Have stayed here on many occasions and it's always clean and comfortable.

Got to the hotel and requested an iron and ironing board, staff said they’d bring it up but didn’t bother even after I went down and reminded them. I ended up going down a second time to collect. Wasn’t able to get a meal deal sorted as staff were more interested in laughing and joking I’m the office than sorting guests.

Nice place would definitely come back xx.

Very helpful staff from leaving your car at the premier inn before check in. Staff managed to check me in early due to a event that I can’t go to until the next day. This premier inn is walking distance to the train station Vauxhall holiday park and a supermarket. I also recommend the meal deals as well.

Another hotel with only Aircon and no heating.

Have just checked in and the lovely staff have just brought me some chocolate and a card for my birthday thank you.

We had a lovely overnight stay here on 16/3/19. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms where very nice lovely and clean and well prepared. Would definitely recommend.

Very good hotel enjoyed our stay only let down was breakfast on our last day ordered a early sitting at 630 only to find no food out only had toast £9.00 for a slice of toast at 645 Couldn't wait any longer as we had nearly a 7hour drive would probably stay again but definitely not pay for food.

Hotel very good, very friendly staff. Restaurant too busy for comfort, nowhere to have a quiet drink. Son had a panic attack as it was so busy, tables were tightly packed in and we had to leave.

I have been here regally since it opened with my nan I am autistic and they go out of there way to help and the brewers fayre always put me in a quiet spot I would recommend this premier inn.

Good but no air conditioning when I came in the summer when it was 35oC however they did provide a fan.

Just the same as all other Premier inn's comfortable and great value.

Standard Premier Inn experience and room. Good value for money of course. We had family room which was bit cramped with two extra beds in the room. This hotel is on outskirts of Great Yarmouth near the Asda.

We turned up this morning wanting breakfast. The women said they are fully booked and it's was really busy. But she found us a table (6 of us). Again great breakfast, and friendly staff. One of the best restaurants in Great Yarmouth.

Everything as you'd expect from a premier Location — easy to find Staff — excellent Room — spacious, clean and good temperature Bathroom — clean however housecleaning need to keep a closer eye on the shower gel levels Restaurant — not attached. A brewer's fayre. All in all a safe bet.

A great place to stay on the outskirts but can walk to seafront or town centre. Restaurant next door. Premier in clean and the staff are lovely and helpful.

Standard premier inn, this one is pretty new. The rooms are fine but my bed was firmer than any I've slept in before. Breakfast the usual selection, which is fine with me. Location is out of town but convenient for the rail station — about 10 min walk.

Place was lovely, room temperature would not cool down but for a standard 2 night stay it's was great value for money.

Nice decor, next to pub and a comfortable stay. Can't go too far wrong with Premier Inn.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent room but the window had no way of opening. Don't know about the brewers fayre, we tried to go for a drink at 9:45pm on boxing night but it was shut?

Really nice Premier Inn, good parking, nice modern clean rooms and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. Overall great stay and would stay here again.

Ideal for us, disabled access and accessible rooms with plenty of space for wheelchair. Good food next door. Helpful staff. We have stayed a few times now.

Same great standard you always get from a Premier Inn, clean rooms, comfy beds and good location — short drive to the seafront or a 15 minute walk.

We have been royally looked after by the Premier Hotel staff for the last 3 days 25, 26, 27 Oct. Very clean hotel and very well situated just outside the town by the railway. Brewers Fayre served a lovely breakfast and all you can eat curry on a Thursday night. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Well what can I say, this premier inn is amazing, rooms are absolutely spotless, shower is lovely and powerful, so powerful in fact that the bath could be filled in under 5 minutes, the bathroom was clean and well lit, and the bath trust me was clean I hesitate even standing in some baths but this one I payed down in so it must be clean, the windows don’t open in this one but u have air conditioning in the rooms which in my opinion is much better anyways, first hotel I’ve stayed in where I can walk around bare foot and not get dirty feet. The breakfast in the brewers fayre was amazing, it’s a buffet service so just go up and get what u want, u can add this to your booking to save having to pay each morning which is much easier. Overall defo recommend brilliant hotel will be staying here again!

Modern premier inn, very good rooms for the price. Hotel is frequently fully booked.

The staff were very polite and helpful great night sleep so quiet very, very, comfortable bed only thing was that pillows were too soft for my like I like a pillow as hard as a brick. We pre — booked the brewers fare next door for evening meal and breakfast, both were excellent the staff there were also polite and helpful. Some people choose to pick fault where none exist.

The hotel was clean and I received a friendly welcome. The room was large and had adequate space for storage. As with all Premier Inns, there was very little in the way of provisions in the room or indeed the hotel — a kettle and tea/coffee sachets in the room, and a vending machine in reception. Next door to the hotel is a Brewer's Fayre where breakfast is served. I paid £8.50 for a full English breakfast — in a serve yourself hot buffet format. Everything was tasty enough and there was a regular replenishment of fresh fried eggs, but I couldn't help but feel that the breakfast was expensive for what it was. Other than this, a comfortable night's sleep was had and the bathroom was clean and provided a hot, strong shower.

Located in convenient place over looking the river. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The whole experience of our stay was fantastic nothing was too much trouble will definitely use premier Inn again.

Weve spent one night at premier inn in great yarmouth for the easter weekend. We recomend the hotel, friendly staff, lovely clean rooms. The brewery restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and food was great. We had a room with a view over the broads which was lovely. Would recomend it.

Provided exactly what I needed, which was a bed for the night. Room was clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Shower hot and with good pressure. No noticeable noise level to prevent a good night's sleep.

Everything was great. A better veiw would have been nice.

Solely went to the restaurant brewers fayre that is associated under the same parent company Whitbred hence why I'd be unable to associate any rating against the actual hotel premier inn. Had previously been to the restaurant once before when it had been recently open. At this time it was understandably busy and we found that the service as a result was lacking. On this most recent occasion of visiting I found that things had definetly improved, at the time of visiting the restaurant was after 8pm so the restaurant was not busy. Service was good, did however take some time to be noticed at the bar when we had decided on what we wanted. Food received was very nice and enjoyable and the refillable drinks are very economical due to the unlimited refills. The food could be deemed as slightly expensive for what you do receive but because of the time of visiting it is possible to get certain meal deals or meal of the days for a more reasonable price. Overall 4 out of 5 stars, would happily visit again.

Standard Premier Inn. Clean rooms. Friendlyish staff. My only issue is that if you're not on the top floor, then it sounds like a herd of elephants every time someone walks about in their room above you.

Premier inn great but most expensive pint of Guinness I've ever had in a Brewers Fayre @ £3.95 a pint, don't know why they do it, they bulk buy for the whole group so the price should be the same throughout the group.

Had dinner at brewers fayre next to premier inn. Food was great the service and politeness from staff was good.

Location is great, near the sea front and close to shopping centres like Asda which is ideal. The rooms are excellent, one of the best I've seen in a Premier Inn. Clean and very modern. The service in this particular hotel is very good, as I go there on a regular basis I have become very familiar with the reception staff who are exceptional.

Everything about our one night stay was great! Room was lovely and very modern. Breakfast was very nice too.

We booked to stay christmas night & boxing night at this Premier Inn & we arrived quite late on Christmas night but the lady who greeted us was very friendly & effiecient. Our room was very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. I asked if they had any firmer pillows & new ones were delivered to our room within 20 minutes. We had breakfast on Sunday 27th at the Brewers Fare restaurant next door & this was very good as well. All the staff at the Inn & the restaurant were very friendly & helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay & would highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Great three nights stay. I highly recommend the meal deal at the restaurant. I've been going to Yarmouth for years now and this is the best hotel yet.
