent. Very polite and very helpful. The room itself was excellent. Very clean, very comfortable and well equipped. As was the bathroom which also had a good sized bath as well as a very good shower. The only negative comment that I can make (and it was not really a problem) was the noise from people walking around in the rooms above my room were sometimes quite loud and the creaking floor boards above were quite loud to. This was not a problem disturbing my sleep so not really an issue. The food in the pub next door was very nice but could not match the excellent breakfast in the morning. The breakfast staff were fantastic. So helpful and polite and the choices in the buffet style set up were amazing. I cannot fault the breakfast at all. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Not at all bad — Lots of parking, Brewers fair with reasonable food although drinks are (very) slightly pricy. Hotel was more than adequate, Bathroom fine, noise levels were good/low. Overall a Nice stay.
