Delightful place. Staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Food was fab in the evening, great menu. Attentive staff. Great breakfast menu.
Mulberry Spa was very nice and relaxing, Lauren the beautician was very nice and, she gives a fantastic massage and manicure with gel nails.
The men enjoyed their game of golf.
The grounds are beautiful and rooms are very comfortable.

I think this hotel is fantastic. The food is very tasty, the staff are so very helpful and the rooms are brilliant, clean, tidy, well appointed and roomy.

We had a nice overnight stay here, food and room were very good but the bar prices were horrendous.

Was a lovely stay. The porters we’re welcoming and the rooms really clean and fresh. Breakfast staff were great and didn’t wait long despite it being busy and the food was lovely.

We stayed for 2 nights and had 3 rounds of golf. It was the best golf course I'd ever played on. The rooms were spotless and couldn't find a fault. The food was brilliant and cooked perfectly and the service was great, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Well worth the money and will be going back next year.

Came for afternoon tea and it was such a lovely atmosphere and great service. Food was very good too.

We had afternoon tea today, lovely tasty food and the best scones I have ever tasted… the young waiter probably needed to be a bit more personable but didnt take away from a lovely afternoon.

My second stay at this lovely hotel which fails to disappoint, as before, kind welcoming staff. Rooms, both in the main house and the out buildings are tastefully decorated and spacious, with big TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee etc. The restaurant menu is varied, catering for all tastes, and food is of the best quality cooked just the way you like. There is a cosy bar leading to an outside patio overlooking the golf course, allowing a view of the superb sunset, there is also a drawing room if you wish for some quiet time.

Called in to play golf as a visitor. Very impressed with the hotel facilities and the friendliness of the staff. Excellent snack lunch.

Lovely spacious room (3) had a lovely walk to Searles then came back for a very tasty steak dinner, service extremely good, polite and helpful.
Bed very comfortable, very relaxing and will defiantly come back again.

Been here on several different event occasions. Each time the staff have been wonderful, polite and helpful. The feel of the place is lovely. The overnight stay was wonderful. Great rooms and great beds!
Food and catering has always been top notch. Would highly recommend it and always more than happy to go back.

I was treated to a weekend away by my partner for my birthday it was wonderful. I had a spa with a massage built in which was totally relaxing. The hotel room overlooked the golf course. Above all I want to praise the young workforce who normally get nothing but bad press I have to say they were all very polite and accommodating with our food and drinks which I thought was well above average, we had a three course evening dinner which was hot and enjoyable Full marks to the manager who in this day and age should be very proud of his workforce. I will definitely be returning.

We went to Heacham Manor yesterday to buy a voucher for a friend, this was for a cream tea. We then decided that we would have a cream tea each while we were there. We sat outside and a server can out with our coffee, the cup was only 3/4 full so we asked if he could please top it up with hot water. The tray he bought the drinks out on was disgusting and our teaspoons were dirty so my husband asked for a clean spoon. The server bought one back on a plate and also took the tray away. He informed us that the scones would arrive in 4/5 minuets by which time we had finished our coffee. The scones were hard due to being over cooked. This was not a pleasant experience and I am now wondering about giving our friend the voucher. I have written a complaint to Heather Manor but have not received an answer.

Interesting course. Conditions dry and sunny with very firm fairways and greens. Lots of risk and reward choices and slight doglegs. Good signage from green to next tee except 6 to 7. Hardest hole 18. Good facilities and clubhouse bar and changing rooms. Very glad to have shared a buggie.

Stayed at the manor beautiful place very old building and amazing grounds all leading down to the golf club, staff were all first class so well mannered and nothing to much trouble highly recommended, golf course kept in lovely condition.

Both myself and my wife were more than impressed with the meal we had in the restaurant. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary, and were made to feel very welcome. The chef even made a platter of fruit and cake with happy anniversary inlayed with chocolate, Very impressed. Definitely going back.

Fantastic stay here. We were originally on a voucher deal for one of the cottages but decided to ask to stay in the hotel instead. There was one room available which we took. This proved to be an excellent choice as the room was very big with French doors opening out onto a small patio with table and chairs and views across the golf course. Although we were told that the cottages are well appointed we were glad that we had made use of this room. The breakfast and evening meal were also excellent. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again as location is superb for exploring the north Norfolk area.

Had a great half term stay for 3 days with my Son and our Labrador Paddy. The room was very well appointed and comfortable and the location is great for exploring North Norfolk. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very good indeed and great value.

Being Norfolk the course is flat, but well placed bunkers and water make you think. The greens are in good condition and for the green fee, it's decent value, although the pro-shop is very limited in what it stocks, so make sure you have everything you need before hand. The accommodation is good and every member of staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The food was better than last year, but a few more options would be appreciated, especially as it looks like the menu only changes every 6 months or so.

Great changes made to the Wedding reception facilities since the last time visited some 7 years ago. Great food and drink and pleasant, polite, attentive staff and fantastic gardens.

Spent a lovely weekend here, staying in one of the chalet cottages and it was a very relaxing experience. The room was generously apportioned and the bath and shower were delightful. I didn't play golf but it I enjoyed looking out over the course while I ate my breakfast in the conservatory,

Nice place if you get one of the bigger apartment type things — if you only get one room then you just get a room with beds and a toilet!

My family and I went for an evening meal and drinks at Heacham Manor Hotel, dining in the Mulberry restaurant. We live in Heacham and have dined many times at the Mulberry restaurant as well as using the function room for more special events. The fact the manor house has vast views across the golf course is a brilliant way to enjoy when having a drink in the bar or a meal in the restaurant as the dun is setting. We loved the amount of selection available. Between us we had a selection off the menu and every plate was left clean from starter to pudding. It was a delicious meal and the staff were amazingly prompt and polite making us feel very welcome from the moment we entered the building. We have been in the past as said before, and we will be returning in future!

I had the unfortunate experience of playing golf here last Sunday, after playing 18 holes on what felt like the local motorway I was looking forward to a nice Sunday roast and a glass of the red nectar. When we got in from playing our match against heacham the lady captain said dinner could be brought forward, fine, so I quickly grabbed a drink, got changed and was then within five minutes called through to dine. Then waitresses brought us bread slices, we waited for a starter, none arrived, so we asked why we had the bread slices, we were told they were " just to start with", WHY were they just to start with, what purpose did they serve, you normally get that in a café off the M11 prior to your greasy meal. Then they dished up a "MAIN COURSE", I use the term in the loosest possible sense, it was about 4oz of burnt, overcooked, tough, tasteless chicken, with mushrooms murdered in a salt sauce, and a cheesecake that any 12 year old would be ashamed to own up to. My wife as a result had food poisoning, and today Thursday, 4 full days later is still not able to eat a proper meal. Will I be playing Heacham again, "NO", will I ever be eating again at Heacham Manor "NO", will I be recommending Heacham Manor. "NO", I really could not afford to lose that many friends.

Eaten and stayed here many times, always enjoyed fantastic food and service. Rooms are super comfortable, a beautiful building in an amazing location.

Been many times for a drink and/or a meal. Beautiful location for being outside in the summer and cosy inside during the winter. Food has always been excellent. Typical English country hotel, with bags of charecter.

I stayed here a couple of years ago and LOVED it. I now live in Norfolk and this is where I always recommend my extended family stay when visiting from around the country. We've now had 3 sets of family stay here over the last couple and years and they all gave it 5 stars. The food is always excellent as are the rooms. We will continue to recommend Heacham Manor to friends needing somewhere special to say when on visiting us.

Food not very good. Rooms comfortable would not book again.

Every time I go to Heacham Manor (which is quite often) I am struck by how friendly and genuine the staff are. The decor isn't 100% to my taste, but then nor is the decor in my own house. Apart from that — the rooms are clean and the beds are very very comfortable. The best thing about the hotel though is the food. If you're a foody like me, you're in for a treat.

Truely bad. There is a smell of boiled cabbage on the landings, the rooms were not prorperly cleaned with dirty linen and towels not changed, and musak at breakfast and evenings. The trouble is my colleague and I complained about the state of our rooms and they apologised. Yet next day the rooms were no better. They must like the smell of cabbage because they ignored that complaint. Under the main staircase they store supplies in open view. Not good for ambience. There are coal fires, the night porter is very obliging and food is adequate. But the lack of any interest in our concerns means this is an avoid at all costs. We are the area's largest employer and will no longer use the facility.

Lovely hotel and grounds, friendly staff, excellent food. Just a shame about the room, dirty paint work, cracks everywhere in the wall and a used q tip left in a draw, Would say it was worth paying a bit more for a room in the main building should imagine the room would be a better standard.

The hotel is well located and the facilities are very good. The room was clean and well equipped. The food was certainly better than we had expected. However the best part of our stay was the service. The staff were always friendly and all the service was very efficient. We highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay, Room was lovely, Staff helpfull and very relaxing. Bar is pricey though.
