Excellent B&B. Rooms are decorated to a very high standard, very friendly and helpful owner. Would most definitely come back.

Very helpful staff. Sam just couldn’t do enough for us. Sam and Joanna made our three day stay a very pleasant experience.
We had the room overlooking the road with the Super Kings Size bed. In the past I have stayed in 5 star hotels who could learn from Sam and Joanna.
We would certainly stay there again.

This must be the friendliest B&B I’ve ever stayed in. Sam and Wade were so welcoming and caring to help in any way. The decor is all modern and inviting and the breakfasts were delicious. There was so much choice to suit all tastes. Will definitely be staying here again.

Simply stunning a must for anyone who needs a room. The attention to detail, quality of the rooms and the overnight stay with breakfast was exceptional!

Saracens House is such a wonderful place to stay, we were greeted on arrival by Sam who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was fabulous, the shower and bed were the best ever, and the breakfast was delicious! Thank you very much!

I had been in this building many many years ago when the Saracens Head Pub. Freshly converted to a B&B we needed somewhere to stay one evening after a family christening, our hostess Sam could not have done more for us. Room was immaculate, lovely shared lounge area and even a small patio that we sat and watched the sun setting from… left feeling like we were old friends. Look forward to another family event in the area so we can stay again.

Samantha and Wade are a brilliant couple and such great hosts. Saracens House is beautifully refurbished and decorated to a high standard. The breakfast options, quality of food and service are outstanding and such good value for money. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else locally but here!
