I think it is the right hotel being run by the wrong people, it didn’t start well by being asked to shut the gate when I hadn’t actually finished unpacking the car. This was followed by a meticulous amount of do’s and don’ts about the hotel (a lot would say very helpful) but I would say we were being treated like naughty school children. We had to order breakfast the day previous which some would agree you don’t know what you feel like, there was a glass of juice waiting for you where as I would prefer unlimited refills (although I didn’t request a refill), breakfast came well presented but with 50/50 toast where judging by the amount was left other guests other than myself would prefer white. We weren’t consulted on our 2nd mornings breakfast so they weren’t to know we wouldn’t be attending. Room was immaculate paying particular attention to detail which is more than can be said about the guest information package booklet in the room, Larger was £2.60 but I would prefer a Lager, we were equipped with a had wash basin, and can someone tell me what a safety floor is please? One of the top 10 B & Bs in Blackpool 🤔🤔🤔🤔 not for us again.
