Lovely peaceful, comfortable B&B. Really comfy bed, nice shower, nice size room and ample parking out front. Really enjoyed my stay. And Martin, the owner is a gent.

Beautiful and comfortable home. I only stayed one night, but if I come back to Ipswich it's on my radar as an amazingly good value and even more amazingly high standards. Very conveniently located to what I needed to do in Ipswich, super easy check-in and check-out despite my late arrival and early departure. I deeply regret not staying for the home-cooked, locally-sourced full-breakfast as it smelled amazing.

Cute little bnb, friendly owner and staff. Clean, tidy and really can't fault them for anything. 20-30m walk to town and a bus that stops outside going direct to train station /town.

Very comfortable and easy to find. Quiet even on street side. And central to most of our contacts. Take out food close affordable and very good. We have stayed on several occasions over the years and Martin's staff has never failed us.

Really comfortable bed, very clean, really quiet, peaceful atmosphere, cosy room with nice touches, like complimentary water and some snacks available to purchase if hungry, welcoming reception without feeling intrusive and absolutely fab, seriously good breakfast. I recommend. Only area for improvement for me would be having a reading light on bedside table as I read a lot at night and ceiling lights are not the same for long hours reading… still I will definitely be back!

Good venue for large group weekends away.

Near my childhood home. I would drive past this B&B nearly every day on the bus.

Had to use self check in which wasn't too hard, we saw some staff when checking out who were really friendly too. Took just a quick taxi to get to town which was convenient.

Really comfy beds, I don't say that lightly, they're amazing. The owner has really thought about how to make your stay the best. One of my favourite b&bs and I work all over the country.

A totally brilliant house, plenty of room for a large party, all rooms have a bathroom, plenty of parking and plenty to do in the area. Not just a B&B we hired the whole house as a holiday let. I can totally recommend staying here. The reviews are completely accurate.

A beautiful place, extremely clean with authentic English style. I love the way the B&B supports local farmers and producers. All the products you will find for your breakfast come from Suffolk and the area near by. Attention to details, exquisite people and quite reading room where to spend your nights reading a classic Penguin book or working with your computer. The room is full equipped! Love the vintage, Art Nouveau typography that characterized the place! ;).

We stayed here for 2nights and can honestly say we couldn't have enjoyed it more. Lovely clean room and beautiful breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome.

A first rate B and B. Luxurious, clean, well serviced room, with a fabulous breakfast. Eco friendly and organic, local produce. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone. Ipswich is a delight and there is plenty to do nearby.
