I took a windowless room and with the bathroom low price. It's not comfortable without a window, but since I didn't pay much, I can handle it.

Another comfortable stay in a clean friendly hotel. Here We have stayed here four times now and will be back again. Such a good location and the staff are so pleasant and really helpful. The free cheese and wine every evening is a really nice touch.

The best budget hotel in Liverpool. The truth is only one budget room. It is small but very cozy, clean and with all conditions. There are both bathroom and toilet and air conditioning and TV. There is an electric kettle. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Very friendly staff. After checkout themselves offered to leave the bags for storage (free of charge) until we decide to leave. The room cost only 35 pounds. For such a room in the UK it is quite a trifle.

I was a guest here for two days. Check-in/out fast and uncomplicated. Price/performance is very good!
The very small room without a window is in need of getting used to — sense of time is quickly lost. However, perfect if you don't stay in the hotel for long. Glass pane (half milk glass, half transparent) to the bathroom not suitable for shameful people … disturbs if you share with someone the room you don't know so well.
In the evening there is free wine and cheese, but the lobby is very small. As a result, a stay here is rather uncomfortable.

One of the new breed of former office space conversions. Very convenient for Lime Street Station a short walk away. Capsule type rooms with a double bed and a small desk area. Bathroom is a small sink and shower. Fine for one, 'Cozy' for two.

Wonderful hotel comfy bed, and in the best location for where we needed to be. The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and friendly, happy staff available when we needed help. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice, clean, and quiet. The rooms are on the small end but that's not a problem. They have free wine and cheese in the evenings which is great. Only complaint is the beds are small for two people.

Well located with good amenities. Breakfast sort of 'continental' but very good. Rooms OK, shower EXCELLENT, only 1 lift for 8 floors and 200 plus? rooms is the one big black mark against this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good quality rooms if a little on the small side, but are very reasonably priced. Comfy beds, good quality toiletries and plenty of TV channels on the large wall mounted flat screen. Short of hanging/storage space so best suited to an overnight stay or maybe a long weekend at a push. The glass walls between the shower room/toilet and the bedroom mean that this hotel is really only suitable for people who know each other well to share a room.

I can't remember which room we were in but there were no windows and the shower and wc are in a glass cubicle in the corner of the room. Very strange! The staff were very friendly however and complimentary drinks and cheeses in the evening a lovely gesture! Only socket in the room which was a nuisance to say the least! Breakfast was pretty good though. Location is great.

Great value for money. Small room is very well laid out and en suite is very modern. New large screen TV is a bonus. Highly recommended.

My go-go hotel in Liverpool. I come regularly for work. It is cheap, clean and comfortable and comes with full sky and free cheese and wine every evening! Perfect!

Comfortable. Great value. Might need a little confidence if you're uncomfortable using a bathroom that's so… Visible.

Small room with not so private bathroom (those glass doors), comfy bed. Free drinks and cheese (doesnt have to be alcoholic drink). Located right in the center. Very friendly reception. Car parking is a 3 min walk costing 8.5 pounds for 24hrs. Room is not big, no closet, no desk and chair. TV is pretty big with Sky channels (on the wall). Oh and 1 plug… Overall, I would stay here again.

Stayed here 2 nights. Super location for bars, shopping. Close to bus station and train station. The staff really good and helpful. Rooms were nicely set up clean. The bed was very comfortable. I took option of breakfast which was enjoyable. Also a bonus wine and cheese served complimentary @ 5pm. Definitely staying there again.

We stayed here last night, was a little unsure when we walked into the reception area as it looked like a bar. Great service from staff on arrival, told us the best parking places etc. We opened the door of the room and wasn't expecting it be so small but it looked nice, modern and tastefully done. The room and wet room was both very clean both provided everything we possibly needed. Location was brilliant, on arrival it was very busy, lots going on but couldn't hear anything from the room. Will definitely be staying here again.

Get exactly what you pay for. Very clean room, friendly staff and a small double bed. The room is small with the shower/toilet in the room surrounded by frosted glass, but all very modern. Does the job very well. Will likely stay again.

Really friendly staff, allowed us to check in early. Comfy bed, the room was clean and tidy. Powerful shower and quick hot water. Awesome view, like something out of Mary Poppins. 40" inch TV with full Sky. The bed beside the window was a little cold but otherwise perfect.

Despite a minor fault with the room I stayed in, everything was beautifully presented, very good staff and a fun, modern decor throughout! I would highly recommend the rooms with windows and the hotel as a whole.

Fantastic room and customer service at the check in desk. Room size was perfect and exactly what you would want and expect for a micro hotel. Would book again without a second thought.

Nice hotel, brilliant location and staff were fantastic. Only downside is they don't let you use the stairs and have to use a lift. I've a phobia of lifts but was able to conquer it with the help of the staff lol.

Very comfy beds. Easy access to lift and great shower. The shower did unfortunately leak out of the wet room and into the room, soaking alot o' stuff. But otherwise. Wonderful.

Great stay and experience while I was in Liverpool. Easy hotel rooms have what you need as I rarely am in the room for travel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Have wine night and other events downstairs.

Would have been a 5* if our room had had a window. Modern room, nice and quiet & had some good extras such as HD full sky package to relax with in the evening. Difficult to get up in the morning without a window though — a dimmer switch could have helped — turning the lights on was like turning on the sun! All in a good stay & we will book again — but will specify a room with a window!

Picturesque place very good reception with glass of wine and variety of very rich cheeses.

Nice hotel, clean and central. A Stone's throw from the Cavern, shopping and shopping malls.

Sore note, they have sky with more than 800 channels but none Italian
Breakfast poor, nothing to do with the classic English breakfast and especially you do at the entrance where there is the reception. Free Wi-Fi but slow.

P. S. If you are going to open the windows for a nice breath of air don't go to this hotel because they are hermetically closed.

Staff helpful, very welcoming. Cafe/bar at the front had a very good selection of drinks available such as tea and wine (that was displayed and presented well). Room was nice, wet room was good. Would… will stay again!

Small yet perfectly formed. That sums up the Z Hotel. The room is not large but it's has got everything you need with a comfy bed, en suite shower, TV, tea and coffee, towels and toiletries. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags with them after checking out. Finally we got free cheese and wine and it was very nice too.

I was staying in Liverpool for the night and needed an affordable hotel room. The Z Hotel fit the bill. The double room was compact and basic, but as I was basically just using it to sleep in, that was all I required. The bathroom is just in a frosted glass partitioned section of the room, fine on your own, but it wouldn't have been an option had I been staying at the hotel with my wife! There is no wardrobe and very little storage. There is a hanger for clothes, under bed storage for luggage and a bedside table with two draws. Again, I think this hotel is only intended for short one or two night stays so this was fine for me. Staff were very friendly and there is a 24 hours reception. All in all, pretty much what I expected and what I needed. Would happily stay there again in similar circumstances.

Great hotel! Cant fault it, only thing I could say is thr amount of light comming in otherwise totally happy.

Good compact rooms, sky tv, clean and tidy, very good location. Bed was a little hard and wouldn't recommend for sharing. Loved the walk in shower.

Service very good, room rather small but very clean, modern. Everything appeared as new. The only thing the Wi-Fi is a little difficult to set up.

Fantastic value for money in a great location. Room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities and sky TV was a bonus. Decent hot shower. Very basic but that's fine. Staff friendly and accommodating and free cheese and wine! Wi-Fi wasn't great and the air con was good but a bit loud. There was a green light on the ceiling all night which was marginally annoying, but for £40 you can't complain. Breakfast was reasonably priced and very acceptable. Sarah was excellent help when one of our party was no longer able to stay due to a bad back. Will be coming back.

Room was very clean and new looking. Service was great and amenities were plentiful. Recommended for a couple as the toilet area is a bit revealing. Bed was unfomfortable, giving not the best night sleep.

The Z Hotel provides wonderful value for money and service. Full Sky package in the rooms is a bonus. Clean rooms. Everything is great here.

The Z Hotel advertises itself as being for the traveler who just needs a nice place to sleep in a convenient location and they absolutely exceed this expectation. The rooms are very modern and well made. The free wine and cheese is a great touch. Sites to see in Liverpool are easily walkable from the doors of the hotel. If you are looking for a base to explore the city, it's hard to do any better than here.

It is located near St John's shopping center and has a very friendly staff. The room is small but nice. It's location is walking distance to most attractions.

Amazing value for a city centre hotel. Room is snug but if your out all day then all you need is somewhere to sleep… But with free Wi-Fi and Sky TV you can't ask for more… And the bar is open 24 hours… happy days!

The location can't be better. The equipment is very good only lacking freezer. The room was very new and comfortable but a little bit small. The service was very good as well. I'd be back to this hotel but I'd choose room with windows this time. The price is not cheap but is fair.

Excellent, polite and Hospitable staff! Lovely clean and quiet rooms. I had a room with a window on the 6th floor and the views were a bonus! Great location only a few minutes from the Cavern Club and the Liverpool One shopping center. Plenty of Pubs/Restaurants nearby. Highly Recommended.

Great location, close to Albert dock and the cbd, nice looking room with free Wi-Fi and all sky channels, great hotel.

The hotel is quite an interesting modern approach to short city stays. The location is great — you can enjoy Liverpool's City Centre and take advantage of the variety it has to offer. I enjoyed the stay but would only recommend it for singles or business customers. The room was small but very well designed — I was comfortable and it had everything I needed. I recommend rooms on higher floors and with windows.

Stayed 3 nights good hotel think all rooms should have windows surely illegal did not have all sky they promise on there website.

Excellent, minimalist hotel in the middle of Liverpool, paired back to the essentials of what a hotel should offer, so although you may not get a couch or sitting room — you do get a comfortable bed in a clean and simple room coupled with excellent hospitality.

Not bad for a budget hotel. Surprisingly decent rooms that looked like they'd been recently refurbished. Small but functional lobby-cum-bar-cum-seating area. Didn't eat there. Rooms without windows (yes, really) are probably the best deal, assuming all you're looking to do is sleep.

Stayed for 3 nights, clean and quiet and smack bang in the centre if the beatles area. Would stay again but book a room with a window next time. Free Wi-Fi and full sky TV inc movies and sports was a bonus.
