1st time here room was fantastic king size bed and room fantastic and large and the view from my room was fantastic looking at the big wheel and the mersey.

Brilliant hotel chris on reception defo manager material rooms modern and clean and location spot on.

Staff extremely helpful, lovely welcome, lovely breakfast, can not fault anything, beautiful hotel. Just what I needed, could of stayed for aweek, lovely lady on reception very helpful, hopefully be able to stay again.

I don't like the reccomend or not, I would have to say no but it's not all negative. Positives its a great location, rooms are spacious, staff are lovely and cheery. Negatives, I wanted to sleep — there was an awful noise from above the bathroom roof that droned on constantly all night, the wardrobes have a nice touch of an automatic light but when the door doesn't stay closed its like a disco. I can't say I'd recommend a hotel when I didn't sleep a wink.

Absolutely beautiful room and truly fantastic helpful staff.

Staff very polite and helpful, unfortunately felt like I was chased by the staff as I left with my girlfriend in her wheelchair, to pay a drinks bill for £35, after I had given a £20 tip, staying two nights and had already had a drinks/stay provision of nearly £300 taken off my card. disappointed ☹️

Stayed here 27th March for our 10th anniversary. Stopped in a deluxe suite and couldn't recommend it more for that special occasion. The room was just "wow". The little extras that were left in the room were a lovely surprise and much appreciated, especially the bath bomb which was perfect for the fabulous stand alone bath. Perfect for relaxing. Everything from reception, cleanliness of the room, comfy beds, room service, bar staff and breakfast was perfect I could go on. Thankyou for a lovely stay, we will be returning!

My husband and myself stayed here on Saturday 12th december after winning there amazing competition and we were totally blown away. The room was amazing and the hotel is beautiful. We had a fantastic stay at the Pullman hotel in Liverpool last night. The room was immaculate and beautiful. The staff were friendly and professional. We plan to return soon and would highly recommend.

Great hotel, great rooms and great team.

Friendly and compassionate staff throughout who helped us immensely when we were forced to leave our home for more than a month over Christmas due to a contaminated spillage there during my cancer treatment at Clatterbridge. Nothing was too much bother for them and their support really was, and still is, exceptional. We have stayed at the Pullman regularly since we relocated to Cheshire a few years ago and will very happily continue to do so. We see them as our friends and highly recommend them and the hotel.

We loved yhis jotel, one of best in Liverpool, staff were very helpful, nothing any trouble. Mark on reception was exceelent dealing with our book in when we arrived, he could not find my hisbands name as it was booked under his company event, but Mark dealt with this with efficiency and great customer service, Liam who served on bar was also brilliant, his customer service and friendly banter made us feel very welcome. All staff were excellemt. Could not dault anything with this hotel.

We have just had an amazing 2 nights away at the Pullman, the attention to detail by the staff is amazing, the Hotel is so clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, we were given an upgrade to a river view and the room was decorated with swan towels, petals and a card. Breakfast was also lovely, so much choice. We can’t wait to come back again and would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Lovely spot to stay, right on the outskirts of the centre of Liverpool. Only a 10 minute walk away from Liverpool one. Welcomed by lovely staff who were more than helpful. View was gorgeous, room service was very good and breakfast was outstanding. Entertainment was again great with the latest movies on demand. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely go again.

Really lovely hotel and breakfast. The head waiter at breakfast is really good and very friendly even though he must be stressed. We went when a certain time at breakfast was very busy due to people attending a convention next door and all the staff were great. They started to move the breakfast tables out into the reception which helped and they could do this again next year or wherever they are busy. The bathroom in the room is fabulous (great toiletries) and the fridge a great addition to a room with a toddler. I could put her food in there. I slept really well in the bed. They had ran out of travel cots when we went, so went out and bought one for us! The bar is a little expensive, more so for soft drinks, but the cocktail and small plate menu is really good value. There is also a fab sized turning circle out of the front of the hotel to drop bags. My only nag would be to have more staff available to complete check-in. I was in a queue for a long time, almost 25 minutes and there was only one person on.

Had a really great stay here; location is great, lovely views and well equipped room with comfortable furnishings (the lighting was baffling especially when drunk so I ended up just taking the card out the wall! ). Seen lots of reviews mention the parking situation, I’ve stayed many times in Liverpool and it’s one of the best parking arrangements I’ve known. It’s literally next to the hotel if there are issues with change and ample spaces. The price is the price — that’s city… centre for you. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was our check in — my friend and I had booked 2 rooms in one transaction — we “checked in” together, the person who served us spoke to us both together, took both our names, asked for spelling, asking us if we wanted to be on the same floor, how many key cards etc. After we were done and given all the information we moved towards the lift and discovered she’d only given us one room. I moved back to the desk where she was now serving someone else and asked ‘what about my room? ’ To be told she’d only checked in my friend. Why? I then had to stand there while she carried on serving the next guest feeling embarrassed and restless. Luckily there was another member of staff who called me over to ask if I wanted to be checked in with him to be asked all the same questions and spell my name again. Does seem slight, but that’s not 5 star service to me.

All I can say is, wow, what a great hotel! We stayed a couple of nights in this hotel for a weekend away. We were welcomed immediately and check in was very relaxed (the place smells amazing). Once checked in you're handed your key card and use it to access the lifts to your floor. We had a double room with a great view of the river, and a bed to fit at least 5 people (it's huge) with memory foam pillows. It was very well furnished with a walk in shower and has everything you need, a flat screen TV, a hairdryer, iron, safe and mini bar. The in-house restaurant is Marco Pierre White and is where you eat breakfast. Breakfast has a great choice from continental to full English and the staff (especially the breakfast host) are great. Couldn't recommend it more and would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Modern, very clean, very comfortable bed. Simple quality. Breakfast was very good too with such an enormous choice of food from fruit to fry up, all of which was very good quality too.

First class hotel with friendly, efficient staff to greet you. All rooms are comfortable & very well fitted out with superb furnishings. The restaurant is the best it could be, Marco Piere White has styled his restaurant & employed world class chef's and kitchen staff. Using this hotel will probably be the best experience you've had in Liverpool.

Great hotel. The staff are polite, helpful and informative. The room was very clean and modern. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment on that. Overall a great hotel at a great price, and conveniently located for seeing all of Liverpool.

We stayed at the Pullman for a night out for our wedding anniversary. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and polite. The breakfast choices were really good too. We have stayed in a few hotels in Liverpool over the last couple of years but have to be honest will be returning to the Pullman as this is head and shoulders above the rest.

A wonderful hotel in a lovely location. The rooms are large and spacious with a large comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The prices for a night are very reasonable. Unfortunatly its not all roses… Second day we had no coffee, they didn't top up and we had to ask for more. parking. You need £15 cash in coins for parking each day, or you can download and pay with an app, not very easy entering your credit card details in the pouring rain. I cannot comment on the food. We decided not to eat here after paying £7.90 for a small cappuccino and a latte.

We stayed here last night and we were very impressed. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a great location. The room was decorated beautifully, the bed was comfy and we were provided with tea and coffee, water and toiletries. Check in was so easy and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed a three course evening meal which was cooked perfectly and the service was great. We also enjoyed breakfast this morning which was lovely. There was a great choice of food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Room is lovely with a few highlights and just a couple of odd quirks. Fantastic views of the docks and the bed is so comfortable. The weird but not deal breaks are that each time I press a light switch it seems to do something different; the bathroom light switch is no where near the actual bathroom; and in my room the small table (which I need to do work on) was no where near a power socket so I had to move it. However I would highly recommend the rooms regardless. Breakfast is nice, but I've had better.

Absolutely love this hotel. Was on the third floor but had a good view of the wheel. The beds are very comfortable even though they look lumpy at first glance. Was always tricky getting up in the morning as I was so comfortable and cozy. Bathroom is ultra modern and love the blue light switch effect on the mirror. Nice assortment of supplies in the bathroom and the shower has two options of which shower head to use. Lights everywhere and you may struggle if you only need a night light. Good selection of channels on the TV but what I love the most about this place is their breakfast. Soooooo many options to select from. I definitely ate a lot more than I needed to eat every morning. Beef sausages are the best I have ever had and you can request all sorts of eggs from the counter. Would love to stay over again. Customer service is spot on and the rooms are cleaned daily. Very highly recommended.

Very up market and good quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Had the the king size delux / superior room only fault it at £200 per night free breakfast would have been nice. Although a vast range of food was available both hot and cold and was very nice (cooked breakfast). Staff were very friendly, helpful, warm and very welcoming. Would be happy to stay again.

Very nice hotel. We are here for 3 nights knock at the door at 9am wanted to clean room we was not ready to leave. She said she will do it later not to worry she said. Not done yet close to 7pm… Thank you for your help. Now it's a 5 star. A great place and helpful staff. Thank you.

Fantastic place to stay in Liverpool. A lot of thought has gone into the rooms and they feel very nice. The breakfast was particularly good, very high quality produce, for example the fruit collection includes a good selection of berries.

It was a lovely stay overall, staff was friendly and polite, room was clean. However the bathroom could of done with a thorough clean especial the overhead shower and the shower floor. The over head shower was covered in limescale and the grout on the shower floor was a bit dirty in places. I also think the overhead lighting in the suite could be brighter especially in the bathroom as we were struggling to put our makeup on in the dim light. Breakfast was lovely and had a great variety. Would stay again.

Really good location, few minutes walk from the Albert Docks, museums and town. The room is excellent and comfortable with a beautiful view to the river. My overall experience is definitely 10 out 10.

Great hotel, only a 10+ min walk into the city inc Liverpool one, situated right by the Albert docks so plenty of bars and restaurants if you need them. Being situated where it is makes it a very quite and relaxing stay, as it's not close to any roads, we were situated on the 7th floor so had great views over the river Mersey, and into the city, overall a great place to stay. My only gripe if any is breakfast, as in it costs £20 per person per day! But as there are plenty of places to eat we did exactly that.

Booked a few nights away as a gift for my parents. They are just home and have had a brilliant stay despite the weather. The staff are 1st rate and the room was immaculate. They are planning to visit again next year when the weather's better.

This is the first newly built Pullman in the UK. It is a very comfortable hotel with modern well equipped rooms. The staff are extremely helpful. It is always enjoyable to watch the chefs in the open plan kitchen preparing the delicious meals. If your room is on the upper floors you will get impressive views of the city as well as sights of the ships on the River Mersey.

Fantastic stay at the Pullman, check in was great, friendly staff, rooms very clean, rain shower amazing! Lovely comfy beds, brilliant views overlooking the river mersey and the Liverpool wheel. Close to the bars/restaurants of the dock and Liverpool one. We had a few drinks at the hotel bar — very reasonable prices £4.80 for a vodka & coke. Breakfast was included in our stay — it's a breakfast to die for, everything was thought of. We used the car park opposite and had a discounted rate of £11 for 24hrs. Check out is 12pm We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again.

Fantastic 1 night stay in a great location. Staff were brilliant and friendly. Room was an amazing executive suite, with rain shower and bath, massive comfortable bed and TV, oh and an iPad! Most impressive was the great view of the arena and The Wheel of Liverpool. 10 minutes walk from Liverpool One if that. Loads to explore at the nearby docks. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time. All of the staff were fantastic, so welcoming, helpful, and felt like anything we requested was no trouble at all. Particular thanks to Mark, on reception. I called him after we had booked to upgrade our room as my wife is 7 months pregnant, and I wanted to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We've never experienced such a wonderful bed! Thank you all so much, it was a truly memorable stay, and we will be back next time we're in Liverpool!

We stayed for one night in an Executive Room. The room was well designed and comfortable with a lovely comfy bed, a rainfall shower and a giant TV with many channels and movies too. Breakfast was buffet style in the light and airy restaurant with plenty of choice. The lovely welcome from the man on the hotel reception was very much appreciated after our journey, he also provided 2-4-1 cocktail tickets and a map of Liverpool centre as well as an orientation to the hotel and our room. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The massive car park is right next door and we are able to easily park our car (after unloading outside) and walk back over to the hotel. The hotel provides a 25% discount off the parking fee on check out too! The location of the hotel meant we were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants and museums and left the car where it was parked. All in all a great night stay and a quiet nights sleep. Room — no draws and no notepad and pen to take notes if phoned otherwise really nice room. Floor — the executive floor should be at the top of the hotel and not at the bottom with no views. Lounge — the executive lounge was fine but range of food and drink limited in variety and quantity. Lack of essentials such as pepper grinder, proper serving utensils, plates and bowls to match the food on offer. Someone needs to check that what's presented can be accessed, effectively used and is adequate for the time of day.

Staff polite and helpful. Food fresh and enjoyable. Room fresh and clean, however NO, DRAWS, NO, dressing table mirror to sit in front of, while you apply makeup or do your hair. No one explained we had to use our key fob to access the lighting Our room door extremely heavy to open, thinking this was because it was a fire door we didn't mention it at first, then after having sleepless nights with pain in shoulder and hand we spoke to the staff after which we discovered the devise to help open the door was not connected.! Someone was sent to sort it out. This room was designed for a person with a disability. Unfortunately no one, it seems had FULLY checked the rooms readiness for guests. Must say though the security was very good. Overall impression our room was not really designed for long stay, more for people who come to a show at the LIVERPOOL ARENA and just want an overnight stay.

Your hotel staff on arrival were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and shower and bathroom facilities were very clean and the shower was excellent. I wasn't much time in my room as my trip was for a family wedding in Liverpool. Your staff were great in getting taxis and very helpful. I only had breakfast at your hotel and the choice and selection to choose from for that meal was good. I did have one evening meal on my day of arrival and that was good too.

I would not have liked to have paid full price so I was glad I had it on special offer. It was quite confusing with the complimentary coffee. We asked for coffee and was told we had already had one and the guy behind the bar was quite rude. But all other staff especially reception were great. Only one robe and slippers for two people seemed odd. And no biscuits in room was a little disappointing as we have stayed in cheaper hotels and had complimentary biscuits. But would definitely stay again. Breakfast was lovely and asking for poached eggs was no trouble to guy in kitchen. Great location. Discounted parking. Reception check in and out was excellent.

For the second year, we have spent the night at the Pullman. A first class hotel with superb staff and most rooms with an excellent view. Ours overlooked the river, the Albert Dock and the Liver Buildings. So the second year and no change, still as excellent as last year when it was quite new. A first class breakfast ended a great stay. Hope to be back again soon and thanks to the lovely staff for their kindness and the card in the room.

Great hotel, great price paid. Rooms are very good, beds very comfy. Nothing is to much for the staff. Showers and bathrooms are very nice. Great 55 inch TV with sky sports channels and free on demand movies. Location is great with lots to do around, ideal if you are attending Liverpool arena or taking in the Beatles Story.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were great. They were friendly and helpful. We also dined in the restaurant and the food was very tasty indeed. I only had one issue with the hairdryer not working but turned out to be some of the sockets not working however this was quickly fixed by maintenance. Overall one of the better hotels that I have been in and I only book 4 star hotel's. The location is brilliant aswell. I really liked that it was close to everything that had an interest for us. Getting a room with the Ferris as a view was a treat.

The room was large, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also large with a walk in rain shower, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was excellent with loads of variety. We were welcomed by a very cordial and friendly receptionist. It was what I was expecting from a Pullman Hotel and I was not disappointed. We also had a lovely view over the Mersey from our room on the 8th floor.

The whole experience was wonderful. Spotless, good room with great view. All staff helpful, respectful and kind. Breakfast delicious and bar meals good too. Would and have recommended you. Thanks so much.

Everything my stay was fine. Very nice room, all the facilities I could need. The meal arrangements were of a high standard. We had an evening meal and the breakfasts. From check-in to check out it all went smoothly.

Very good hotel, in a great location They put us in a great room with an amazing view. Gym was nice and small but had everything necessary for a min-workout. Gym. One of the gentlemen at reception helped us with our bags on the way home. Wifi is solid! :) Thank you for your service! Side note — TV settings for movies and channels was not very user friendly.

Really enjoyed our one night stay in your fantastic hotel. The super comfy bed in our beautiful room was appreciated after a long day. The service provided by all the staff we encountered was top end, they were fantastic. Really appreciated the birthday card and truffles brought up to our room not long after we checked in and the fantastic view. We travel quite a lot but it is rare for our comments/requests made on booking are acted upon (nice view, birthday etc), so was really impressed. Would recommend Pullman Liverpool to anyone visiting Liverpool or surrounding area — perfect stay. Thank you.

Perfect location for Echo Arena but slightly out of city centre. Service very good especially at breakfast. Checked in online before hand so all very easy. Rooms simple but clean and modern. Major downside is no parking and although being a hotel guest gets you 25% off at the nearby car park it still feels expensive that you have to pay to park as a guest.

Everything, as always, was great… apart from dinner. The steak and chips had no watercress with it, despite the menu description. In itself, not much of an issue, but the remark from the chef was 'we don't have any due to our supplier'. I only watercress was available in pretty much every supermarket eh! Or perhaps an alternatively offered. The issue I have is not with the lack of watercress, but the nonchalant response. The rest of the meal was average at best too unfortunately, with a tough steak and less than fresh 'proper chips'.

Hotel is in a great position on the Mersey. Extremely convenient for all the tourist attractions. Friendly staff, good, large and clean bedroom/bathroom with very comfortable beds, although we could have done with softer pillows. Excellent breakfast. Small negatives — no biscuits on tea/coffee tray, and lighting system was very confusing. Will definitely book again if we return to Liverpool.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly, the room was great with fantastic views of the River Mersey and Liverpool (room 840). Couldn't fault it. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. I would also like to thank the hotel for honoring my original booking when I had to reschedule.

Great location and view. The hotel would be perfect if the light switches were somehow logical, the FreeWi-Fi also went without code, and you would not have to pay the parking garage separately.
