Lovely hotel and even lovelier staff, so helpful and can’t do enough for you, make you feel ultra welcome! Rooms are spotlessly clean. Only 10 minutes walk from the pleasure beach. Great breakfast too! Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, staff are friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them beds in the family were a little uncomfortable but still a great hotel and very clean.

We started going to the Headlands in 2006 and would never consider going anywhere else, it's a fantastic hotel, especially for us the lounge at the back of the bar with the pool table is just so relaxing, the kids have fun on the table and the wife and I just sit back and relax with a drink.

Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff with a great breakfast and room to park the car, will definitely stay here again… Thanks headlands hotel.

This hotel has very friendly staff and clean, cosy rooms. A comfy bed and good facilities enhances the experience. Affordable and very handy for the promenade and Pleasure Beach with tons of restaurants, pubs and take outs nearby.

Myself and my husband stayed here Friday-Wednesday. It was our first time to Blackpool. We loved how the hotel was situated away from the busy side of Blackpool but was a short tram journey to all the attractions nearby. The tram stop is just opposite the hotel aswell which was very handy. The beds are very comfortable, rooms were very well presented. Hotel staff could not do enough for us. We had car issues on our check out date and they kindly let us stay until our car was fixed. We loved how it felt like a very well run family business. Staff were just so friendly. Excellent first time to Blackpool and lovely stay at the hotel. We will definitely be coming back and bringing the rest of the family along too!

Such a wonderful hotel and fabulous staff. This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Blackpool by far. Really family friendly, great value for money and really close to the pleasure beach and the sandcastle. The beach is across the road and a park next door. We stayed for new year and are returning in a couple of weeks. Cannot recommend enough.

I love this hotel the owners are so nice the food is delicious feels like a 2nd home. 5stars from me and my other half❤.

Great Hotel. The orthopedic mattresses are the best I've slept on. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Hotels own entertainment, like bar, games room and console rooms as well as dining room are perfect. Staff were great and very friendly. Staff member Mick was a star, cracking host. Definitely would return.

Small shower in the room spoiled the experience but the owners and staff provide an excellent service and the food is as good as anywhere I've been.

Nice enough hotel, but don't expect cor Don bleu cooking some rooms can be a little crowded, but if your organised not a problem. I f you want a shower in your room tell them at the time of booking.

A quiet and friendly hotel. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were fantastic and the breakfast was spot on. We needed somewhere to take my grandad with dementia and it was the perfect place. We will be visiting again on our return to Blackpool.

Nice hotel, I'll admit I'm not going to put any comments about the food yet. Comfortable beds nice room.

Wonderful time spent at the Headlands. Staff were friendly and efficient. Had an excellent sleep every night. Beautiful breakfast. To be recommended.

A very lovely hotel! Dated but well kept decor. Really nice and professional staff. Clean bathroom. Beds could be better, pressure on the shower was low in the morning, I imagine because everyone else was showing too. Plenty tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast in the morning (cereals, cooked, juices, fruit etc). Good value.

Very clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel dated and could do with refurb inside. Lift is small, and if some one forgets to close the double door, it will not work.

The hotel was quaint. Rooms just a little dated. Damp on one of the walls in our room. Reported a dripping tap the day we got there and had still not been fixed the day we left. However, the staff in the restaurant/dining room were extremely helpful and courteous. The manager/owner was not as helpful and curteous in fact we did not particularly feel very welcome when he dealt with anything and he was very intransigent. The breakfasts were superbly cooked and always came on very hot plates which is quite unusual for many hotels. I don't think we will use this hotel again in the future due to the owner/manager's limited help and understanding of disability especially sight impairment.

I've stayed several times at this hotel, obviously I love it … as I keep coming back. Comfy beds, excellent food, (lovely home cooked ample evening meals & breakfast… a diverse selection every day, ) and friendly staff… nothing too much trouble. Family owned Hotel so customer satisfaction is 5 star at all times. I usually stay as a "single traveller" & a great advantage is I do not get charged a single supplement here, as most other hotels can 'bump' up the price if staying alone. Staying again at New year & if possible I would stay again In early December as a super pre Christmas break is on offer at the Headlands. Sadly work does not allow. Excellent position on the South Promenade, a nice park opposite & the tram and bus stop directly across the road from the Hotel. So because of the Hotels position… never any queues for transport. Free Car Park and a bonus in this hotel there is a Lift. Try the Headlands I promise you will not be disappointed.

Great location for pleasure beach and south shore. Close to bus and tram stops. Rooms a bit dated, but okay. Mostly friendly staff. Food only average.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are immaculate, beds comfortable, breakfast tasty. I will definitely stay here when I return.

I liked the hotel just back from 7 hour drive loved the menu the the staff rooms but the problem is that the people don't put in light because my rooms light was not working it was working only little bit but loved that haved a lift but only for 2 people.

Booked into the Headland Hotel Blackpool on the 25th July 2017 after cancelling at another hotel because of poor standards and was recommended this hotel by others. From our arrival to departure we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration the rooms were very clean and tidy and like most had a sea view, The food was second to none as they say, the staff very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, a family run business with much to be proud of. Plenty of parking if residents came by car. Would I recommend this hotel to others, you bet your life I would but feel I may have limited my chances of coming as I feel the hotel would be full of returning guests. Ken Wilshaw Stoke on Trent.

I had a fantastic week staying at Headlands Hotel it's a very clean and you're looked after by everyone there, food is brilliant, the only down thing to say about it is Breakfast is 8:00-8:30 if I'm on my holiday I don't want have to get up at 7:30 for Breakfast, it should be something like 8:45-930, I will definitely be returning to Headlands.

Everyone here is really friendly and professional. We only stayed for bed and breakfast so we can't offer and feedback on the evening meal. The breakfast is a good size with a selection of cereal and pastry on offer.

This is our 3rd visit to the headlands. The food is outstanding the rooms are spacious and lovely and clean. The staff are wonderful everybody looks after you. We have met some lovely residents there some the same as the year before. We will definatly be back next year if not before. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay. From gaynor, Ray, Alan. Great hotel for families and those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool nightlife. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean with everything you need, had a games room to keep children entertained and a bar to keep the adults entertained breakfast was lovely too, will defo be staying again! Updated comments on 26/10/17 as to why I've changed my review from a 5 to a 1!

We had very good week in the hedlands ann/ john golightly, food is good and homey worth a stay.

I love this hotel im a foodie and wasnt dissapointed yes it is old fashioned but very comfy and homely the family who run it are lovely I am going back soon.
