Recently stayed at The Fountaindale, in room 1. Where to even start with this guest house? it is beyond amazing! from the moment we were in contact with the owners about possibly arriving early to drop luggage off before check in we were amazed. They welcomed us with smiles on their faces and explained every little detail about the place, even down to how breakfast was done. Even though we arrived before check in our rooms were still ready for us so we were able to settle in straight away upon arrival. Our whole stay there was brilliant and there was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble for Gemma and John. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and if you wanted extra things they were more than happy to cater to this for you. Even when we were checking out they still gave fabulous service to us as guests, providing us with a handful of sweets wrapped up ready for our journey home. I would definitely recommend this amazing guest house with its wonderful owners! thank you again Gemma and John for our outstanding stay with you 😊♥️

Brilliant guest house with really nice owners. Beautifully decorated, very clean and excellent COVID plans in place. Nice and close to the front as well.

Just what to thank you to Gemma and John for a fantastic stay food was lovely and room was always refreshed daily. Gemma went out of her way for us and much appreciated and just what we needed to get away. Thank you both so much can’t wait for our next visit. See you both next year.

This place is a little gem! Our host Liz looked after us from the moment we walked in up until we left! My room was spotless and had all the trimmings needed, to be honest I felt like I was at home and being looked after! Breakfast was perfect! It included fresh fruit, a good choice of cereals, juice, yoghurt and a cooked full English. I usually stay at the Vine however I will now be staying at the Fountaindale! Not many places get it so right but this definitely does! Well done.

Lovely welcoming owners, spotless rooms, great breakfast and excellent location couldn't of asked for more.

We turned up on a last minute thing at the door and Liz made us very welcome and even altered her room planning to give us a better room. The room and shower were spotless and the breakfast was exceptional. I can't count how many hotels we have stayed in over the years but Fountaindale is as good and clean as anything we have stayed in and can't recommend the hotel enough. Just got home from staying at fountaindale… got a lovely warm welcome from liz she is a lovely lady that makes you feel so welcome. They do a lovely breakfast… our 2nd year staying there and me and my sister will always go back to liz and roys when were at skegness again. Thank you so much liz and roy xx.

Well what can I say we have been here lots of times and we love it liz and roy are the best we are always made welcome, the breakfasts are megga, our room is always spotlass and so is every where else we love it thankyou x.

Warm and welcoming. Great food. Spotless room. Shower perfect temperature. Lovely owners. Comfy bed. It's a fabulous place.

Great hotel. Excellent greeting when arriving here, given a drink and a chocolate bar. Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend.

Stay here on a regular basis to visit friends in Skegness. Breakfast is always good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Friendly owners Liz and her husband when she let's him of the kitchen.

Fab so far nothing is yo much trouble the room is lovely as is the breakfast.

My wife stayed here in june with her cousin, she said it was a lovely place, rooms where very nice they had the twin room. Staff very helpfull and friendly and breakfast was very good. I cant wait to go stay there myself in a couple days.
