Short break away from all this covid 19 before 2nd lockdown and couldn't of picked a better place than this highly reccomend everything from start to finish. Place room food breakfast service and many more The owner josie one of the nicest people ever adhered to all social distancing hand sanitisers and could keep going its more than we ever expected you will Never be disappointed beats any we have ever been too. Looking forward to returning AND PET FRIENDLY. Our lola dog was with us all the way. X.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was so clean and lovely. Josie is a wonderful lady and nothing was ever too much for her. My nephew totally loved it here, he would have happily of stayed longer. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfasts were one of the best I've had in my travels. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Josie for making us feel so welcome.

The Kenley hotel is brilliant, rooms are great, absolutely spotless, will definitely be returning here, nothing is to much trouble for the owners, would recommend this hotel to family/friends. The smell of fresh baked bread as you enter the premises is definitely a great sign that breakfast is spot on.

Had a fantastic stay here. Josie and Mark were fantastic hosts with a personal touch. The rooms were immaculate (thanks to Son) with lots of thoughtful touches. We stayed in room 5, which was very spacious with a king size bed and classily decorated. The breakfasts are fantastic with quality ingredients — including Mark's own bread and a fun and relaxed atmosphere was fostered by the team. We will definitely be staying again 10/10 :-)

Had a couple of nights stay here while visiting the pleasure beach. Great location with a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away. Family room was spotless and spacious. We were made to feel welcome by Josie.
Great variety of fresh produce for breakfast.

Paul and I have just spent the Bank Holiday weekend 25th-27th 2018 at this fantastic establishment. It truly is first class. The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, the beds are amazing and Mark and Josie are fabulous hosts. Warm, welcoming and very caring. The food is also top class we had dinner on the night of our arrival and it was delicious, cooked to perfection and presentation was superb. We also enjoyed 2 breakfasts which again were top knotch everything you co…uld think of was provided and all at the top standard. Didn't want to leave but will definitely be back. Best guest house We have ever stayed in anywhere. Paul and Katherine.

We have just returned from our first visit back to the kenely since the new owners took over. Josie are Mark are superb hosts. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spotless and comfortable. It has always been, in the past, the only place to stay in Blackpool and it is still the ONLY place to stay.

Went to the kenley on 25th may to 28th may 2018 me my wife and 4 friends. When we arrived we felt the warmth from a great welcome off Josie and Mark. Josie and Mark are fantastic hosts who are prepared to put them selves out to help you. The kenley is kept very very clean and the decor is excellent. The bar is well stocked so you are ok for the odd tipple. Me and my wife stayed in room 1 which is a lovely room on the first floor, towels, toiletries
Bath robe with slippers and… hair dryer are supplied. We went down for breakfast on the first morning and there is a good choice of cereals, fruit, yogurts, nuts and juices. The full English is cooked to perfection with homemade bread toasted. On one morning I had salmon on a bagel with scrambled egg it was excellent. But I do have to say if you like the breakfast then book a meal for the evening they are to die for, stakes cooked to perfection with all the trimmings. I had the lamb it was prefect and the wife had char grilled chicken in white wine sauce delicious, Our friends had the stakes the homemade desserts are outstanding. So all I can say this hotel is worth every penny we will be going back, a big thank you to Mark & Josie we did not want to leave.

Checking in was a pleasure with mark explaining the fire drill (heaven forbid) very simply and quickly and offering tea or coffee after our journey. Our room was the cleanest and most comfortable b&b room we have ever stayed in. Bathroom looked like it had never been used, with all the little luxuries of home. Breakfast was a dream. Very well presented and a huge range to choose from. Mark and josie have hit on all the right things to make this hotel the best in blackpool. We will definatley stay here again.

Superb Bb, friendly modern, clean and tidy perfect food location, won't hesitate to stay again.

Best B&B In Blackpool, you will not be disappointed, just amazing.
