We have stayed here twice now and have booked again for August. We would highly recommend staying here really friendly and helpful host and a breakfast that is first class. All areas are clean and welcoming too.

The honesty box is not needed here this ex chef is a gem.

Best breakfast ever! Clean and friendly too. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it needs a bit of revamp and modernisation.

Really friendly place Terry and Kim could not do enough for you. Food fantastic clean and tidy would definitely stay again.

Nice bed and breakfast food good, disappointed we was given the wrong room we had booked ideal for the beach with nice walks along the prom to mablethorpe, Sutton on sea and sandylands.

Very nice b&b. Kim and Terry are such a wonderful couple. Tess and tye are lovely dogs. Everyday after breakfast we walk on the beach. Playing with the Frisbee and pocket filled with treats. Can't wait to go again. Thank you kim and Terry your such a lovely couple. Thank you tess and tye.

Room was a bit small for the cost, overall lovely though, fantastic host and breakfast.

We recently visited The Ramblers for a two-night break with mum and dad. Terry and Kim were the perfect hosts and made us very welcome. The accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfast excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks! There was a lovely, almost deserted, beach only a short walk away and a short car ride took us to local seaside resorts with lots of shops (with many bargains! ) and restaurants. The location was very quiet for sleeping and we will definitely be going there again.

Nice, quiet location just a short walk from the sea, and a short drive from Skegness, Chapel St Leonards, and Mablethorpe. Terry and Kim are wonderful hosts, very helpful and friendly. The Ramblers is extremely clean and neat place, excellent breakfast! Can't say enough about this place. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent warm hosts. A delicious filling breakfast. We slept really well in our comfortable homely room.
