After having a great experience last year. How this place has gone downhill! Dirty sticky menus. Filthy glasses, we actually drank out of the bottles. Two waters one beer. Food one barely warm burger and chips. No mash at 5pm left apparently to go with the two pie and chips. Oven chips and warmed up pie a bit of tasteless veg on the side. All for £60! Sorry but we won’t be returning. The only saviour was the lovely trainee assistant manager Jackie. Who listened and tried her best to rectify the situation. Such a shame as it’s a beautiful location with amazing views.

Nice setting but food mediocre and overcooked. Chips were not palatable and fried to a crisp. For what we had way overpriced. When passed comment to the waitress she wasn't interested. Sadly won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

We used to go often don't know if the place has just been taken over but the prices have shot up. £65 for fish and chips 3 times two glasses of pop and a cup of tea. It didn't look very appetizing although the fish was quite nice and was a small portion too. Definately wouldn't hurry back. I have to lots more places within a free miles much nicer and better value.

Lovely find! Unassuming from the outside inside is a gorgeous bar and restaurant with picturesque views of seahouses and the harbour. Great menu and kids meals are just as good! Posh pub grub.

Majorly overpriced Lunch was terrible. Bar manager was painfully miserable Bar staff were lovely however! Drink were ridiculously overpriced for a 3 star hotel Unfortunately we would not recommend or return.

£7 for a supposed kids meal which said pizza and chips. My son got 1 slice of pizza and seven chips. An absolute rip off. Our meals were nice enough, fish n chips and pie and chips but £17 each? Wouldn’t eat there again. Vastly overpriced.

Yes def the food is amazing, the staff are very friendly. The owner is a very down to earth friendly bloke, its always first on our list for places to have a meal.

Fab staff, wicked scran and lovely atmosphere. Couldn’t fault the place and have the place running like clock works even with all the additional measures they have to follow. Highly recommend the place.

Have always been impressed with the Inn but this evening it’s a total joke. 1hr 40 mins for a main meal and dessert, still waiting to get the bill. Staff are ignoring customers. Service appalling and it’s not overly busy.

Very friendly staff, CV19 Safe and attentive, and all staff wearing masks and screens in place. The The food is as good as its ever been while remaining very reasonable priced. We can't wait to come back.

Great food, lovely young waiter, great service, superb location. All Covid 19 friendly. Staff could not do enough for us. I had the chicken kebab and my friends the scampi. Lovely evening and will be going back. Felt safe as screens up between ttables and also dog friendly. 10 out of 29 recommend this restaurant without reservation.

The staff are amazing. Beautiful well equiped room and good no nonsense food well cooked and presented.

1st of all no waiter or waitress service in the restaurant you have to queue up at the bar and order, and if you want something else queue up again, 2nd no Wi-fi in the rooms it's 2018 People, 3rd rooms in need of general maintenance grout missing on floor tiles bath shower etc need new silicon sealant, and the prices charged for rooms maybe some air conditioning very warm even being on the coast, Seahouses is lovely but my thinking this hotel needs to get it's act together. Hope this was helpful.

Stayed for one night dinner bed and breakfast our room had balcony with fabulous sea views xx had the best fish and chips massive portions and the breakfast was lovely too x would highly recommend can't wait to go back xx.

We had a lovely evening meal at the Bamburgh Castle Inn last night and we managed to get a window seat which is always a bonus. As soon as you walk through the door it feels very warm and welcoming. I had a small portion of the steak and ale pie which never disappoints and it’s a very generous portion too. My husband had the chicken jalfrezi and it was a good sized portion and he said it was delicious, it’s one of the only times he has had a curry and said he could taste the spices in it without it burning his mouth to a degree where he couldn’t taste anything else! This has only just come on the menu and is well worth a try. All the staff are lovely, friendly and courteous. We always enjoy our visits to this place every time we visit Seahouses.
