My partner and I have never regretted visiting the Cabbage Hall. Excellent service and food.

Very nice stay. It’s a “pub hotel” and very nice staff. So extremely focused on giving me and my two kids a good and comfortable stay (also knowing that the main focus was the game 😊)

Lovely food great portions and will definitely be back again the girls loved it the other night they wanted to go back again today for dinner and we did I just wish they had more windows open the heat does get to you not enough air but wont stop me going back lovely dining experience deserts are highly recommended Waitresses & waiters 100% polite and lovely and friendly Carvery was lovely can’t wait to go back.

Visited twice during a weekends stay in Liverpool. Very good quality food and friendly staff. Was made to feel very welcome. Had the fish and chips on Friday and the carvery on Sunday night. Couldn't complain at all.

Near £11 for pasta it was thick, bland and far too cheesey asked for mushroom instesd of bacon an the girl at the bar told me it was already made up like that 🤨 it looked like a microwave meal out the asda aswell! Garlic bread the cheese was that thick it just fell off. Told the worker he said sorry hell tell the chef and thats the last I heard. 😵

Had the most fab night for my nans 73rd birthday it was made to be so special especially by Natalie one of the members of staff she couldn’t be more helpful, balloons and table couldn’t have been set up better, cake came out and all went so smoothly really couldn’t recommend higher for an event like this one it went better than imagined. Big thanks to Natalie for being so amazing all night. Xx.

Went here tonight, whilst visiting my mate. Lovely pub. Bev hosted us brilliantly, as did the rest of the staff. I had nachos for food (which were nice) as I was concentrating more on the Stella, but the food I saw pass me looked belting. Big portions too. Can’t wait to come back.

Our stay in the hotel was great. Clean tidy rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of tea and coffee. The only downside was the room was hot and stuffy with only a tiny window so no air could really circleate, which made a uncomfortable and not a very good nights sleep for either of us.
On the plus side the bar is great, the food good and plentiful and the staff here are very friendly. They are really helpful and go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you have everything you could possibly want. I would like to say a special thank you to Bev who really went above and beyond for us and even sorted us out a umbrella when we went into town and it was raining.
All in all it was a lovely weekend and we would definitely stay again but would bring a fan for the room next time.

Amazing pub with the nicest staff ever, a little bit worried about eating out for Christmas for the first time and these guys didn’t disappoint. Table for 8… Christmas dinner was amazing with dessert to die for. We can’t thank you enough for the best day and looking after the kids.
Massive thanks to Bev and all the staff who worked so hard, we will be back

Decor is lovely toilets spotless food is poor standard went for tea last night and sorry to say had lovely meals from our local chippy wont be goin again.

We were unfortunate enough to have to hold a family funeral on Friday (14th August) and we hired the room in the Cabbage Hall, everything was so lovely, the staff couldn't do enough for us, beautiful food and fantastic service. Thank you for everything we were so impressed 15 of us came back today for Sunday lunch and again everything was amazing and the staff were class

It’s a great homely place with very friendly staff and the food is gorgeous, bev the manager is so friendly and my husband loves to go for the footy with his mates, they do a lovely afternoon tea we’re nothing is to much trouble, they have started to do a carvery too and it’s the nicest around.
it’s like a home from home our fave place to celebrate all our family affairs.

Online order, lamb chops and gravy really nice
Was not keen on chips but personal taste as I like softer chips
Dads mix grill very poor unable to. Eat steak or gammon as dry as over cooked

Had a great meal at the Cabbage on Friday. Served really nicely and quick considering there were so many of us. The staff are great and can’t do enough for you. Fabulous. Also child friendly, they have a nice little play area inside.

The restaurant is exceptional ly clean the food is amazing and the staff are very helpful and friendly I would recommend it for any occasion we had a family celebration it is child friendly too x.

Myself and my girlfriend went on Friday evening for food very nice choices. I had lamp chops very nice big portion. Jenny had veggie couscous salad thing two drinks. £25.00 all round very good. Would go back and very recommend.

A great place for a pint after the match, I've never ate there but the food looks nice. Toilets are reasonable all round five stars.

Only been here twice but both times the food was brilliant. The people are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a nice pub lunch, a pint and a friendly atmosphere I would recommend going.

Service was good and staff very friendly the Shares for two was OK but the supposed chicken breast burger was ok but sliced thin when this was mentioned it was all but ignored we were expecting better.

Had a lovely lunch here with my elderly mum and her friend. Staff so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Food excellent and great value for money. Wide choice if menu. Will deffo be back Thanks.

First time at the Hall went in their in my Everton top seen all the Liverpool flags, seen a few Everton tops inside felt relaxed lol Nice friendly atmosphere decent pint of Guiness, roast was enjoyed by all. Good Fathers Day :)

Lovely food came within 10 minutes or so. Staff friendly and good customer service. Seen one member of staff standing behind the bar on her phone in front of customers. Didn't get her name but she has a lot of freckles.

This needs to be a 10star not a 5 star this place has been our local for many years the staff are amazing and make us feel welcome every single time we are here. The food is delicious and at great prices including the alcohol lovely atmosphere and so clean. Visited this establishment today for a spot of lunch with my mum I would just like to say staff members Leanne & Sophy had great costumer Service & were very attentive & caring.

Best pub in the Annfield area hood beers and believe me the portions of the food you get will make your eyes pop never left here feeling hungry after eating here.

Been here 5 times now. Different food each time. Party of ten this evening of mixed ages. As on previous visits OUTSTANDING food and service. ALL the staff never ever fail to accomadate. The food is very high quality cooked always to perfection. The mushroom sauce is the best ever. Presentation is magnificent. Never a long wait for food to be brought out even in busy times. The chef needs a huge pat on back for consistency. The place is very clean cosy comfortable. Well equipped too. Very good value all round. Our favourite from now on.

This place is awesome and staff are beyond honest. I lost my wallet with over two hundred pound and cards and driving licence and one of the car park cleaners handed it in for the staff too contact and return it too me. Areas like anfield get a bad name but I can say in my experience this is not true. The day before we ate in there and the food and service was spot on. Place is done up lovely. Give it a go and dont let the area put you off. I know I certainly will be going back a lot more often! I hope the management reward and recognise that honest member of staff. I left him a few bevy’s like but what a guy! What a place!

Enjoyed my time spent in The Cabbage. Ordered. A meal But unfortunately. Was not happy with what came BUT What wonderful staff service Waitress was so apologetic and immediately. Offered. Really lovely interior to this place complete shock how its been transformed,, food was nice although my homemade chips were slightly undercooked and pale, which was a bit disappointing, however it would not put me off returning, husbands roast was lovely.

I'd recommend Cabbage Hall to anyone. Slightly austere from the outside but once you get in its a beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable place with friendly staff and good food. The rooms are spotless and a pleasure. Easy access to City centre on the 14 bus. Excellent.

Percy Crawford was my grandfather he was the landlord until about September 1962 have very good memories I was not quite 3 at the time but remember rex the dog he had would ride on his back upstairs on the landing it was such a nice place was safe in the back by the old bowling green glad its stll going now.

We stayed at hotel for one night and everything was perfect. All is new, clean and Darren did everything he could to make us feel comfortable.

Lived at back of 'Cabbie All' on Ashleigh, now demolished. Relocated to California in 1958, yet still retain fond memories of evenings at the "Cabbie". In those days, the manager was Percy something or other. He was a no nonsense sort of a guy. As a young man, my friends and myself spent a lot of time in the snooker room, upstairs. There was a "dumb waiter" sending our orders of "Blue Label Mix" up to the snooker room. Percy, I remember, checked us out for weeks before he felt comfortable leaving us, as twenty year old's without his supervision. Saturday night was special. Match review time. I recall many a warm and comfortable evenings spent at the Cabbage Hall Pub.
