Coastfields Holiday Village Hotel

Just got back from a lovely week, we usually stay at butlins but we would defo return here, the lady on reception had good banter and made us feel welcome, check in and check out was an easy process, the caravan was lovely and clean although the only downside I would say is there wasn’t any netting or blinds, but didn’t effect our stay. Swimming pool was lovely and clean and enjoyable, the entertainment on the night time was perfect. Overall a really good stay. Definitely returning next year.

It's a lovely place to stay. Theres a launderette and small shop on site and it's straight across the road from the beach. Theres also the indoor swimming pool for when the weather not so good.

Had a fantastic first stay at coastfields. Everything so nice and easy from booking the holiday. Checking in and leaving. Staff on reception so friendly and helpful. thank you coastfields for a lovely stay.

Great site full of everything you need for your stay. Heated pool. Entertainment for kids. Arcade. Laundrette. Friendly staff. Good location. Shop and food places on site. Beach just over the road! cant go wrong!

Although position is perfect, an theres a few things to do, staff wasnt helpful, we asked when we got there on a friday for more pilliows an when we left monday we still not got them. We rang several times an went to office an still didnt get them. Caravan was clean an tidy an really nice. Due to it been end of season tje entertainment was quite poor leaving us to entertain ourselves.

Our second time at coastfields & we’ve loved every minute! The night time entertainment has been amazing for both Daisy & Jack plus us adults after the kids show! The staff go above and beyond to entertain and involve the children, so friendly and it’s great to see because you don’t always get that when you go away! We had our last day today but Daisy got to have dinner with Lucky for his birthday which was a bonus! She loved it, apparently she loved playing “what time is it mr lion” the best she said. We have enjoyed ourselves so much that we’ve booked again for next year in July, before we’ve even got home from this holiday 🙈😂 we honestly can’t wait! Thank you Layla, Rosie, Adam & the other one (we’ve forgotten his name) 🙈 ant? 😂! It’s been a blast ❤️

This is the worst site I have stayed I walked the dod in the morning and there is rubbish and litter scattered all over in the week I was here there was no evidence of anyone cleaning up the site you should be ashamed of it.

Been going here every year for 11 years most times in the lucky caravan as got 5 young children. But I say I will never go back last 2 years have been awful no lucky lion, dirty caravan, endless wait for drinks food, very rude bouncers!
Such a shame aswel as for years it's been the best site in ingoldmills. my advise is to keep away!

Sales team are absolutely awful once they have your money numerous problems with caravan which is brand new. No help what so ever even emailed management who also don’t reply. Also the sales rep has blocked our numbers. Truly awful sales and aftercare experience.

Poor customer service to say the least. They hide behind a thirty day complaint system and then do nothing about your complaint. Avoid.

I would like to say how well coastfield have been this season since been allowed to open back up. They have followed the guidelines very well and the entertainment team have kept us entertained every time we have been done and done an amazing job in such circumstances. Also the bar staff and security done an amazing job to. Well done to them and keep safe and hope to see u all next year due to a fantastic team you all are.

Your marina camp is the worst place I've ever stayed. Our car got bogged down in mud on site, there was no warning signs. You then have the nerve to charge me £100 to pull my car out of a situation that your poor site maintenence has caused! your staff on the number we rang were of no help at all, in fact one of them whose name I didn't catch was a right stuck up little madam! I would not stay at any of your venues after this experience. You are charging people £3000 ground rent for a site that is at best a mess. I shall be taking this further.

We went here last weekend not expecting much as we aren’t a fan of caravans but wanted to take our 21 month to the seaside.
Arrived and we booked a gold caravan which was very clean and the only fault was equipment like cutlery tools a little sparse. The site is located at the end of the beach which was fab as we where out of the hustle and bustle of fantasy island but still in walking distance. Ate at Pete chippy and Chinese located on the site which were both fab. The arcade was quite which was good. The swimming slightly cold for our boy. The beach over the road and he loved playing in the sand. The park on site was fab. Would recommend to families with young children. All staff friendly.

We were supposed be there today but caravan was falling apart. Cleaners using same mop for caravans as it smelled of dirty old mop handle fell off door. Wasn't properly cleaned inside still dog hair so we asked for refund my daughter was so dispointed.

One of the few sites that have not helped owners. Don't buy a caravan from Coastfields.

Good entertainment for kids and adults nice staff.

The club with shows for children and adults. Different themes and photos for kids. The brilliant swimming pool. The bar and the food. A shop on site also a laundry and of course a kiddies playground and the site is kept clean and tidy. Thank you. X.

This caravan site is a well run site with plenty of things too do plenty of Entertainment on for all the family & kids.
all so a lovely swimming pool for the kids to enjoy.

Have good weekend apart from last nothing but the small bar was open. And we had paid for weekend passes.

After having gave it a negative review before and now deleting and updating my opinion, last year was amazing, having not really been in the club for 2yrs properly last year I was so pleased to see Gary and Ruth back on the stage providing us with the much loved pantomimes and uv shows, my little boy loves gary and was really upset when he left at end of 2015 just after we brought our van, when I told him Gary was back he was really happy, he didn't think much of many of the new entertainments team that took over but did again take to 3 people, those were richie (he's gutted now he's gone), Chelsea (she too left) and now Adam who my son thinks is funny and glad he is back this year, really looking forward to this upcoming season as an owner, just need to get my son back in the pool after the changes that happened in there last year.

The resort is superb, the staff are very friendly, the services are fantastic, and the entertainments are excellent.

We went for October half term it was great the kids loved it the carvan was lovely and clean had no problems the staff was very friendly too.

Went to our first owners end of season party last night and what a night it was lovely decor drinks on arrival amazing food fab entertainment and great staff well done to all those involved we had a fab night and can’t wait for next season thanks again xx.

Stayed at Coastfields through the sun holidays in May & June this year and had a lovely time!
Van & location was fantastic, had the pool to ourselves. Staff were friendly. My daughter absolutely loved the kids evening entertainment. We just wished it lasted a little longer… but I do understand it was out of season.
Looking forward to returning next year.

First time here travelled from portsmouth well positioned great entertainment very reasonable prices lovely takeaway great pool what more could you want love the place and will return.

Fantastic site local to everything. Great entertainment. Swimming pool is great the life guard couldnt be more friendly to say he had only been there a few months you wouldnt know. Happy to get toys out and life jackets for the kids and always helps everyone who comes in the door. The family entertainment area is also amazing Dave the Scottish guy was awesome he makes the night so much better and always has tine for peopl.

Had a lovely week at Coastfields ingoldmells! Staff are so friendly and helpful ans go above and beyond for adults and children. Childrens entertainment is awesome! Always clean and I cant recommend it enough. Only 51 weeks to go until we come back, Cant wait see you next year!

Awesome place to go, staff are friendly are extremely helpful. Brilliant night entertainment. We come here 2 times a year every year and will always come back.

We have been sat with no heating or been able to do cooking let alone shower due to no gas. Not just us but most of the site. This is totally ridiculous wen people are paying good money for facilities they are not getting. It is freezing here this weekend and we keep getting promised it will be on soon but it's been over 12 hrs GET IT SORTED!

Very expensive and overpriced for the level of service and also bar is very expensive as is the Chinese at the top with really small portions that are very greasy at high prices. It is cheaper to go abroad.

So far we are not liking this place at all.
Turned up to a not very well cleaned gold caravan even though it left us a note stating it took 3 people to clean a 2 bedroom caravan, rang up and told reception as the note told us to yesterday upon arrival, still waiting for Someone to come and look.
Now this morning is absolutely ridiculous when you go to use the swimming pool and are refused entry because they've only got 1 lifeguard! What the hell? It's the height of season and youve only got 1 lifeguard. When asked if we wanted to put our name on the list for this afternoon we walked out, never heard of anything so absurd on a family holiday site. What a joke!
Let's hope the week gets better.

Was there last week and me and the kids loved it. Was plenty of entertainment for the kids in show bar and park 2yrs to 14yrs. The beach was only 2 mins walk the laundrette was cheap enough and the shop was cheaper than I thought it would be, ideal place to stay to visit fantasy island and tiny tots and loads of other amusements around to visit will defo coming back again. And an extra thanks to ash who worked in the amusements for been so helpful and patience with kids really helped the stay.

Top notch place great service good for familys or even couples break.

We had a really good week, entertainment was brill, staff were all friendly. Simons food kiosk was really nice and aqua lounge did a good breakfast, we had a good time at ba rumba and show bar, however, the Chinese was BEYOND rancid, I'm not sure if it's affiliated with coast-fields, but if it is, what a waste of opportunity of another outlet of some kind. Poor ingredients, arrogant server and horrible gone off food. Have not marked the review down though as I'm not sure if it is a coastfield building.

Just returned from 4 nights of no sleep due to drunken screaming louts. Last night was so bad that they even frightened my daughter by banging on her window whilst she was asleep. Sadly they also had children with them. We also had a couple shouting expletives outside our caravan at 5am on our first morning — I should have known then what the place was like.
My mother, myself and my daughter were supposed to be having a last minute getaway for half term break following my fathers sudden passing — but it was ruined by drunken foul mouthed yobs.
I will admit that the staff are amazing to put up with such people and were also happy to help with the few minor problems we had with our caravan.

Just come back from 3 nites at Coastfield Holiday Village at Ingoldmells. Through the sun holidays… wow lovely park, wicked caravan, entertainment a bit all over the place but seeming its just started season for them let them off lol. Plenty for kids to do, pool heated they loved that! Fantasy Island 10 min walk if that and plenty of places to eat… weather woz brill could not fault lovely place and staff so helpful… We loved it that much ive booked to go back next July but for a week… so I can do more next year lol.
