Friendly service nothing was a problem.

I have stayed here many times on business, fantastic location, spacious rooms, decent bar and really close to the heliport.

Spot on clean and good staff.

Great staff and very helpful. Just finished off with a perfect breakfast.
looking forward to my next visit.

First time staying at Hampton last night and the two girls on reception was so warm/welcoming and friendly. Jade and Lizzie I think their names were, nothing was too much trouble to help with. Even with the crazy covid situation at the minute the hotel was spotless and social distancing in place also. 10/10 for service and 10/10 for cleanliness also. The room was a very good size, amazing bed too slept like a baby so 10/10 for that also even the breakfast choices were a good selection. No complaints from my stay and I'll happy return at some point. We'll done Hampton, you get a big thumbs up from me.

Lovely clean room, hot powerful shower. Very nice breakfast and all staff very friendly. Yes you have to pay to park overnight but you have to pay in most city centre hotels. Would stay here again.

Recently stayed at Hampton, and cannot fault it one bit.
Lovely hotel with such nice, helpful staff. They are so friendly and make you feel very welcome.
The rooms were spacious, clean and really nice.
The bar and grill food was amazing. Really tasty and can tell it was fresh.
The breakfast also great and lots of choice.
Free parking for guests which is great.

Lovely food and service was brilliant.

Dropped of family who had an early morning flight out… Reception staff very helpful and polite, that the two cars/drivers who drove them to the hotel decided to stay and use the restaurant and enjoy ‘extra’ time with the family.

Rooms are very clean but menu is very basic.

Very nice and clean, modern hotel, very quiet too, I could not hear any aeroplane or any other noise from busy road under my window; great relaxing time, good sleep.
I wanted to eat a stake for dinner but… the menu was not very appealing, just snacks, burgers, pizza and curry and … that was the menu;
Other then that… internet connection has some drops but decent speed.
Parking… I had to pay for it : (

Excellent Hotel. All room facilities better than the norm. Hard to find any real issues. Breakfast great (has a good British option included). Menu options quite short, but suitable for most. Would return.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served from 5am for those up early. Stayed midweek and the hotel was fully booked so book in advance.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, nice and new. Staff nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Nice little gym which is free. Some might be put off by the location, right next to the airport but surprisingly enough you don't really hear the planes that much as it's not a bust airport. I must if heard like 3 in two weeks. Only downsides are location if you have no car it's a few miles from civilization but that means it's also very quite though. Also the price of drinks are a bit high. But all in all a great hotel with great rooms.

Lovely hotel, clean and well appointed rooms that have Air con. Breakfast was lovely and when the hot chocolate ran out staff sorted it right away. All staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely use again if we are in that part of the country, but the only down side is that disabled parking was pay and display, as it was quite we had that waved which again was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice place for very cheap price very helpful staff.

With the snow our flight was diverted from City to Humberside and we had to spend the night at the hotel which had just opened. They had to bring in some staff at the last minute as they were not expecting to have more than a hundred people that night. The staff were amazing they served us all as quick as they could and with a smile which was probably not easy as some of us were getting quite grumpy by then. The hotel room was also clean and very functional all you need from a aiport hotel.

Clean modern hotel with exceptional staff. Big comfortable room with everything provide for a good stay. Limited but good evening menu, breakfast plenty to choose from. Special thanks to Hannah and Chris who were so welcoming an g helpful.

I have stayed in Hampton by Hilton Humberside for one night and absolutely loved it! Room was modern and very clean, big walk in shower had great water pressure. Room temperature control and air conditioning available. Free Wi-Fi for customers. Bed was amazingly comfortable, had such restful sleep! Food was very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely first class I work as part of a specialist repatriation team here in the UK. We help get some very ill patients home from abroad. Upon arrival with colleagues from the African flying doctors who checked in for the night before flying home to Kenya, and already well into our shift we arrived at this hotel and we were immediately offered a coffee by Chris at reception. If we had time he asked would we care to sit and relax and enjoy our coffee or he could make us a coffee to take away. We jumped at the chance to relax and enjoy our coffee after quite a demanding transfer. He then asked if we had eaten today and of course as most members of the emergency service we struggle to get anything to eat at times. He then offered us a sandwich, delighted and a little stunned as it is not often we are shown any appreciation. We thanked Chris and he then said No thank you for all that you do and have a safe trip north as we then had to travel 2.5 hours home. Chris is a credit to this hotel and company and has made a Hilton customer of both myself and my colleague. Although we did not spend the night the food and service were excellent. I can only imagine that based on our experience at this location it would be nothing short of superb. Many thanks and kind regards Lee.

Great pre-departure hotel. Rooms are really nice, very comfortable bed and plenty of power outlets. Breakfast is a bonus, hot buffet was good and the signature waffle iron as usual.

Charges £8 per night to park. Total rip-off.
There are no signs up to warn customers of the charge and no barriers or fences to protect your vehicle.
Cheaper to stay in Hull and pay the £1.50 to cross the bridge.
