Very comfy rooms. With tv, Wi-Fi, nice views, great restaurant, near from the hotel, and the football stadiums. Liverpool and Everton. Only 5 minutes from the town. I love this place, and the peace you can breath. (I recomended to everyone. )

Rooms had not been cleaned properly. Hall light did not work, making it hard to see at night.

Gave us a double rather than a twin but other than that was really nice.

Nice and clean place. Near the town and the futbol stadiums. Anfield Liverpool, and Everton teams.

An ok place to stay for a lads weekend. Don't bring the other half, as they would be less than impressed. The room was clean and warm but in desperate need of maintenance and not the best or apparently safest area although I had no problems.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The price was too expensive when I booked. First of all I was not informed about the codes you need to enter your room since there is no reception. You'll need to go to Beech Mount Hotel to recieve your codes to your room. When at Sheil Suites the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Even though I called the reception to make them aware of the situation. The room overall was not so nice. The couch were full of spots and there was more broken than working lights. The floor didn't make any good impression. Toilet was ok. The appartment is located next to a pretty noisy road.

Didn't realise until told by taxi drivers there that the hotel was in the red light district! Having said that, I barely saw this kind of activity and certainly not in the hotel itself. Rooms were clean and quiet but very minimal for the price — I would probably stay in a proper hotel next time. No reception or on-site staff except cleaners, so make sure you've been given the unlock codes before you get there!

NEVER AGAIN! Just horrible! We arrived in front of the House, no one to don't we received. Need an access code to get back inside the House, we must receive it by mail, don't we never got it. We have the call of us — even the other hotel (Beech mount hotel) for us the Prosecutor. Communication problem, if we do not understand the Liverpool accent, they do not an effort to speak more slowly so we understand! The person at the front desk is just very unpleasant. In short, housing is far from the reality of the photos. Chassis and badly damaged door, non maintained garden. The neighborhood is really poor and doesn't inspire confidence. Arrived in the room, we were surprised! The bed is hard as wood, you sleep squarely on springs! We also found cutlery deguelle, a shower leaking, a bathroom that stinks moisture from torn bedding, duvet disgusting in the closet. Dust everywhere. We decided to leave this place and go to another hotel (Ibis, in front of the Docks which is really great and surprisingly, the hotel in question is more expensive than the ibis! ). We have not been paid despite the failure of the hotel. A trip to Liverpool which was expensive! In short, we recommend it highly!
