My mum and my two aunties went to this hotel over the weekend, the service they got was terrible. When they arrived the receptionist couldn't find our booking and didn't believe that we booked at this hotel even though we had proof that we've booked it. After half an hour of waiting they finally found the booking. Breakfast was meant to be served at 8:30am but the chef was still in bed so they waited until 9:30am to have breakfast. Once it was severed the breakfast was cold and uncooked. In the room the wallpaper was peeling off the ceiling even though they had "refurbishment". They went to have a shower but the water was cold and the hot water wasn't working. One of my aunties is disabled and there lift kept breaking down so my other auntie had to stand on the chair to fix it. Overall there was one staff called Steve who was very helpful and did most of the work in the hotel. I think the hotel could hire more realible staff, they could do with having Modern wallpaper or simple bedrooms, also inprove the breakfast.
