Just got back from a 3 night stay at the prince guest house from the moment we arrived we we welcomed with open arms room was sport less the food from Scott was first class mark and Nicky and staff we're very helpful and they took there time too get too no u we will definitely be back next year we all look forward too meeting u all again and thank u so much for a lovley time drew Vicki Evelyn and Josh XXX.

The Prince guest house in great yarmouth is the place to stay. Very friendly family run business Mark and Nicky put there heart and sole into the buisness. Rooms are great value for the money. All areas within the guest house were spotless. I've paid alot more money else where and got rubbish. The food very good especially the breakfast. Drinks at the bar very good value. Your also near to all the attractions we will certainly go back.

Smashing place to stay. Nice people. Would recommend Nicky and Mark who own the establishment as well as the rest of the staff who are all very helpful. Great Yarmouth has plenty going for it but the Prince is well worth the visit.

Absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. Hospitality, first class.

Very friendly atmosphere coinciding with good facilities. Including bedrooms, bar and dining rooms. All amounting to a very enjoyable stay.

Just returned from a 3 night stay here and would highly recommended! Very friendly run by Mark, Nicky and crew, lovely breakfast very clean, and only 2 mins walk to the front! And if you want a late drink they are very accommodating! Thankyou all x.

Smashing place to stay, clean, warm, tidy and a very nice bar. Nicky and Mark are very friendly, helpful and accommodating, trying their utmost to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast is plentiful and very tasty with a full English and a veggie option along with cereals etc. The location is perfect too being just a very short stroll to the main seafront and all its bars and restaurants. I would recommend the Prince and will be returning.

My daughter had her wedding reception here Nicky mark and family made this day very special very welcoming and friendly good food had a very lovely day would definitely recommend it for weddings and functions.

Had a brilliant stay here a few weeks ago. We were given a nicely decorated, modern room which I'm pleased to say was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was lovely, location fantastic, but I'd say The Prince's best attribute has to be it's staff. We were given a warm and friendly welcome and they were all more than happy to help if there was anything we needed. It's a family run business which shows in the attention to detail and general atmosphere, providing a relaxed and homely feel. The only negative we had was that it was hard to air out the room — even when the window was open — making it feel hot and stuffy. However I need to make it clear, it's likely this was only an issue as we were experiencing a heatwave at the time, and we were kindly provided with a fan on request (which improved things greatly). So to conclude, we really enjoyed our stay overall and would highly recommend for it's fantastic location, great value for money and brilliant staff.

Really good 2 day break, very clean hotel, Breakfast great, Evening meal great, fantastic staff. Cheap drinks, would definitely recommend. Would stay again. Family run which is good. Went walking, and to the races. Other pubs and restaurants nearby, but food here so good no need to venture far.

We had a two night stay with many issues but we'll start with a positive. The staff where friendly and welcoming. We had a shower and nearly got brunt as the controls were broken, then the door to the shower fell off whilst getting out. I spoke to Martin (owner) he said it would be replaced but didn't. Parking is not included and is £5per day. The bathroom needed an extractor fan and lacking in space, I found it difficult to use the toilet as I'm 6ft2" and therefore had to sit sideways due to no leg space, I was not happy with this. The room needs blackout curtains. At breakfast the food was lovely but the music was blasting out which killed conversation, I asked to turn it down which she did but this happened and the second day as well. You have to vacate the room by 10am, we were just finishing packing at 10.05am the female staff member started unlocking the door, I shouted out we are still in here but her music was on via phone so she couldn't hear me and just walkies in, which was nice. We won't be coming back again. Thank you.

The most welcoming hotel that I have stayed in. Mark, Nicky and Cheryl made our stay of four nights a wonderful, friendly experience. Our room was excellent, the breakfasts were superb and the social evenings in the bar, unforgettable. Mark encouraged everyone to talk, starting conversations off and bringing all the guests into the conversations with his friendly attitude. The bar prices, being so low, certainly helped. My wife, Cherie and I will certainly return.

Just returned home from a 3 night stay in this beautiful guest house. From the minute you walk through the door you feel as though you've known the owners Nicky and Mark and their family for ever. We've never stayed somewhere and felt so welcome. The rooms are light and airy and have the most comfiest beds ever. This time we had a room with a bath which was perfect as needed some relaxation. The guest house has a lovely restaurant which serves some lovely dishes and an absolute scrummy breakfast. We have stayed at this property on many occasions and had the pleasure of staying in most of the rooms. The rooms are all unique and have a different theme which 0 this guest house different to all the others. If you want a guest house in Great Yarmouth The Prince is the place to be. Perfect location, perfect service, perfect food and overall quite simply just perfect. See you soon.

Stayed for two nights, food was fabulous, very clean and tidy, owners and staff very polite and friendly, 2min walk from guest house to clean sandy beach, Loved It.

Opened last night, what a lovely place, close to the seafront, close to the town, good rooms, good prices what more can you ask for?

Pauline my husband and I were at this hotel from 13-20th august 2011. We had a great time very frendly staff. Food was good basic with choices, and they catered for my husbands diabetic needs, they are referbishing the hotel 2 rooms a week for 23 weeks, and always willing to help. There is no lift but a stair lift to the first floor. I will go back to this hotel,
